This brand new build cabin has a fully stocked kitchen to cook all your meals, a private indoor pool, and provides high-quality sheets, towels, and the comforts of home. This is the perfect cabin to sit back and relax with friends, or have a fun getaway with family or explore the area! From relaxing in the living room with peaceful wooded views, to cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. This smokey cabin will make any vacation memorable! YOU WILL NOT WANT TO LEAVE THESE VIEWS! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen is fully stocked with normal kitchen items plus a crock-pot, rice cooker, roasting pan, waffle maker, toaster, blender, Keurig, tea kettle, various size pots & pans, turkey baster, mixing bowls, glass pie pan, and baking sheets. 2. Do you provide any baby items? - We provide a pack-n-play in one of the bedroom closets, a high chair and children's serving utensils. 3. Are pets allowed? - Yes, up to two dogs are allowed. 4. Do you provide a grill? - Yes. There is a gas grill outside. 5. What linens are included? - We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and pool towels. 6. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? - Yes. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay. 7. Is there a fire place? - Yes. There is a fire place in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. 8. What time is check-in and check-out? Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 10am. We provide contactless check in and checkout. 9. Where is the nearest airport? The nearest airport to the cabin is McGhee Tyson airport in Knoxville. 10. How many parking spaces are there? The parking area in front of the house can accommodate 4 cars. 11. Do you decorate for the holidays? Yes. We decorate for Christmas after Thanksgiving until January. 12. Do you need four-wheel drive? In Winter months four wheel drive might be needed at times, but the county is very good at clearing the main road to cabin. 13. What is the temperature of the private, indoor heated pool? The temperature of the pool is 80-81 degrees. 14. Is the waterfall in the pool room operational? It is not. It is for decoration ONLY! *** In case of a power outage, does the Cabin have a backup energy source (generator)? Unfortunately, these units are not equipped with a backup generator.

This is a wonderful property. The view is great and it’s within 15 minutes of all the activities that pigeon forge has to offer. The owners were very quick to respond if we had any needs. The kids LOVED the indoor pool.

I think this is our favorite cabin in pigeon forge! The indoor pool was great! And so were the arcades! The cabin still smells new! We loved the large gathering area and the fact the bedrooms were on the same floor together. Night John boy! Pictures just don’t do it justice!

We have stayed at several cabins in the area and for our larger group this was no doubt the favorite. The kids (ages 7 and 9) absolutely loved it. The owners thought of everything from gates to block stairs to even a dog crate if needed (although we brought our own). We will definitely try to book this cabin when we come next time. We want to thank the owners for making our trip so enjoyable.

We have stayed at many many cabins in this area and this one was by far the best. The amenities were great, clean and we could tell alot of thought was put into the details of the cabin unlike many others we have stayed at. Also communcation with the property manager was great and quick. Would stay again for sure.

This cabin was EVERYTHING that I could have dreamed of !! Everyone, aged 7 - 65 had a wonderful stay. So much to do there, and I NEVER heard those dreaded words,"I'm bored" !!! Beautiful, clean, well stocked, and overall perfect. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone with a family to make your vacation absolutely painless !! Pictures represented the cabin on point ! The cabin was amazing. The arcade room with Golden Tee was a big hit and the indoor pool was nice and warm. Couldn't have asked for a better location, and owners were very responsive to inquiries.

My wife arranged for a 5 day stay to celebrate or birthdays with the entire family. The cabin was clean and spacious. The game room and pool were a tremendous asset when we had a couple days of rain. Quick drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Jeff was gracious and quick to answer any questions we had.

The pics just don’t do this cabin justice. Rooms are way larger than anticipated from the pics. This was our first go at VRBO and we were not disappointed. We’ve rented cabins before in our area but nothing like this! The only thing I was surprised about was that we needed to provide our own supplies if we ran out of the “starter” supplies left. To me for the price it should be all provided. But not a deal breaker and wouldn’t keep us from renting from the host again. Very easy to communicate with and responsive even in light of the time difference between their location and the location of the cabin. If you’re planning a trip to Pigeon Forge this should top your list of potential places to stay.

We had a wonderful time at Granola Bear Cabin! Jeff’s home is beautiful and he was quick to respond to anything we needed. The kids loved the pool and spent hours swimming! Great location, only about 10 min from Pigeon Forge. We had a great time and would recommend this home to anyone wanting a mountain getaway.

We have probably stayed in 25 cabins in Pigeon Forge over the years! This was hands down our favorite. The pool was so clean and most of our favorite place to be. The game room to was such a hit. I loved the fact that each bedroom had their own bath and tvs❤ The kitchen was large with a lot of seating for our family. Our labradoodles had a great time too. We look forward to returning here in the future.

This place was amazing for a weekend getaway for 3 family’s. We had guest of all ages. Great location to attraction only being 10 minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge. The place is big and actually looks better than the pictures!

We loved our stay at Granola Bear! The cabin was amazing! There was so much room! We spent time playing pool, playing arcade games and swimming in the pool! The hot tub was lovely! The kitchen was well stocked and we had fun baking a cake with the kiddos. I think I have a rotator cuff injury from playing so much Mrs. Pac-Man. The owner was helpful and quickly responsive when I had a question. Our boys can’t wait to stay there again, in the summer! Also, the Christmas tree kept us in the holiday spirit.

The property was beautiful and was just as listed. We had a great time playing in the arcade, swimming in the pool, and soaking in the hot tub. We even got to see a baby bear during our stay which amazed the kids. The property is very close to all the fun things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay here. Very clean, well stocked. Beautiful views. The kids loved the game room and the pool (and adults loved that the pool was behind a locked door). The kids bunk beds (double size) worked out well for all but the 3yo. Enough cooking stuff in the kitchen for us to make some nice meals. Really enjoyed that the owner helped us find the local grocery and their favorite restaurant. Our pup also enjoyed it (there was a crate there, perfectly sized for him). The drive there wasn’t too steep for August. We did have an issue where we were locked out for about 2 hrs (with pup inside) due to a keypad issue. The owners were very responsive but that experience was tough.

This trip was more then we ever expected. The entire experience was great from booking, to pre arrival info and the entire stay. There was a boil alert for the area the day we came in and the manager alerted us and provided all the information. They were very quick to respond when needed assistance. Highly recommend and wanting to use them again!

We had a great family vacation with some of the kids and some of the grandkids over an entire week. The arcade room kept the kids (and adults) busy for hours. Family time at the indoor pool was a daily event. We could not be happier with our experience. Would do it again without a second thought......

This place was amazing, my grandkids absolutely loved the pool. ( they even supplied pool towels) We had so much fun that we left all of our pool toys for the next family to enjoy. This cabin was fully stocked with everything you needed. We were all impressed with the entire house. We even had a visit from a baby bear in the side of the house ( was fenced all around) We had a minor issue with the pool area temperature & lock pad) when I texted for help, they didn’t hesitate. I got a reply quickly and the issue was taken care of.follow You won’t be disappointed!!!! Great vudut
