We enjoyed stay here. Its a cozy home with all you need for a comfortable stay. Its perfect location in South Atlanta. Just a few miles far from the zoo. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The property manager went above and beyond to help me when I left some things behind.

We had a wonderful family trip! Loved sitting on the front porch enjoying morning coffee and family dinner around the round dining room table. We will be back!

Overall our stay was pleasant and spacious. The only complaint is there was a strong mothball or mildew smell, like a old mildewy smell. It even followed us home on our clothes and hair.

Wendal’s home was beautiful. He was great to communicate with - helpful, friendly and responsive. As out-of-towners, Atlanta was a little daunting, but Wendal’s home was located in a great neighborhood and close to everything we wanted. I would definitely recommend!

Gotta be honest - we were concerned about finding a safe neighborhood close to all the downtown attractions. We found it with this house. We were centrally located with all the Atlanta family activities we planned, and everyone had their own room with their own TV for downtime. This was the perfect solution for our family of four for a few days in Atlanta.

Porch sitting here in September was perfect. Cool breezes in the mornings and nice shade for the afternoons. Everything you need is here. Beds were comfy and location was perfect for our stay!! I would suggest the seat cushions on the front porch furniture be replaced. Obviously this is a favorite spot for all visitors 😜! Some lightbulbs also need attention. Outdoor furniture could use a good scrubbing (one of the reasons we stayed on the front porch which we loved). Also the shower curtain linings need to be replaced or washed. Stains are visible. I almost didn’t submit my review because I didn’t want to give away this little gem! The home was in a perfect spot for our travel to ATL - the Pullman Pops Orchestra salute to Broadway. It was perfect for our family gathering and much nicer than a hotel would have been.- the space in the home allowed us to visit and rest and it had a great front porch and back deck so we all had our space. It was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely book again when traveling to ATL.

The house is exactly as shown. Our trip started with a welcome call from the host, the house was spotless, and the neighborhood has great restaurants in walking distance. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Rented his property to attend our daughter's college graduation and had some additional family meeting my wife and I for the event. Coordinating with Wendal was seamless and they made it very easy to get there and enter the property with directions etc. The place was just as pictured and we enjoyed the property very much. The front porch was a great place to sit and enjoy family time. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and the location is very convenient a number of area attractions. We had a great stay.

Stayed with friends for a reunion week exploring Atlanta. Comfortable home in a historic neighborhood. Enjoyed the home and proximity to lots of great areas and sites.

We had a great time in Atlanta for our spring break trip. We enjoyed this house a lot. It was a short drive to all of our planned outings for the week. We felt safe here and loved that we could park in the driveway on not on the street. The only complaints we had was the mattresses being uncomfortable and loud when moving around while sleeping. This is a personal preference so may not be that way for everyone. And it also had an unpleasant but tolerable strong odor that we couldn't figure out. Again, a personal preference that we just didn't like. Wendel was an amazing host. I had to contact him after locking my phone in the house and forgetting the door combo. He was very helpful and we got in right away. He saved the day! If we ever return to Atlanta we will definitely stay here again.

Served as the home base for our multi-generational family attending a wedding at nearby Agnes Scott College. We enjoyed strolls through the charming Kirkwood neighborhood, walking to dinner at Urban Pie, breakfast at Petite Marche (order the beignets) and pastries at Evergreen. Owner is very kind and attentive, making sure we had what we needed for the weekend.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Clean, spacious; very comfortable. Warning: the beds are VERY soft; our old backs didn't care for that, but it was still do-able! Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it.

First off this property is reasonably priced in an amazing location. Local coffee, resturants, shops, and bakeries nearby. The house was inviting and had all the necessities. The dining room carpet showed some wear but overall the house was tidy and clean. Would 100% stay here again.

The house was perfect for us. A charming home with nice decor. The layout is perfect. All 3 bedrooms were completely separated. It is the nicest VRBO/Air B&B home we have stayed in . Loved the neighborhood. There are bars/restaurants just a couple of blocks away. Also a 24hr convenient store that has a wide range of items. Great home for families!

This property is located in a charming historic neighborhood that is a short walk away from a quaint downtown area with cafes and restaurants, a park, and Pullman Yard. Kroger, Target, and Publix are about a mile away, and downtown Atlanta and the airport are easily accessible by I-20. The 3 bed/ 2 bath house is perfect for families. The house is well-appointed, and the kitchen is well-equipped for any cooking needs. The washer and dryer are very convenient, especially for our week-long stay. The house also has great outdoor space. The porch is welcoming and has plenty of seating. The backyard is spacious with grill, firepit, and plenty of seating as well. Unfortunately, the weather was too hot while we were there so we didn't get to use the outdoor space much. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the area was quite. There are really good food options all around. The location was perfect for us to get to where we wanted to go. It was convenient to get to the attractions we wanted to see, the airport and to the ballpark. Wendal was a great host and was available to answer any questions.

We stayed for my sister's Bachelorette party. There was plenty of room and lots of areas to hang out and relax at the house including front and back porches and living/dining areas. Beds were comfy. Plenty of linens/towels! The location was perfect! Very safe. Neighbors were super friendly. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Nearby Mexican restaurant had THE BEST tacos ever! Local bar had karaoke which was so much fun! Prices at restaurants and bars was very reasonable! Best trip! Owner was very friendly, helpful, and responded quickly!

This house exceeded expectations.The round were large. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking pots. The backyard and the front porch were great additional areas for our toddler to play and the family to gather to visit. We would stay there again.

We were in a few days part for business and part for enjoying Atlanta. The house was as listed and is in a great location. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was coffee and restaurants in walking distance, a Publix close by and was an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Atlanta. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It’s so close to the restaurants and shops in Kirkwood. The host was available and reached out on our check in day, but we didn’t need anything because the home was so well stocked! Great experience!

Wendal’s home was the perfect house for our family of 7. It had great spaces for gatherings inside and out. The beds were comfortable and had fresh linens. Wendal was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay there again.

This property is great. We game for the CFA Kickoff game and did not want to stay right downtown. This home was the perfect distance to get out of the craziness of downtown but still close enough to get there with ease. The house is in a great neighborhood where you can walk to some great restaurants. The communication with the homeowner was very smooth. He responded very quickly to my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this home.
