Our hosts were very good and helpful. We enjoyed having a place 5 minutes walk from a grocery store and to be able to prepare and cook meals. We liked being out of downtown and all the activity there. Since the bus stop is a couple of minutes' walk and the 40D bus takes directly to the city center, we were able to get a larger feel for the city of Dublin. We felt for the money it was overall a good value.
We went in realizing that the apartment was not going to be on par with a high-priced hotel, so we were not disappointed. The value was good for the price we paid.

Julia was very welcoming and helpful. They left juice for the children which was a nice touch. It was close to the airport, IKEA and Decathlon, not too far from Malahide Castle also.

While this is not near the city center, there is shopping very near by. The people there were all extremely helpfulness and kind.
I should have read the fine print as I had 301 cash on me and there was a required deposit of 300 cssh and it was 3 in the morning so hard to get cash on arrival. This was my faullt but I would warn others to be prepared.

Everything was clean and organized. Marius and his family are amazing hosts.

Very clean and tidy, nice and quiet area with a bus stop literally two minutes away and shops, takeaways, and a pharmacy five minutes walk away. Hosts left us to it but was also very responsive to our messages if we did need their assistance! We had a very early flight (had to be at the airport for 5:20am), and the host did a swift inspection of the place before dropping us off!

property was easily accessible, had really good facilities as well as being exceptionally hygienic and a nice cosy environment to stay would definitely return!

Do not aggravated yourself by staying here.
When I arrived, I was instructed that I needed 300 euros as a deposit. I had traveled two days and had no currency with me since the booking had been paid for already with a credit card. There were no banks around. Just a sleazy ATM on a street blocks away.
This accommodation is in a ridiculous location in a suburban hell maze of houses.
The listing claims two beds, but really, there is one bed and a pull-out. I inquired and was told the pullout has no sheets or pillows and there is another additional charge for sheets for it.
Two towels only, so you better only shower once.

Nice little apartment, nicely decorated, extremely clean, hosts are pleasant people, bus to the center of Dublin 100 meters away, definitely recommended
The size of the apartment is suitable for two adults and possibly two children, definitely too small for 4 adults

The property was clean and spacious for two people.
Good amenities, left us water tea coffee milk etc. daughter of host was very kind. Bus stop was close and accessible.
Poor hot water, the host came back from work to look at it for us and was very agitated and annoyed, felt quite intimidated by him.
Extra cost for the sofa bed, host said it was to pay for the washing of the sheets but not sure how one wash would cost him €10.
Agreed with daughter who showed us around that we would need our deposit back at 6am on the day of checkout as we had booked a tour. No one showed up in the morning, had to use the phone number provided to call and he did not seem pleased that we had woken him up. Very intimidating, asked if we were cold and we said no it was great, and then he angrily said well the radiators were plugged in but you just said you weren’t cold?
Overall the stay was pleasant but would not return, the property is in the backyard of their house and has absolutely no privacy, door is impossible to open and has cameras pointing at you, the chair and table that you can see in the photos is opposite their window so very unlikely to be used as they can see you through the kitchen. Host should really consider the way he speaks to his guests.

Very lovely apartment, with all necessities for short stay. Owner advised a lot about public transportation, local stores etc. Safe location, good connection to the city with bus stop in 5-7 min walk.
Nothing wrong with apartment. Would be nice to have available late check-in hours, in order to not have required taxi transfer (flexibility).

The hosts were very pleasant and extremely helpful
There are very few facilities--restaurants, shops, etc. --nearby, and it is farther from the airport than we had expected.

The hosts were very good
The hot water was way too hot. The airplanes flying over the property were horrible

Lovely apartment. New, clean, comfortable.
There were two of us and we chose this place because it has a double bed and a sofabed.
We were not told in advance that it would be 10 Euros extra if we wanted linen for the sofabed. This charge is not listed on the website. The owner not only would not let us have the linen for the price we paid, but he came in and ripped the linen off the sofabed and stormed out.
Extremely unkind and unprofessional. Very intimidating guy.

The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and served our purpose to have 4 adults sleep before leaving from Dublin Airport. Owner runs a taxi service to the airport.
Place is small. We had to.move table and chairs to move out the pull-out couch.

It looks exactly how it does in the pictures. Modern, self contained, we could come and go as we pleased. On site parking, actually quite a good location for the city centre.
There was no hot water for the shower (but we didn’t address this with the owner so could have been something we did wrong)
