We had ten adult men on an annual ski trip. We chose this home as it offered each man his own bedroom as well as a large living/hang out area. In addition, we deliberately chose to stay at a location off mountain so as to be able to walk into town for apres ski and dinner. We were also prepared to walk to the town gondola to get to the mountain. The house was GREAT for all the above. We especially valued having individual bedrooms. The one caveat I would add is that the house is worn and the finishes and furnishings have not been updated and/or are not high quality. The kitchen is especially outdated and not well equipped relative to other vacation rentals we have enjoyed over the last two decades. Bedrooms are also sparely decorated and definitely not luxurious but highly functional. Bottom line, if you value a large space in town and don't care about high end furnishings and fixtures, this house is a pretty good find. Apart from the home itself, Avant Stay was easy to deal with and offered us options for our stay that were interesting and thoughtful. We ended up taking them on up an early arrival option that allowed us to arrive in the morning the day we left a nearby ski area.

I booked for a large family event (23 people), and this was the perfect venue. Plenty of accommodations for everyone and the location downtown great for shopping and gondola rides. AvantStay staff were extremely responsive, and the process could not have been easier. I highly recommend this property!

This home is spacious, peaceful, and well-situated in Breckenridge. It is close enough to everything but far enough away from any noise. It is an easy walk to town. Communication from the host was professional and timely. The only downside is overnight parking for additional cars beyond 3, but the overnight city lot is only 2 miles away. Everyone enjoyed the air hockey table and rooftop firepit.

This home is such a great location, just a few blocks from Main Street, the shopping and restaurants. The home was a great set up for our family reunion. We had 22 people ranging in age from 2-75. 8 of the 10 bedrooms had their own private bath, the living space was ample and the giant dining table was able to accommodate our whole group. A great experience

Our stay at Holly by Avantstay was exceptional from start to finish--we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to have all of our family together under one roof. The location is perfect--we walked to everything! The house itself is just amazing--so many beautiful rooms and gathering spaces. So clean and well stocked--we didn't need a thing. The hot tub was used every night--we had to bribe the kids to get out! All in all it was the just the best place for our family to make some great memories. Thanks so much for sharing this property!

We traveled to Breckenridge for my daughters wedding. It was a perfect stay for everyone. There is plenty of room and supplies to cover everything needed. We dined in for dinner every night. There were ample amount of dishes for our needs. And the huge fridge and TWO dishwashers make it so easy. Only suggestion that I would make is adding some more hand towels/dish rags to the kitchen. And a large size skillet. We still managed without but would have been nice. Will definitely use again if we are back in area.

Property was a great location and house was great….had an incident however. Water started pouring out of the ceiling at the front entryway. Plumbing leak from the upstairs bathroom. Could have been a horrible experience but the property management was right on it and the issues were handled diligently. I don’t write many reviews but want to give props for handling the problem!!! Thank you.

This was a great house for our large family. Plenty of space with individual bathrooms. The kitchen is smaller and not as well equipped as some, but nothing we couldn’t do without. This was probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent for skiers and non-skiers to all enjoy.

House was great, we enjoyed it a lot. Property manager is very slow to get ahold of. Makes you jump through some hoops. Once you finally get ahold of them they do accommodate decently well though.

The table on upper deck has a bolt missing. Liability hazard. It might be time to replace some mattresses - sinking in middle, collapsing on the edges. Also, the entry instructions say, "enter the number, then hit check." It should read, "enter the number, then turn the key lock to right." We loved the huge frig and the two dishwashers. We were impressed by the number of dishes and utensils. I have recommended this location to several large families! The parking is sad, as you know. You might want to tell future renters that it could cost $20+ a night for parking! Your representative told me the driveway was not "shared use" and it is!!! Also, it is poor PR to contact the "corporate" number and have them contact the local representative. Some questions need more hands-on answers. Hope these hints will help you with this VRBO listing. It was just what we needed. We had coffee on the upper deck each morning and smelled the mountain air.
