Parking was okay. The driveway was small and the house across the street had vehicles parked on the street that made it hard for us to get in and out. But overall the house was great.

Stayed at this rental with 6 individuals and it was very spacious. Very nice set up for a family or group of 8 people or less. The listing accurately depicts the home. It was easy to find and the community it is located in is quiet. It was easy for Ubers & delivery service to find. Would stay here again Some things to note: - it’s actually 4 BD / 3.5 BA (only 3 showers) - the stretch of area where restaurants and shopping is located isn’t the safest so be aware of your surroundings if you venture out. - Roughly 20+ minutes outside of the downtown/ midtown area - Ubers range from $25-$35 for pick-up & drop off for group of 6. - Bring additional towels because host doesn’t provide additional - Ice machine was down and wasn’t made aware prior to stay. Are stay was pleasant. The townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. Located in a gated community. Owner was responsive. If you have a problem with stairs this is not the property for you. One bedroom/bath is on the lower level and the other three bedrooms/ 2 full baths are on the top level. 1/2 bath on the main level. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. There is a TV in the livingroom and master bedroom. Parking is tight but adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Where do I start, the place inside and out was beautiful looks better in person also easy door access.. Host communicated well and made sure you had more than everything you needed.. place was stocked with house hold supplies and plenty seasonings. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.. only thing is need to put Tv’s maybe in the guest bedrooms but really wasn’t a need for us we didn’t do anything but sleep and back out on the town.. also parking like it states is to the Tea.. I rate 5 stars hands down.. would definitely be returning every time we visit and location was good as well….

This townhouse was roomy and comfortable. There was a nice deck, and plenty of seating. A coffee table would have been nice, but otherwise we had everything we needed.

very clean, very quiet, nestled in a condo community. We stayed June-July 2022 and it was nice. The streets being tiny and the driveways being miniscule were the only drawbacks. Nice rooms, comfy beds...everything a traveling family needs.

We really enjoyed our stay in the townhome. The home is well appointed and the 4 of us had our own rooms and bathroom but we enjoyed the family room and kitchen the most. Great TV with soundbar. The drive into town was not that bad and it was nice to come this house after a few long days in the city. Quiet neighborhood and never really heard anyone else. Kitchen had all we needed. Would def stay here again if our travels take us to Atlanta.

The townhouse itself is gorgeous... HOWEVER.. The owner of the property failed to inform us that the AC in the home wasn't working. I checked in on Monday and spoke with her on 2 seperate occasions and both times was not told about the air that she "noticed" wasn't working days prior. Once we contacted her about the temperature in the home (78°+ on every level ) she informed us that she can also see the temperature in the home from her phone and that a refund can be provided for the night but we would have to find other accommodations.. @ 9pm.. in a tornado watch... while in the pouring rain. We were also told to go to Walmart and buy some fans and we can be reimbursed by her later or open the windows in the home (torrential rain) Her fiance did bring 2 fans for a 4 bedroom home. The temps remained hot in the home all night. The owner definitely handled the situation wrong and should have informed us of the conditions of the home BEFORE check in and/or when I spoke with her on the phone.

We booked this for a weekend stay and the home was really nice. Only the master bedroom had a TV but it suited us. The fridge and cabinets had a lot of stuff that was left by previous guest that could be used if you left something. We enjoyed our stay, we will book again!!

The accuracy of the listing was in point and the property did not disappoint. Once out of the complex where the property is, the surrounding area seems a little sketchy, but it was very quiet at and around the location itself.

Renting this property was extremely easy. The pictures really captured the full essence of the property. I was particularly fond of the artwork displayed throughout the unit. I am a collector of elephants and the contemporary style displayed class and comfort.

Hello, I only had a couple issues. When searching for the location I stated Atlanta near Marietta, it said 15 min, it was actually over 30 min. I should have spoken to the agent and get more detail on location. Other than that my stay was great! thank you

Met up with my sisters for a birthday weekend in ATL. Property was just As described and pictured. Had a slight issue with checking in, but the host was prompt and attentive with communication. Would definitely stay there again.
