We made it to sleep inn and the host was very friendly and nice . Our room was so cold when we went to check it out just like we like it thanks also the hotel was quiet and very clean we will be back again

As we left for dinner, my husband reported that the chair in our room was broken. We were offered a new room. We said that wasn't necessary, just swap the chair. When we returned from dinner, there was a new chair in the room. We were pleased and impressed.

Wonderful hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had several things to offer. Amenities all were in working order and very relaxing. Only issue was phone went off twice once at 12am and once at 3am with some type of alarm. We just unplugged it the 2nd night. Oh one more thing Ice machine on 3rd floor is still broken and it sounds like it has been for a while.

We had never stayed at a Sleep Inn before and were hesitant because it wasn't as well known to us as other hotels, but it had the best reviews for the area in our price range. It was a convenient location, the parking lot is well lit, and it was very clean. The kids got to enjoy the indoor pool/hot tub. The breakfast was hot and fresh as well. We would definitely stay here again if we'd be in the area.

Just traveling through Shreveport on our way to San Antonio. This was the first time we stayed at a Sleep Inn; we found it to be well appointed and comfortable with very friendly personnel. We would not hesitate to stay again.

My stay was fine until I realized old blood stains on the comforter and linen. I asked for new comforter and linen. The new comforter had stains as well and they never gave new linen. I asked twice still response. I even presented the blood stains to the host. So I slept on stained linen.

Very good! It was clean and relaxing. Found this hotel after leaving another hotel. This hotel saved our stay. I will come back to this hotel in the future.

The room was primarily clean, but the bathroom floor was dirty. One of the rooms I booked had a refrigerator cabinet door falling off. Litter outside around the property.

The outward appearance of the hotel is NOT as it appears inside! This hotel is in need of renovation- the lobby is unattractive and the furniture in the bedroom we were in has DEFINITELY outlasted it’s time

Was not bad,but not great Room smelled like smoke and the pillows were small(like a lot of small accent pillows). Cleanliness was pretty good. The best thing was the shower(walk-in and clean).

Checked in late in the evening on a road trip to catch 5 hours of sleep. Checkin was quick and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

There was nowhere to park. The parking lot was full of loiters. The lobby was loud and chaotic. We did not stay. We left after on 30 mins on the property and went to another hotel for the night.
