This hotel checked all the boxes except for breakfast. I am a breakfast person and look forward to eating breakfast every morning but the breakfast offered was so limited, repetitive and stale. I was beginning to wonder it some of it was just reheated. Even the fruits had seen better days.
I was almost torture having the same things every morning. Unfortunately my stay was 8 nights and it was already paid for.
It is a new looking and fresh hotel and the staff seems very nice but they need to fix the breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. Upon arrival, Zabdy was efficient, engaging and super lovely! She checked on me later on, and I liked that...There was a Security Officer Lady at the door as well, ensuring I felt safe. I really appreciated that too. My suite was clean, fresh and well-appointed. The street parking shuffle was ridiculous (I received a ticket), but I hope to have it dismissed. Note: Be prepared to pay for parking just about everywhere! Also, the breakfast buffet needs more traditional meat. (I am meat centric). However, the team-members for the dining experience were attentive and helpful. Other than those things, I would stay there again for sure!

Spent a week here. Great room, very comfy bed and loved the shower. Made use of the laundry facilities so I had plenty space in the cases for shopping. Breakfast and gym great too.

The location was good for a conference at the Boston Convention Center. Easy bus right outside to South Station and then we walked. Dinner and breakfast options close by. Best oatmeal I've ever had at a buffet breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. We cooked at "home" the first night which was convenient.

All ok
Not a nice neighborhood, though.

Great property. It’s a little off the beaten track, but it’s still relatively close to downtown Boston. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Ruggles station (Orange Line) and from there you can reach downtown in 10-17 minutes, depending on which part of downtown you’re going to.
Breakfast didn’t vary during the week, but was decent if you like fresh cooked oatmeal with add-ins, Chobano yogurt, and cheese and jalapeño souffles, juice, cereal, and/or fresh fruit.
Heavy footsteps can be heard above you, but it didn’t keep me from sleeping. Book with confidence!

The staff at this establishment are very friendly and greet you when you pass by, they offer their support and keep the hotel secure. But on the other hand, they also converse with one another and stay on their phones quite a bit more than they should and it shows in the cleanliness of the facility. I won’t say it’s filthy, but there are overlooked details which aren’t small and in time will run down the place. The coffee station and breakfast area tables and counters aren’t wiped down or stocked, the floors in the room have dirty corners, the rug had a few stains, I found hair on my towels, the foyer floor in the lobby is dirty, and my pillows smelled really, really bad. These are examples. There isn’t much to walk to but many restaurants deliver and there is a small bar on site. I love the Residence Inns - I always stay at them when traveling for work because they have most of everything needed right on site. I know some can be hit or miss. This isn’t a total miss, but it’s not a win either. It can be if a little more attention to detail is prioritized.

OK for one night after flying into Boston and then heading to Maine. Cheaper hotel than others in the tourist area. Parking is $40. Signage for check-in is non-existent. Check in took too long and we were the only ones there.

Hotel service is not good at all, my stay was seven days in this hotel
The staff told me that my room would be cleaned on the second day and on the sixth day.
But they only cleaned the bathroom the next day and put the same dirty bed sheet again.
The sofa was smelling very bad, I went to the counter and complained and they replied that now my room will be cleaned on Thursday i.e. after four days because I came to this hotel on Friday.
I felt very bad because the room smelled very bad, I myself asked the housekeeping lady to change my bed sheet because I couldn’t sleep last night because of bad smell, She was a nice lady and she changed the bed sheet
Hotel room is good but the front decks staff is very bad/ unprofessional
The kitchen staff is also very good, they keep putting hot breakfast in the dishes for us again and again and serving it very politely.
My stay here would have been better if front desk staff was nice, friendly & professionals

Super noisy room, breakfast was really bad, and paid a lot for the room. Expected more.

-They only have 30 parking spots in their lot, so if you don’t get one you have to park on the streets where RATS get into your car.
-they charged my card an extra $450 dollars (not including the $150 security hold) because their computer “glitched”. Didn’t offer any vouchers for free drinks or dinner because of this inconvenience.
-the room was nice and spacious with soap/shampoo/conditioner on the walls in the shower

It was a nice good size room. The best breakfast offered at any hotel. A little hard to sleep because lots of sirens and activity outside. That’s the only negative.
2.0
Challenging to check in, small entry, no space to park temporarily. Not a good area of the city, locked front door and security guard. Bar experience poor, no food as advertised and help inexperienced. Definitely not small bites and craft cocktails!!!! On top of that, room rate was expensive.

The room was nice, but they were small bugs in the bathroom and the kitchen area. I had to kill bugs every day. The house keeping cleaned the room every other day, but the room floor was dirty. The male staffs were not too helpful, only the female staffs worked well.

Being a newer hotel was nice, although the location was farther from sites we planned to see, so missed the breakfast several days. Would have liked hot protein items daily at breakfast. That is the main reason we chose to stay at this hotel...breakfast was included. Also would have appreciated extended coffee service in the lobby.

The area was very noisy and kept us up all night. When arriving to breakfast, there was not enough food for the patrons. Additionally, staff was not very friendly in assisting with support.
Hotel was extremely clean and the room was in excellent condition.
