Located in Pensacola, this lovely house for $294 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to the "Treehouse." Its a HEALING place. Everyone that comes here falls in love with the view. This oasis is smack dab in the middle of town. The beach is a short 15 minute drive. Located 9 minutes from downtown with amazing shops, dining and museums. Three large bedrooms, two baths with a relaxing soaker tub. Not to mention balconies off the master bedroom and living room. The forest behind here will give you that seclusion feel, along with turtles, fish, and incredible bird life. Modern features and amazing views will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed on your vacation. Many restaurants and shopping with in walking distance. *Note- this house has three levels and three sets of stairs. It also has two high balcony's. One on the third floor and one on the second floor. This may not be suitable for young children or people who have trouble climbing stairs. Please take this into consideration when booking. Additionally, there is a table/chairs on the top balcony of the master. Door must remained locked at all times if there are children on the property. (My 2 year old would climb on the table and jump off the balcony if she had the chance- no sense yet) The bedrooms are on the second and third floors. The second story balcony is screened in, and is not meant to be a safety measure. Children may fall through the screen and down a hill. I am allowing children because I know that some families have children that are calm and sensible (mine are not). So book with discretion please. We are Not responsible for any accidents. This home is meant to be very relaxing with an amazing view.

It was Conference Comfort for my friend and me as the condo was perfect space and clean inside and just 10 minutes away from our meetings. The three levels are perfect for relaxing and privacy, especially, the loft, which is grand!!! The only reservation that we had was the cleanliness on the outdoor areas, porch, deck, and below deck and deck was slightly unsteady/leaning. Other than realizing the deck was not the best place to relax, we had a super time at the TreeHouse!!!

Best Kept Secret in this neighborhood! Wish I had more time to relax at the house. So cute, but so clean and minimalistic! Our 14 year old daughter wants to decorate her room exactly the same. My men loved the quick access to fishing and man cave by the creek. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. I loved the jacuzzi bath tub and the owners truly thought of EVERYTHING! Bath salts were readily available. Just the relaxation I needed. The only thing I would improve is the mattresses need to be a little firmer- but maybe that's just because I'm a little older. A boxspring or bedboard might have helped. The sizes were perfect, though and I was so glad to have pillows to pick from. Laundry facilities a huge plus! Thanks for having detergent pods! Cleaning fee is a killer with all VRBOs. I will definitely be staying here again with my family as long as it doesn't get booked!

The location of this property is awesome. In the middle of everything, but you feel as if you are in a quiet natural area complete with a stream with fish. The loft area of the home was a beautiful compliment to the property, allowing family Movie watching. Perfect spot for any family needing room and a location near shopping, beaches and entertainment.

We LOVED staying at the Treehouse for our Pensacola vacation. It’s close enough to the beach without being in the middle of the craziness! Tons of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby! The neighborhood is quiet, and the fish and turtles in the creek were a ton of fun to feed! We will definitely be coming back!!

The property does not seem like it's in the city because of where it's nestled. I seen a lot of fish and a huge turtle in the creek. A cat came to greet me at the door outside. The energy surrounding the house and inside was bliss. I personally loved the 3rd floor myself. Krystal made everything easy. I will definitely book again.

The place was a nice relaxing quiet area to stay in. The property manager was very responsive, nice and helpful. Not a bad drive to downtown Pensacola from the house. It was very clean, the only thing wish it had blinds on windows to open and close and tvs in all the rooms. I wish outdoor kitchen was a little more kept up but overall no major complaints would recommend this property!

I can not stress this enough! Rent this property for your family, friends, anything really. Awesome secluded place right in the center of Pensacola. I am from Pensacola and brought my family to visit. I did not know this place existed. Check it out for yourself. Huge props to the house owner and whomever designed the inside because it was flawless. Enjoy!!

Excellent Space with Convenient Location

We stayed here while visiting family in Pensacola, and it was a perfect location with everything we needed to be comfortable. The entire house was well-stocked and we enjoyed the various living spaces. We even had our family over to dinner and made a nice meal thanks to the grill and well-equipped kitchen. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the birds and trees, too - we spotted both the owl and the heron! We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Pensacola.
