The hotel had some maintenance going on. The elevator wasn't working. We were only there for 1 night and it did the job for what we needed. We booked it very last minute and just needed a place to sleep. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and very apologetic for the broken elevator.

This motel looked acceptable online but was filthy in person. Smelly room, cigarette butts everywhere. No hot water. Toilet was clogged. Noisy, dirty and derelict place. We should have slept in our car.

Tee reserved a three bedroom room, upon checking in found out it would not work for us. We upgraded to the ‘Penthouse or Apartment’ which I will admit had a better layout for our family. Checking in it was decent and clean, but when we stayed for a week, our room was never cleaned again. We had to request towels and take out our own trash. The beds were comfortable, the shower was big enough to have a party in, but the room was run down and not in good condition. The sinks and ceiling leaked while we were there. We advised the desk on all these things and nothing was done.

CONS: If you stay above the 3rd floor you have no internet lucky us floor 7 and no internet. The floors were dirty and lights didn't work, drawers were broken, toilet paper holder broken and light switch sketchy, hair dryer didn't work, happy little roach hanging out in the bathroom, no where to park and was told to park in the bank parking lot where the signs says Hotel guest will be towed. The staff was LAZY and RUDE. Needed towels for the nasty pool and was told they didn't have any and could not get what they didn't have but the sign at the pool clearly states, Dry off before leaving pool. Holes in wall where lights should have been. Never could get anyone at the front desk and would not answer the phones. The cleaning carts banging everything at 4AM woke everyone up. However it had 3 king beds.... Will we stay here again.... Never

The bathroom was never cleaned the entire stay and was dirty when we got there. The third room was also never straighten the entire stay. The "clean" towels were stained and had hair on them. A cigarette receptacle was outside our room so we constantly smelled smoke or pot. The parking lot was disgusting, with trash everywhere. The front office was rarely manned and when the fire alarm went off, it took about 45 minutes before someone showed up to direct guests and when they did, they just turned off the alarm. The elevator stunk and was frequently full of water from guests leaving the pool. Then the seals at the pirate show across the street stayed active from about 12:30 to 2:30 am every night ao we go very little rest. You can tell the rooms are being renovated but our was pieces and parts so the floors were new but the walls still had the old brown carpet. We also only had 1 remote that worked for the three tv's.

The room was fine and the hotel is great even though its being renovated. The heated pool was awesome. Only complaint i had was our neighbors were being loud and smoking right out side our room. Had to complain to the office and they took care of it.

Feb 2024: The location was perfect (within walking distance to most attractions and places to eat.) The gentleman and lady at the front desk were really nice and helpful. Our original room was not what we expected and had a few issues. I think they are in the process of remodeling. However, when we asked to move rooms, the lady was very nice and helped us move to a different room. The 2nd room did not have any issues and was a nice place to rest for the night. Great price, great location, wonderful staff!

Room was very spacious, but needs furniture for sitting. Tub worked well and was relaxing however the television did not work and rooms are very dark, needs more lighting. Telephone did not work in the room so was not able to notify hotel staff had to go down to front desk and explained to manager about the issues, he stated he guessed tv was completely broken and needed to be replaced and would send up maintenance. Nothing was fixed during our stay but for the price it was a good room just the amenities are not as stated in the room, however as it is close to a lot of attractions in the area, so it was worth a little inconvenience. Front Desk Staff is not very friendly and very off putting during check in, manager/owner did not seam to be bothered about the legitimate issues with the room complaints as nothing was fixed during our stay. Housekeeping did come in and leave fresh towels etc which was very appreciated. Overall it was an ok stay.

Stayed 2 nights. Sink in the bathroom was leaking. Used towels to dry the floor, once we returned at night we went to the front desk for towels and the office was closed. Called the phone number provided on the door of the office and we were told no one was onsite to be able to fix the leak or give us towels. Called multiple times and the person hung up every time. Then they blocked our number so we got their voicemail. Finally after calling another phone number we saw in the elevator someone brought us towels. How does a hotel close their front office? This makes no sense.

Older, but clean. Booked a family suite and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We only used our room to bathe and sleep.

Convenience is the only good thing. Rooms were spacious for the 5 of us but the bathroom was literally like a shoebox so so so tiny. Everything was dirty. I soaked the bathroom in bleach the counters everything. It was gross. Highly do not recommend.

