Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 4 bedroom suite on the 5th floor is oceanfront with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers two double beds, the third & fourth bedroom offers one queen bed each. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite. • Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed • 2nd Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed • 3rd Bedroom - 2 Double Beds • 4th Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed • Living Room - 1 queen sleeper sofa - Luxury Linen package included! - Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor. - 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season. - Deposit required to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival - No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

From check in to check out.. the process was Amazing.. we had the most amazing view from our condo.. more than enough space for the entire family… AC was cold throughout the condo.. it was a little hot in the master bedroom due to the beautiful sunrise over our room but once the door was open the air circulation was great… Hot water was on point.. 3 bathroom and water was always hot no matter who or what time we showered…the property was nice but needed a little tighten up on the grounds… the only hang up I have about the Awesome Condo is the living room couch… it’s a sofa bed but it needs to be updated.. the couch pillows sunk as we sat on it.. overall the condo was 10/10

We loved our vacation! The location was great, and being ocean front was awesome with having little kids. We also enjoyed the amenities, especially the pools. It was close to lots of big attractions, and overall a great stay!

This unit has great views from the spacious balcony and 2 small bonus balconies off 2 bedrooms. Plenty of outdoor chairs are provided. Beachy colors, comfortable furniture, and small but updated kitchen. Laundry closet a bonus. Good location beside Sea Capain's House and a nice walk to the SkyWheel and other local amenities. Building itself could use some TLC.

The condo was clean but the property grounds (lobby, elevators, pools, beach access) were in sad shape. The pictures in this listing are definitely old and not representative of the condo or the property. You can view the slide pool from the balcony and we could see how cloudy it was. The same pile of sand was at the end of the slide all week. There was only one beach access with a hose to clean your feet. All of the others only had showers. The sand that accumulates was not cleaned off and there was at least two inches of sand to walk through. The hours of the pools are supposed to be until 11:00 p.m. This was not enforced and we had several nights that we could not get to sleep due to the pool parties going on below us. I did like that there was a lifeguard on the beach most of the time. They do not allow umbrellas or tents in front of the rented umbrellas which was okay with us. The hotel does not allow coolers at the pools and the staff was enforcing it. This made it hard with toddlers who just needed snacks and water throughout the day. We had to keep returning to the condo. Overall it was a good vacation but we will not return to this property.

We had 8 of our family members stay at the Caribbean Resort. The condo was very nice, just as described online. The only problem we had was with the front desk. Since this was a privately owned unit, the front desk was kinda rude to us. We didn’t let that bother us and had a nice stay.

Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation is extremely important to me , so I always want to find a place that the entire family will be comfortable. Being a teacher on a fixed income I have to shop around to find a place that is large enough for my family and that I can afford. This place was pricey , but large enough for all grandkids . This unit needed some repairs. The dishwasher and dryer didn’t work well .. The pool sides weren’t always opened, several pools needed cleaning, and overall grounds looked like it needed attention. Very large facility, but not cleanest .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect, high enough to get beautiful views not too high where you ride an elevator too long. There were enough pool options to entertain the kids as well as easy access far enough down the beach where it isn’t as crowded. It was nice to be able to get to the boardwalk but not hear it all night long. It was especially nice with kids to be ableto do a load of laundry and dry towels right in our stay. If you are into fitness you could easily walk the mile to mile and half one way to either board walk. This was a great rental hands down would rent again. Not one complaint.

We had a great stay at the is 4-bedroom condo. Lots of room for everyone to be comfortable. Did not lack for anything in the kitchen. Property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with one of the beds. Kids wanted to stay longer!

Our family has been coming to Myrtle Beach every year and we have stayed in a lot of places and this is now one of our favorites! It was very accommodating for large family and was exactly as it was in the photos! Very clean with an awesome view! And not to mention the location! Our stay was perfect!

Reviewer Comments: rooms where clean blender glass was gone not very many kithcen utenisels for a four bedroom condo not furnished very well .Hot water would come and go especially in the rules enforced pool stayed open all night people partying to wee hours in the morning. people with beer and mixed drinks in the pools only rule enforced was no coolers on the decks so you all can sell your 4 and 8 dollar drinks over all not to satisfied for the orice we payed !

Very slow drain in the front shower, enough to fill up to your ankles during a quick shower. The place was kind of dirty though I understand it’s hard to stay sparkling clean at the beach. We also noticed that refrigerator doesn’t seem take things as cold as they should, even at the lowest setting. There is a dresser in the front bedroom has a nonfunctional drawer which became a pain to store clothes. Also when I asked the front desk about the bracelets left for us, the employee asked if had taken them, implying that I stole them. I didn’t appreciate that. Overall I think it’s a little overpriced though you’re likely paying for the view and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was just as described. Everyone enjoyed it-ages 6 up to 75! The view was amazing from the king bedroom and balcony!! Only possible complaint was that the lobby smelled funny by the elevators the whole week and the slide wasn’t open consistently due to weather being cold-although kids still like to go in. Theee were plenty of chairs by the pool and the beach was beautiful!
