One of a kind lakefront property on a private cul-de-sac near The Village in the heart of Big Bear Lake. Room for a crowd with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms + bonus room and loft Living room features floor to ceiling walls of windows to take in the lake views. Spacious back deck with gangway access to your own dock for fishing! Luxurious lakefront home features porcelain tile throughout, two wood burning fireplaces, two Master suites with soaking tubs and double vanities, gourmet kitchen with a double oven and new granite countertops with two dining areas with epic views of the lake. Curl up in the living room near the wood burning fireplace with surround sound and 75" Smart TV or hang in the loft/game room with a foosball table, arcade console with over 65 games and Smart TV with reclining leather chairs. Amazing deck with views of the lake and hot tub. Dock is perfect for fishing and boat use! Lake is currently full and amazing! Bedroom Layout: -Master Bedroom located on the second floor with a King Bed -Second Bedroom located on the first floor with a Queen Bed -Third Bedroom located on the second floor with two Queen Beds -Fourth Bedroom located on the second floor with a Double Bed -Fifth Bedroom located on the second floor with a Double Bed and two Twin Beds. Near the Village in the heart of Big Bear Lake. Village distance: 3 minutes away from the home. Slope distances: Snow Summit is 8 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 11 minutes away from the home. Max Occupancy is 14 Car Occupancy is 4 Village Distance: 4 minutes away from the home. Slope distances: Snow Summit is 8 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 12 minutes away from the home. We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay. To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out. If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not. Please read the listing carefully to confirm all house rules. The City law requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the app of your Governmental ID that matches the name of the reservation No pets $3500 fine plus damages No smoking inside $3500 plus damages No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in a severe issue - if a user error or maintenance is refused to verify a spa issue or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages no street parking at any time this is separate and apart from any fines issued by the city for going over occupancy, music heard at the property line, noise after 10pm and dogs left at the property along with $25 per bag trash rule due to the City of Big Bear Lake laws No events or parties - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking or pets - owner is highly allergic $25 per bag of trash left in the fridge, in kitchen or onsite anywhere - this is the law and we must abide by it $45 dirty dishes fee - our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law $45 grill cleaning fee if left dirty or food inside it which attracts pests and animals There are no outdoor fires, lighter fluid, coal burning devices, or anything that has its own separate burning device allowed at any time due to fire hazards and $5,000 fines issued by code enforcement. This includes bringing in your own grills or charcoal burning devices and firepits. The home comes equipped with a gas grill please use it as much as you would like.