Property looked like it was undergoing renovation or trying to rebuild after a natural disaster. We had to call and verify they were open that’s how rundown it was . Paid extra for the jacuzzi tub with no stopper and the construction on the property was absolutely horrendous

The hotel was in very bad shape. The couch bed was not usable due to mold and mildew the price we were charged was 3 times the rate abvertised. We had house keeping beating on the door an hour before checkout. Would not recomend.

hotel is very old. room was run down and in a state of disrepair. location is close to the islands. stuff like luggage carts and old items were just left around the elevators and other open areas. wouldn’t stay here again.

Property is slowly being remodeled. Old old broken down clothing carts and wooden pilots in the very small loading / unloading area. Room was very clean, but needs lighting such as lamps, one side of the king bed didn't have a light, but a hole for one. We would stay here again after the remodel is done! Location is great.

Customer service needs to be more friendly and rooms need remodeled. There is also VERY limited parking available. The hotel maybe has 6 parking spots.

Property is in poor shape. We were in room 201 on November 9, 2023. The mattresses were heavily stained on the sides, our sliding window was stuffed with toilet paper to prevent air leaks, the HVAC grill was damaged. Inside the bathroom was damaged and or missing back splashes and a large hole in the wall inside the foyer. I had a low expectation to start with but this was sad to know staff would allow a guest to stay in this room. Wish I could attach the pictures I took. Kevin Easter

Great location. But looks like the owner is doing the work himself and its not the greatest job has debris and broken fixtures laying around the property. We got the 2 room king suite which worked great for a friends trip

It was in a great location everything was close by.Our room was clean beds were comfortable and clean sheets we had no issues the whole 6 days. Housekeeping was on top of things and very friendly. ALL front staff was amazing and friendly every time we go get coffee. It wasn’t a HILTON INN but it was perfect for us and I would return back again. I even meet the owner and he was a very nice man. Thanks for the nice stay and hope to see you guys soon!

Overall everything was ok. They are remodeling so they are trying to improve things. Our room was not all the way finished so I don't think it should have been available. Needs more parking. It was a last minute booking so it served its purpose.

Easy walking distance within several attractions such as the island, pirates, comedy barn, and shopping. Rooms were clean. The shower did not have any shelving inside which might be a problem for some. The beds were also a little too firm for my taste. Overall it was a nice room.

Our room looked like it was being remodeled and they stopped in time to let us stay. There was light fixtures missing. The knob in the tub so loose that it was turned the wrong way for hot/cold. The shower rod was loose as well. There was mounding missing around the bottom of furniture fixtures. The sink leaked and the hair dryer wouldn’t even get hot.

Dirty sheets had to go to local Walmart and burn some! Only table in room was held up by cardboard box! Didn’t know if heat or air was on due to buttons all missing! The electric lock for door that you use card to unlock it was literally held on by black duck tape dangling on the door!! N the office said since I went through 3rd party they could do NOTHING!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Check in was easy. It does appear to be a older hotel. Our room was huge. Had 2 issues. The ceiling looked like it either had smoke damage or water damage (we were 5th floor of 7). Wasn't mildew or anything but could use a paint job and the pillows were absolutely horrible. Literally like foam pieces cut to fit a standard pillow case. Had a great view of the Ferris wheel at the Island and was a easy walk to the Island every day for eats.

The stay itself was good. We had a fantastic time in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Once we checked into our room, we noticed it was noticeably dirty. There was standing dirt on the baseboards and fridge. Howver, the bed was clean and was made everyday. They were doing "updates" but extremely poorly. Every room was missing light fixtures, leak marks in the roof, etc. The best way to explain it is "The landlord fix", a splat of paint and trying to make it look nice on bottom dollar which turned out horrible and dirty. And dont get me started on the pool... it was Disgusting. My son wanted to go in and we lasted 30 minutes with how gross it was with the dirt caked to the bottom. Not worth the 300 dollars a night they upcharge for Rod Run.

Nice size and like the 2 befroom with kitchenette. Kitchenette has a lot to be desired. Old and outdated appliances. Sofa bed was quite nasty and stained. Did not look like it was even cleaned . When pulled couch cushions off to see bed, there was food crumbs, change and what looked to be mildew on the pullout bed. Outlets are extremely old and unsafe. Looked like there had been attempted renovations to bathroom mirrors and other areas And they didn't bother to paint or make it look presentable. Has great potential someone just needs to put the time and effort into it.

We did not even stay in this hotel after we saw the room and how not taken care of it was. The sheets were not clean. There was hair and who knows what else was in the beds. The pictures were so not what this hotel looks like. We got our money back and left.

Outside was very dirty at the entrance and at the elevator smell like the trash dump! Room was clean, did not have any chair to sit at desk. Does not look like the outside was ever cleaned up windows walk ways. Could not park at the building had to walk behind building to park. Would never stay there again.
