I do not recommend mentioning to your Toronto friends that you are staying here as I received very dramatic reactions from those familiar with rumours and gossip about the building from years ago. The building was safe and secure and very conveniently located. The apartment was nicely furnished and did include all the necessary linens, plus laundry and fully stocked kitchen which was a plus. The one bed frame was broken which did cause the mattress to sag on one side and the attached en suite bathroom’s toilet was also broken and missing the flush lever. I did flag these issues to the host right away via WhatsApp but did not receive a response or remedy during our stay.

The suit was acceptable. The problem is that they forced you to give a 300 dollars deposit and in my case it has passed 3 weeks and I didnot recieve the refund for the deposit..and I sent them emails asking them for the refund and they do no respond..

Bedsheets with not changed and filthy, with various blood stains (or worse) on them. I immediately contacted their team, who offered to "upgrade" me, but the upgrade was a significant downgrade, from a two bedroom unit to a zero bedroom bachelor unit. The following day, a poor young couple were outside my door, as the management team had failed to inform them that I had been moved to their unit, and yet still had not cleaned my room. After 48 hours, they eventually cleaned the room, but refused to provide me any compensation. Terrible service and filthy conditions.

stayed in a studio suite, had balcony with a CN tower view. On request we were given an early checkin at 3 pm at no extra charge so that we could dump our luggage and go to the blue jays game. Thank you so much. suite was clean comfortable and came with coffee and coffee filters. check i. and check out was easy. Definitely would stay again.

We were there for an event at Scotiabank Arena so nothing beats getting out of the building and 5 minutes later you're inside the arena but people need to be mindful of some additional costs, $100 cleaning fee, parking is $24/day but they get you by charging calendar days so total $51 for 18 hours, $300 refundable deposit. The negative was having to pay the deposit off of the hotels.com website. Also having to upload both sides of my driver's license and all my information to the hosting website which is an unsecured website, then when you check-in you have to once again upload your ID and your information into another different website.

Good choice for downtown area stay. Good security. Safe. But dirty floors and carpets. Quiet and safe.
