The neighborhood is great and the house is big. The cleaning was delayed and when we arrived I barely figured out what was the code for the lockbox. It should be more organized and included all in one paragraph with the wifi name and password. It was all over the place. The sheets were stained same as some of the towels. Making lots of money and cant spend $200 on new towels makes no sense. Would I stay there again? No. Do I recommend it? No. I really hoped that it was clean and better. Just one extra blanket. I hope you guys take care of the cleaning and replace all the sheets and pillows with new ones.

View was fantastic. Upon arrival kitchen counters were covered in dust. Looking for cleaning product under kitchen sink thr cabinet door fell off when opened. Multiple lights burned out. Light switches that worked nothing. Made it very difficult to figure out what switch did what. Wifi wire strung along ceiling. Tile falling off in the master shower. No TV in living area. TV was awkwardly placed in the kitchen dining area. Spa water smelt old and musty. Thank god we are easy going and my family and I made it a great trip despite all of the maintenence that is needed in this house.

Worst experience ever, The power and the water keep shutting down, most of the time no hot water, and the third floor is full of ants I accepted the idea there is no AC, but the window nets are all of them in a bad shape I would like to request an inspection to this property, and a partial refund for my staying

House is well located and spacious, and it has a nice view. However, it is not a luxury house, as advertised. A lot of deferred maintenance, including a broken front door, walls in great need of paint, and carpets that need replacement. Cable strung along wall to second floor gives the feeling of a college flop house. A little TLC and this place would be a gem. Not in that state in August of 2022.

We were very happy with the house and its location. The layout was perfect for our group, especially having the upstairs loft with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom for our 2 kids. The house was very clean. The refrigerator and other kitchen appliances were spotlessly clean. The management company was easily accessible and I was impressed with their responsiveness. I called them a few times about minor things. The wait time to talk with a representative was just a couple minutes. We had a plumbing issue with a toilet and I called them around 10 pm on a Friday night. They offered to send someone right over. I said it could wait until morning, but they followed up immediately by text message anyway, and we got it resolved. The house was stocked with an oversupply of bathroom towels. The kitchen had only 3 wine glasses and only one wash cloth. Stovetop cookware and dishes were adequate for our group, but short on some items like roasting pans and platters you would need for a holiday dinner. We are giving the house only 3 stars because it was infested with large miller moths. They were in all rooms and we had to continually remove live and dead ones. We even found a dead one in a coffee mug in the kitchen cabinet. I was worried we would end up finding one in our luggage when we got home, but thankfully that did not happen. There were also several spiders. We found one big gnarly one in the lower bedroom, and a few smaller ones in other rooms. At one time I was sitting on the red couch in the game room rocking the baby to sleep, and I found a baby spider crawling on his head.
