Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione molto tranquilla a pochi minuti da Perugia. Parcheggio gratuito nella piazzetta della chiesa a pochi passi dalla struttura. Appartamentino molto accogliente e pulito. C'è tutto il necessario. I mobili sono di pregio. La cucina che è situata in un mobile ad armadio è ben fornita, mancava solo uno strofinaccio e un rotolo di carta cucina di ricambio e in bagno qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più'. Altrimenti tutto eccezionale. Il signor Remo gentilissimo, una persona squisita. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Grazie mille!

It was a nice property which was perfect for me and a friend.

The kitchen was a little slim on utensils and lacked drying facilities.

The property is nice and very well kept.

The property is located in a village 5 km. from Perugia. It is in Pretola. The transport is not regular and for people without a car was a nightmare to reach Perugia or other places. We ask owner about busses and he replied to check in Google. For people with car will be definitely a nice stay. Highly not recommended if you don’t have car.

Location isn't very good if you do not have a car, as it is on outskirts of perugia. Buses are not too frequent and taxis cost a fortune. Communication with host is very limited, when asking for info on buses was told to check on web !

Great location near the river in a friendly village, bar, corner shop and parking/bus station close. Ver clean and value for money.

Not any supplies in the kitchen like salt, sugar, cooking oil. Electric problems with the stove. Have to turn on heating to get hot water in bathroom. Poor English of the staff.
