Spectacular sun rises are yours to see with the unobstructed direct view of the Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront primary bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the huge oceanfront wrap around balcony. The primary bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk in tiled shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, the third bedroom offers two twin beds, the fourth bedroom offers 1 king bed w/ private balcony and private bathroom and the fifth bedroom offers two queen beds w/ a private bathroom. Other features include smart TVs in all rooms, full sized washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. This condo provides a spacious open concept family, dining and kitchen area that provides a spacious and memorable stay for you and your guests. This condo is located in the heart of the Grand Strand’s Golden Mile in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children's splash pool all overlooking the beach. The condo was beautiful and in a great location. I would definitely stay there again, as long as they get one thing figured out. Every single TV was totally useless because they weren’t connected to the internet. Cable boxes and roku, but none of it worked. It would have been nice to be able to either get someone in the phone about it or have it clearly stated somewhere that it was not available, so that we could plan accordingly.

This unit was stunning. Really well decorated and the perfect amount of space for our family of 9 to gather together but also have their own alone time. The only complaint I have is that the Wi-Fi / internet connection was horrible the entire trip. Every few hours the smart tv’s would disconnect and need to be reconnected to the extent that most of us just gave up. We also couldn’t get certain apps to work. I had reached out to maintenance about this on the first day and someone came to fix it on the living room tv’s but none others. The process continued and I reached out again but no response. We tried resolving on our own using the instructions from the initial response but it just didn’t work so again, ultimately gave up.

Overall a nice property and great location. For the most part clean. Found a few dirty utensils and a used razor cap in the shower. Garbage disposal did not work. Access to the beach was somewhat difficult especially with children and wagon in tow. There were 5-6 steps up and down to get to the beach. Would not say handicap accessible at all. That was the only drawback.

This property was lovely, we were 3 generations of family with parents, children, and grandchildren. Our space was ample for the 9 of us. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The views from the balcony were spectacular. And the kitchen well equipped.
My only issue was that in the listing, it said that the property was wheelchair accessible which was true for the most part. However, one of the bathrooms was listed as wheel chair accessible but not totally true. Yes, you could get a wheelchair into the room, but the shower wasn't accessible, having a 3-4 inch step to get inside. Once inside the shower, there were no grab bars, no hand held shower head, and only a very tiny seat which works to prop your foot on, but no adult could safely sit there to shower. Also, the toilet would have been very difficult for someone in a wheel chair to transfer from chair to toilet. Fortunately our grandson also uses crutches for his mobility but showering was difficult for him.

Overall it was a great stay and everything was as advertised. Only issue we had, had a wheelchair delivered. Had a photo of rental company show it at front door. When we arrived it was missing. New one delivered next morning. Not sure if it was ever located. Also read other comments about TV’s. Had to call and went first evening and majority of next day without. Once service man explained no issue. Instructions should be provided in advance.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. It's beautiful! Tons of room for sharing, cooking, puzzle solving, watching the ocean.. it was absolutely amazing! Very clean & comfortable. Beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The only suggestion has nothing to do with the condo itself but the TV's in each room had to be reset every other day. Luckily, my brother watched the repair guy on the first day and could easily update them to get them working again. It's really an issue with the company that supports the system in that area. This place is truly deserving of a 5-star rating!

I’m picky, when I saw this attractive immaculate listing with ample space I booked it. I was hoping for the best but aware from experience that pictures can be deceiving- in this case the pictures do not do the property justice. On the 12th floor, at the end, IMMACULATE, very spacious, comfortable beds and furniture, pristine bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, appliances all in perfect working condition, amazing view, we were more than pleased with our stay and will book again.

South Wind 1207 was definitely as advertised, and then some. The unit was beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable for the 11 adults in our family. Luxury Beach Rental personnel were very easy to work with and responsive to all of my questions and needs. The amenities at South Wind were a huge plus, with the 3 hot tubs and lazy river a huge hit in the afternoon after a day of fun and sun at the beach. The complex was also very close to the local Walmart, Catholic church and a variety of good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if Myrtle Beach is our destination of choice. Rent and enjoy!!

Great Beach Vacation
Property is on 12th floor of a resort hotel with incredible view of the ocean and wonderful sound of waves. Myrtle Beach area has activities of all types for everyone. We enjoyed the ocean and beach plus we golfed, took a Dolphin sightseeing cruise and we had dinner at a pirate show. Overall, a great time.

Family of 10 stayed in this condo and it was spacious and well appointed. We had plenty of space. Five bedrooms meant that there was space for everyone. Four full bathrooms meant no wait for the shower! The dining room table seats 10, so it was perfect for everyone to gather around. Well maintained condo with modern appliances. The only downfall is that one bedroom has two queen beds and it's a tight squeeze to get to the attached bath in that bedroom. Other than that, our stay was fabulous!
