Wife and I were really happy with the property! Great location and wonderful host! Could not of asked for better! Carmen was easy to communicate with and answered quickly, accommodating to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will definitely be back. Beach was really nice and just a short walk! This side of the island was not crowded and very family friendly.

The residence was cozy and so clean! It was just me there, enjoying the beach and doing training online. If i had my 2 youngest children, I feel it would’ve been too small. The residence is more of an apartment feel and I did hear adjacent neighbors throughout the day and night. The walk to the beach was only about 3 minutes; perfect enough to carry a chair and a bag. I would definitely recommend for a single or double travelers!

This was a nice and quiet location to call home as we traveled between Bluffton and Hilton Head. It's right on the water ... we enjoyed walking along the beach. We found it very clean and well stocked. I had a bit of confusion with the electronics, but the homeowner was very helpful and responsive. Lots of beautiful kitties on the property, which we enjoyed!

We stayed there for several days in July. The beach within walking distance was OK. We DID see several baby sea turtles and actually saw on hatch! Pretty cool. Super easy drive to the public beach access points and all the restaurants on the northern end of the island.

We had an excellent time. This is our second time staying in this resort. First time in this unit. It was amazing. Great proximity to everything. The beach has been restored since our last visit so that was a huge improvement. We absolutely love this location and will definitely be back.

The rental place was newly remodeled and was very clean when we arrived. Turnkey was quick to respond to any issues and resolved them quickly. The place is located on the north side of the island near the airport and the bay, so it did not have the best beach, although it did have a beautiful view at sunset. The public beach was only a 10 minute drive, which is nice. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

The condo was very clean and people were friendly. My only suggestion would be to clean up the property and address the feral cat population. It would also be nice to have bike racks outside of each building. We had to walk to the opposite side of the property to access our bikes and they didn’t have racks so it was hard to keep the bikes organized and stood up . I wish the property was as well managed as our condo.
