Staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful when we got into a pinch, actually a few. Our family of 4 (10 and 9 year olds) slept comfortably and coming off the slopes was hugely convenient with the propert right off the Gondala trial. Both days we enjoyed a dip in the hottub, which was very clean and ready to go. Parking was onsite, and perfect. As a family on a budget we ate in both nights and then played board games in the common room and eating area. Solid family fun without anny devices. We will not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful scenery all around the area. We stayed on Christmas Eve so everything was decorated and lit up with Christmas lights. Additionally, the snow made the whole town stunningly beautiful.

Clean, nice, cozy. New mattresses. Nice, clean community hot tubs (empty and pretty private when we were there) nestled between the hotel and foresty wilderness. Very short walk to Main Street - probably it's best asset. Ski in/ski out. Beautiful views from balcony.

This boutique hotel was a beautiful stay. Check in was easy. Staff was amazing and helped bring our bags in. The common area was so cozy. I loved everything about this hotel except for the sheets in the bed. There were stains on the blankets and sheets. If not for that, I’d give 5 stars.

My husband and I had the best experience here, and will definitely stay again anytime we are in Breckenridge. The owner was so welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. I was even surprised to find a full size fan (Which I love for background noise) and a humidifier. I also really enjoyed the text messaging available to contact the hotel before our stay. And, we were so excited about the common area that is so cozy, and the hot tub. Highly recommend!

So we had suite 5 the elevator goes up but not all the way rough when carrying luggage for some of us. The room was a bit smaller then anticipated. Sheets were dirty. They did let us check in about an hour early that was nice! The staff was amazing.

I have stayed at this property twice. I absolutely love it. It is easy to hop on a shuttle to Peak 8. It is very affordable and has that perfect mountain feel. I will for sure be staying here everytime I come to Breckenridge.

Highly recommend! It is an awesome property that is ski in ski out. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The hot tubs are great, private and peaceful. The interior is lovely, an absolutely dreamy mountain escape!

Only stayed for one night, but it was great! Check in a nd out was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet; very peaceful and we even had a hot tub to ourselves. Great value, would most definitely stay there again.

The bathroom for room 9 was very tiny, and I couldn’t figure out how to get shower to work. My husband couldn’t either. And we’re not dummies. Room could use a full length mirror. Bed was comfortable and room was large with two comfortable chairs at end of beds. A pretty straight shot to downtown Breckinridge. Management was very accommodating.

Great boutique property. Spacious rooms, everything you need is available and check in was extremely easy. Keys were waiting upon our arrival. We used the hot tub which was clean and well maintained. We only saw one other person during our stay so it was very quiet. We’d definitely recommend and will plan to stay again if we return to the area.

I really liked the feel of the hotel. Nice, but with a little wear and tear. The room was nice and homey and the touch of popcorn and a popcorn bowl gave a b&b vibe that i appreciated. The room was noisy due to the location, but was tolerable and a sacrificeof make again did to the convenienceto town. What was not tolerable was the firmest mattress I've ever encountered. It was in great shape but as comfortable as a granite slab. If you like a rock hard mattress, you'll be comfortable in room 6. If i could have slept, i definitely would have rated this higher and would be back. But i love sleep and a plush mattress!

I liked the concept of no one at the desk hence the instruction packet. At first I thought it was strange but it turns out I was very comfortable with it. What I disliked was the room itself. Scanning the pics on line the room looked quite comfortable however for 2 people it was crowded. There were no shelves for storage only a wardrobe. Bathroom had no room for storage either What I'm saying is the pictures were very deceiving. Otherwise the room was nice
