Grand Palms Villa is a fantastic 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath single-level vacation home located in the exclusive gated community of Destiny East. This house has a private, screened-in pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and a complimentary 6-PASSENGER GOLF CART. This home features upscale decor and an open plan layout - perfect for groups who want to spend their beach time together, but also have spacious bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms for alone time. There's an open chef's kitchen where you can prepare meals together. Or opt to grill and serve meals and snacks on the covered lanai while the kids splash around in the pool. LIVING & DINING AREA This well-designed home has a large great room featuring plenty of comfortable seating with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and chair. A 52” television and blu ray player will keep your group entertained while you’re indoors. (The fireplace is not operable.) There are sliding glass doors that open to the beautiful private pool and spa, as well as a covered dining area and summer kitchen. Of course, there’s also space for your entire group to dine indoors. The open dining area features a table with 6 chairs and there are 4 more seats at the large kitchen bar. A separate wet bar provides extra serving space for dining and entertaining. WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN It’s a dream kitchen for multiple cooks, featuring abundant storage (walk-in pantry), granite counters, a long bar area and stainless appliances. And you’ll find it well-equipped with plenty of dishes, flatware, professional cookware, toaster, blender, regular drip coffee maker, and everything you’ll need to enjoy cooking and dining while you experience life at the beach. A washer and dryer are included in this home for your convenience too. PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR AREA The outdoor space of this home is simply amazing! The private pool and spa are screened-in - so no bugs to bother you. .With ample seating throughout, your entire group can enjoy this beautiful outdoor space. There’s a covered area with a summer kitchen -- a great place to spread out beverages and snacks. Take a seat at the dining table and relax while the children enjoy the pool. This spa is built-in to the pool. It is not a hot tub; it is always the same temperature as the pool. The spa is great for cooling off in the summer with relaxing, massaging bubbles! In the cooler months, pool/spa heat can be added for an additional fee; max temp for both is around 85 degrees. Another outdoor patio invites you to relax and soak in some sun. There’s also a gas grill for you to prepare your favorite meals. KING MASTER SUITE #1 WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM Relax and unwind in this elegant private master suite that features beautiful arched windows and a comfortable king bed. A large dresser and walk-in closet offer plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. There’s a TV and DVD player so you can enjoy your favorite programs while on vacation. You can walk directly out to the pool area from here through double glass doors. The private ensuite bathroom is a true luxury! Bathroom #1 - Private Ensuite for King Master Suite #1 This spacious bathroom features double sinks, a large jetted tub, separate shower and a private commode room. There’s a door to the pool & spa area here - so you can step out anytime for a swim or a relaxing soak. KING MASTER SUITE #2 WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM This inviting bedroom features a King Bed, a TV and 2 bedside tables with lamps. A dresser and walk-in closet offer plenty of space to unpack and settle in here. You’ll also appreciate the private ensuite bathroom. Bathroom #2 - Private Ensuite for King Master Suite #2 This private bathroom features a single vanity with storage, a commode and a walk-in shower. BUNK ROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM This room sleeps up to 5 children (or 2-3 adults) on a twin/twin bunk bed and a twin/full bunk bed. There’s a TV and DVD player so guests can enjoy their favorite programs. A dresser provides storage - and there’s room to tuck away suitcases/toys under the bunks. The private ensuite bathroom completes this great space. Bathroom #3 - Private Ensuite for Bunk Room This private bathroom for bunk room guests features a single vanity with storage, a commode and a walk-in shower. Bathroom #4 - Half Bath There is also a half bath in the hallway for the convenience of all guests. It features a single vanity and commode. 6 PASSENGER GOLF CART When you’re ready for the beach, take the COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART to the public beach access (near The Crab Trap) - it’s just 600 yards away - and enjoy Destin’s pristine white beaches. The golf cart is also a great way to explore other beaches, etc. in the Destin area! Please note: We make every effort to ensure the golf cart will be available and in working order during your stay but sometimes, problems arise which are outside our control. In the event that the golf cart is inoperable and/or unavailable during your stay, there will be no compensation or replacement offered for this complimentary service. DESTINY EAST AMENITIES* You’ll have access to all the great amenities offered in this upscale neighborhood!* Want a change of pace from your private pool? Use the huge seasonally heated community pool with a waterfall. Play a game of tennis on one of the two tennis courts, soak in the hot tub, let the kids burn some energy on the playground, duke it out on the basketball court or kick back in the clubhouse theater! These amenities are about 3 blocks from this home -- an easy walk - or take the golf cart! *A $100 refundable cash security deposit per wristband (guests age 12+) is required at check-in if you would like to use the community amenities during your stay. PET FRIENDLY We are pet friendly and welcome your dog in our home. There is a separate fenced area for your dog. A $200 per dog extra fee is required, and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner. LOCATION You can't beat this central Destin location! Walk 2 minutes to Jackacuda’s Seafood & Sushi, Pedro's Tacos & Tequila Bar, Chicken Salad Chick, Small Cakes a Cupcakery, or Brusters Ice Cream Shop. Or walk (or take the golf cart) 600 yards to the beach and dine at the legendary Crab Trap. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is close by. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”! OFF-STREET PARKING This home has a garage where you can park 1 vehicle, and the driveway accommodates 2 additional vehicles (depending on the size of the cars.) The golf cart has its own garage space next to the car. Please note: there is no on-street parking allowed in this neighborhood. No RV’s, boats or trailers are allowed. BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE!
