The home has recently been renovated and has brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Please note that a child safety gate can be added around the pool for guests with young children at no additional charge. We have a zero-tolerance policy in regards to partying at the home. All music must be turned off by 10 PM. This home is located: - Less than 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando - 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport - 10 minutes from Universal Studios - 20 minutes from Disney BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Queen bed, private bathroom with shower Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower Bedroom 3: Two single beds, shared bathroom with shower BATHROOMS: Bathrooms are fully upgraded with new, premium features. The Master Bath is attached to the Master Bedroom and Bathroom 2 is located down the hall and shared with Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3. Both bathrooms have a tiled shower with frameless-glass doors. LIVING AND LOUNGE SPACE: The living area includes a large window that looks out to the front area of the property. This room is equipped with a comfy, leather sofa and two, large chairs. A flat-screen TV is located on the wall. Adacjet to the living space is a game room. This room is flooded with natural light from the large windows. The kitchen is newly renovated and has a full fridge (with ice and water dispenser), stove, microwave, dishwasher, and bar top seating. A coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and plenty of kitchen utensils are also available for your convenience. POOL AREA: The pool area includes a newly renovated in-ground swimming pool. A large deck surrounds the pool and has a dining table that seats eight and two lounge chairs. A grill is also available to use. There are two paddleboards available to take out on the lake for FREE! Fishing poles are also provided. KID FRIENDLY: We have a pack and play and a portable high chair if needed. Just request them before your visit.
