This hotel should be condemned. There were roaches and bed bugs. When I noticed them the morning of check out, I went to the front desk to check out and told the lady at the front desk about it and she literally ignored me and started to ask the guy behind me if he was ready to check out. Very unprofessional! DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s nasty, outdated and not clean!

Do not believe the pictures that are on the website. It looks nothing like that. I hope they are going to fix that. It is however on the main strip and centrally located to everything and that is wonderful. If you get a front room you will have a front porch to sit but bring a chair, or use a room chair. They are doing renovation and they didn’t tell us so something’s were unavailable for us to use but you could tell they were excited about the new plans. We were blessed to have the associate Mr. Hope to check us in and escort us to our room. He was genuinely nice to us and made sure we were happy with our room. There was an associate who was upfront with Mr. Hope as well, they were both gentleman and turned an uneasy situation into a pleasant stay for us and the couple with us.

This hotel really needs to upgrade the refrigerators, air conditioning units and pillows and beds and furniture, our seating area had chairs but no couch or table. I think it was supposed to have either or, in the rooms add some more luggage carts, other that the hotel was very clean around the outside and I’m sure that the cleaning crew did a great job inside as well. We chose not to use them during our stay since our room was very clean when we arrived. It was just missing some pillows and towels that’s all. I guess if the pictures were up to date the bookings for this hotel would be down but the front desk would get less complaints. Also update elevator 💜

We were there for one night. Our reservation said it was non-smoking and the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. There were towels and such for the bathroom, however, one of the wash cloths(out of 2) that looked like it had spots of green paint on them. The king side bed was the most uncomfortabe I have ever slept on in a hotel, room 118. On the side closest to the window, when you sat down, it would dump you right into the floor. The room had not been deep cleaned in a while due to the dust accumulated in many areas. I have dust at my house too, but this is a place where people come and go every single day and for $150.00, I would expect much much much much better. For those who do not use Roku at home and have no experience, they would not even know how to watch TV if it were a heavy rainy day and you were stuck inside. It was evident that there was work being done but a clean, non-smoking room is to be expected. I most likely will not stay here again, even if it was the last room on the strip.

We had a room for my girlfriend and I. We had to ask for new towels. No wash cloths were ever brung to us. I finally went to dollar general to buy some.
The shower head in #245 seems to be only about 5' up. I had to kneel down to wash my hair.
The morning of our checkout we had two different couples knock on our door saying they were checking into our room. This was well before 11 AM. Out understanding was that checkout wasnt until 11, and check in was 4.
Even with early check in, the room would have not been clean for the next guest if we were walking out and they were coming in.
I asked the lady at the front when we checked out about other people trying to get into our room before we had checked out and she said "well, this is a different day".
I understand we were staying at a busy time, but i would have thought they could have been a little better prepared for the increased traffic. Rod Run is scheduled way in advance.

Will not stay in this hotel again,staff was rude and not concerned with our issues. Had to go to Walmart and buy wash cloths and towels since there wasn’t any for us to use, asked cleaning staff they had no clue why rooms didn’t have them. Rooms had been updated but very dirty.

Room appeared to be nice..beds made up nicely... And slept fine...
1. No remote for T.V. 2. There were only 2 towels, no wash cloths or hand towels.. 3. Wrong toilet seat...they put a regular toilet seat on an elongated toilet bowl .. 4. Duct tape over a hole in the bathtub, another hole on the opposite side and the security grab bar was completely gone!!! 5.. the shower head was not secured in the wall.. 6.. They turned the refrigerator down to defrost it and when I opened the freezer door the drip tray fell out and water went EVERYWHERE!!! Well, there went one towel...we took the fridge out and dried the cabinet underneath the fridge .. 7... No hair dryer in room... 8.. No iron... 9.. No ironing board .. 10... I had to go get towels and wash cloths so we could shower .. when I went to office to get a hair dryer they didn't have one .. so I asked if i could use one in another room...and clerk gave me a key to a room that had not been cleaned... 11... out of coffee in lobby..there was a water pitcher sitting on coffee maker and it was so stained it was absolutely NASTY.. Needed to be bleached or thrown away .. 12... And the night clerk was not friendly at all ..☹️☹️☹️

The room was dirty when I walked into it, the beds were not made.. went back down to the office and told the front desk about it and they told me they couldn't put me in another room.furthermore they charged me 75.00 for a deposit that wasn't posted any where on the premises..

Communication was poor among staff. Accommodations did not need advertisement. Missing amenities and overall poor service from night staff. Which was disappointing since we have stayed before and things were great. Privacy violated. ( we were laying on the bed all of a sudden staff member barged in the room and asked why we were there thinking the room was vacant and asking how long we were staying.)

COCKROACHS...The absolute worst service ever I had three people in my room we got one towel one night and two towels the next the beds are hard elevator worked sometimes the only thing good about it was the location but it's just not worth the Cockroaches and bad service

Horrible experience. The bed was very hard, it was literally a board, the pillows felt like a lot of fabric stuffed into the pillow case. There was also a lot of noise during the night.

This place sucks. Not friendly. Room was dirty. Pool was empty. Pictures on website are totally wrong. Walls are thin and people next door was loud and smoked pot all night long. 2 guys had a loud argument at 3am. The tube leaked and never stopped running. Room was very outdated. Stunk. The rooms were absolutely disgusting!! Our sheets had stains on them and they ran out of clean towels. Our door to our room would not lock, I just pulled on the handle and it came open. Outlets did not work and there was no smoke detectors in our room.

