The space is a freshly renovated, never lived in, downstairs apartment with a luxuriously tiled bathroom and rain shower head complete with an electric fireplace, two queen beds, a designated workspace, outdoor patio with seating area and firepit overlooking a garden and a small but growing collection of vinyls to explore. Just 2 miles to Capital Hill and 3 to Pikes Place market, you're close enough for a very short bus/bike/scooter ride but far enough for a quiet night's rest. You'll love it here!

We had a hard time finding this place. When we did. We was not able to get in the code that was provided. Was lock out for 30 min. My daughter called VRBO for help. We waited online. I finally was able to get a hold of the owner who live in a different state. We told them we been trying to get in for awhile with the code that was informed on the website. They finally tells us the code to open the key lock to open the door. When we got in and open the refrigerator there a paper stated not to eat the food below because it belong to someone who lives there. I'm like I rent this place for me and my kids to relax and now thinking who else lives here or going to come in. The place has 1 room and a extra so called studio bedroom with curtains and it was small to moved around. Next time I'll book a hotel that I'm sure that nobody not going to tell me not to eat there food.

The suite is very nice with an outdoor patio. We really liked it.
The owners are on site which is not a relaxed feeling. I received a note on my car about how I parked and that I blocked one of their cars from getting out. I parked using the guide on the driveway and did not go over it.
The street we were on was nice. Going for a walk was easy. The local store is not ideal if you are bothered by panhandlers and drug use.
Be advised: there are steep and rickety stairs to get to the suite. If you have bad knees, be careful.

My daughter and I spent the weekend to see a Mariner's game . It was close to everything we needed it was clean comfortable and the hosts for wonderful very kind the stairs down to the apartment or a little steep but we did it

My husband and I and one of our friends were in town for a wedding and we stayed in this property for 2 nights. For 3 people (and a short stay), this was perfect! Check in was easy and the hosts were super nice. Great neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around and there’s a cool local brewery about 15 minutes walking distance that we LOVED. Between rideshares, walking, and transit we didn’t drive our car the entire weekend so the property is in a great area! All in all, we loved it and it was perfect for our needs.

Chill vibe
We had a great time visiting. This place was really great from when we arrived till leaving. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was great to enjoy sitting out on the little patio in the backyard enjoying the calmness around but still being secluded. Just a chill vibe at this place. Inside was really clean and just had a cool setup! Randy was a great host, friendly and we would definitely stay there again in Seattle. Thanks for the hospitality. I would definitely recommend! 🤙🏻
