Stayed for the night while traveling through the state. Room is clean. Bathroom could use some closer attention to detail as far as mold/mildew on shower door and shower corners. Overall the hotel was comfortable and quiet.

Was way over priced for the condition of the hotel!

Courteous staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Courtyard and was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and value it offered. Despite not being a luxury property, the hotel impressed with its great bed and pillows, clean rooms, and convenient amenities like a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. Easy parking further added to the convenience, making it a top choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable stay. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. We came in about 10 pm and dining options were limited. All hotel options were closed. We asked the staff for recommendations and were given the answer of "I dont know". While we understand it was late, we felt the staff was indifferent to our needs and extremely unprepared.

The room was great, a one bedroom suite very spacious huge bathroom. Bed was very comfortable highly recommend, will be staying again.

The room was fine, though the Keurig machine didn’t work.
When we arrived, we waited at least ten minutes for someone to return to the front desk to check us in. The lobby was blasted with cold air every time the door opened.
Another staff member explained the front desk person was delivering towels and the one who spoke to us wasn’t trained to check people in. She was with two other staff having lunch while we waited for the front desk person to return.
It seemed to us that anyone could deliver towels without being trained, such that guests arriving cold and tired would not be kept waiting. Another family was in line behind us becoming exasperated as well.

our room was not cleaned during the trip, at all. a/c (heating) was so loud we had to change rooms, even the second room was quite loud and the heating would only start when I would fiddle with the termostat.

Our favorite part was the outside hot tub after a long day of hiking, it was perfect!

Flew in to Las Vegas and stayed here a night on the way to Bryce Canton. The hotel was excellent for the price. Bed was super comfortable. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve been in. TV was huge. Hotel was very clean including the gym. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was also nice. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was a nice setup

Positives:The bed was so comfortable. Nice decor.
Neg: The fan on the heater was very loud which made it difficult to sleep.
The fitness room had one bike which was broken and an elliptical machine that was also broken. I told the front desk to put a sign on it so people don't waist time trying to start the machine. Later I used the room again, and there wasn't a sign. Also, there are no mat's to get on the floor and stretch. Annoying for how much you pay for this hotel.

It was a very good place to stay the night very clean snd quiet . For us the beds were a little on the firm side but most laces to stay are . The people were very helpful and kind . The only thing we tried was we got a coffees from the place downstairs . After taking a little to the lady and was told they had Starbucks items we ordered . We took the coffee and started drive bak to Ca. We didn't get far and Im not sure what we had but it was undrinkable . First stop we poured them out . Lesson learned taste before leaving new shop

The beds were really comfortable, the room was clean. Great hotel & the front desk was awesome. Only con is it’s close to the freeway so you get a little noise that way but overall awesome hotel.

Property was easy access from freeway, safe and quiet. Beds were super comfortable. My reason for 4 vs 5 stars? I would think for nearly $200 a night you would include at least a continental breakfast.

My family and I stayed here during our short stay in Cedar City. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel is also in a very convenient location many restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was also very nice!

The Staff were super nice and helpful. I did chose the property because it did not allow dogs and the first thing I saw when I entered the hotel was a dog. I saw two all together and that made me very unhappy. The parking is also a little difficult to maneuver around the building especially when a truck and horse trailer take seven parking slots and they are very tight on parking. The outside patio was great except the staff was smoking less than ten feet from the door and I walked out into a cloud of smoke every time I came and went.

Great stay, very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast isn’t included, you have to pay for it separately. New hotel and very clean!

While traveling, it is important to have breakfast provided by the hotel. I chose this particular hotel with the understanding that breakfast would be included, but unfortunately, it was not. This was a disappointment for me and my family.

Very new hotel, the room was exceptional, parking was easy, breakfast not included so we had to pay for it which I didn’t like, The lady at the breakfast desk made things right even though we arrived just before the end of breakfast time. Overall very good experience.

I liked how clean the place was and how close to the freeway and businesses . I didn’t like that you don’t get a complimentary breakfast. Our bed wasn’t made for the second night. There was no door tag to hang for that, only one for do not disturb.

Nice hotel but the entrance road was difficult to find.

Bad management. Was given a room with a toilet bowl that didn't flush properly. The next day the toilet was worse and hardly flushing at all. Wanted to be given a room on the same floor to at least use the bathroom in another room but was told by the front desk no, that they can't have the housekeeping staff worry about cleaning another room. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby. It's surprising that a Marriott managed property was this bad with it's customer service. Won't be back.

I won’t stay here again, even if I get free nights.
No house keeping every day.
Our beds were never made, breakfast was not included, even though that was my selection at the time of booking.Overpriced for the location and for what you get.

Had to stop by from Arizona, bringing my horse home put my horse at a ranch down the street and came here to this hotel. We always stay here great place.

Hotel is brand new, very stylish and comfortable.
The only thing I didn’t like was that I could hear the people in the room next door and upstairs.

Too expensive for the size of the room and services available.

Very nice place, decent location just the pillows were flat and rubbish unfortunately slept terribly as a result of the pillows.

We stayed in room 220 and there was so much noise in the walls, plumbing noise, volume of the TV next to our room, etc.. Sometimes those things are unavoidable but a bit more insulation might’ve been prudent.

Very nice and clean!!