We booked for such a cheap price I wasn’t expecting much but it was pretty gross. The entire complex smelled like smoke, was dirty, and in disrepair. Cigarette burns on the bedding. Spitballs on the walls, bathroom door didn’t shut. People dropped trash everywhere. Nextdoor had a beautiful park area by the river, we had trash and old mattresses in a dead jungle.
The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful when I needed a new room without pee on the toilet, towels, and toilet paper.

We decided to give this place another try, but that was stupid on my part. If the blonde lady with glasses is working, I suggest you go somewhere else. We planned on leaving yesterday, but unfortunately my husband became ill. We had to stay another night. The man who checked us in for another night was very helpful, but after he left there was NO help. I went to housekeeping five times for towels and toilet paper. You couldn't find anyone. After three trips to the front desk, the blonde woman finally let me ask my question. The two times before, she physically waved me away and wouldn't let me talk. She was too busy playing on her phone. I asked her simply for toilet paper and towels. No one brought any out for three days. She then went to an empty room and took from there after she finally put her phone down. Two towels.... I tried to ask about a blanket, but she threw her hand up and walked off. I'm sorry, but if you do not want to work or hate your job that bad, simply quit or go somewhere else. The facilities were below the standard they were the last time we were here. We asked for a microwave multiple times for four days, which was suppose to be included in our stay. Never saw one, but kept getting told maintenance will bring one by. The only good thing is there were no bugs and the heater and TV worked. I can't wait until we can get out of here and go home. We would have left this morning if my husband hadn't caught the stomach flu. We will never be back again.

Lady who checked us in was nice & informative about all the things around to do. We even had the patio view on 3rd floor right outside our door which was nice but as far as the room itself there were several issues.
To start off there were candy wrappers and chunks of dust between the bed & the nightstand.
The pillows were so flat there may as well not have even given us any. Sheets were dingy.
The shower head was positioned so low in the wall you had to literally squat to rinse off under it and Im a short 5'3.
They gave us 3 bath towels for 4 people & NO wash clothes or toilet paper. We stayed 3 nights/4 days & house keeping never came in to clean or restock towels & toilet paper, we had to go down & ask for more every single day.
There was also a dead splattered spider in the ceiling above our bed.
Definitely needs some updating & breakfast would be a nice add on too.
The only good thing was the location & convenience to the Island.
Will NOT be staying here in the future.

Its was terrible we paid 378.00 for a wk.The room had no hot water no towels the door wldnt lock ppl was up & partying most of the night my wife was terrified didn't sleep any. The next morning we tried to get with front desk no luck finally talked to janitor he explained that the hotel had no hot water & also confirmed my take on the ppl up allnight. Informed us that the hotel was not for most people. He was very nice and honest. The hotel is rundown the pictures they have up are not up to date. We checked out the 2 day at 10 and requested a refund since the hotel was not really functioning.The website hotels have us 200 back charge us for leaving early. We travel alot with my husband company and employees this place was the worst we have ever been too. The way we got done was terrible we deserved a full refund since the hotel had no hot water at all not to mention everything else. I will be posting on social media and other places letting people know about the American In travelodge ny Wyndham in pigeon forge TN and pictures we took of everything wrong with that hotel. The website doesn't tell the truth and doesn't have updated pictures.

The toilet was missing the cover, floor was not clean, there was 2 dead flies on the side of the bed, the faucet in the bath tub was liking, on the hall way was 2 shopping carts, we didn't take a shower, not a good experience.

Our key card kept messing up. The hotel alone was nasty looking. We had neighbors that stayed outside our room until 6 in the morning playing loud music. Not the best place to stay and will never be back.

Price was great, it was just a getaway from my spouse and I. We got to check in early, got a phone call at 2:30am waking us up and wanting to know if we were going to check in. They gave us someone else’s room, and checked the other people in instead of us. Then there was mold in the room which didn’t bother us, they just never check the rooms.

This place is awful. Staff is not friendly or helpful. There was mold in the bathroom and by the door. Stains of some kind of the on the blanket. There was no lock at top of door. Two of the lights did not work. There was no towels in the room. The shower curtain has mildew or something on it.
Front desk was not helpful in refunding or resolving the issue.
Thankful we were able to get booked at another place late at night on such short notice.

Me and my family always stay here because as a single mother the price was good the rooms where always clean and walking distance to a lot. However I went down this weekend for an over night get away and experience the town with my friend from out state their first time to pigeon forge yet this is will be the last time I will be staying here until changes are made MAJOR CHANGES. There was black stuff all over the walls and door in the bathroom which could be fixed with a little paint. There was a hole in the shower looked like someone either fell and their head went thru the wall or someone slammed someones head thru the wall like I said dont want to think about it. After a night out buying stuff clothes, sevenirs, and food and treats only to wake up in the middle of the night and kill a roach in the bathroom. I can deal with a lot of cosmetics issues when places Im staying HOWEVER bugs!! Nope I cant share my hotel room with anything with more than 2 legs nope nope nope.. So a night of relaxation ended up with us our clothes and electronics shaking out and all editable item throw in trash so no roaches come in my house for a new place to live...

Do NOT stay here. We booked with hotels.com. We had a very late check in. When we arrived at the lobby, it was a line of people wanting a refund because of a serious bed-bug infestation. It was after 11pm and we were tired. We left and booked another room, and hotels.com has yet to resolve this issue and get us a refund. The new hotel we booked across the street was also aware of the bed bug issue at this hotel. As of right now, we have not been compensated for this loss of night and hours on the phone trying to make this right.
