Fantastic location near Piazza Trilussa. The apartment is clean. The beds are comfortable. The master bath shower is quite large, which is wonderful!
Raffaella is super responsive to issues (there was a small issue with the water heater). It was a quick easy fix.
The deck is gorgeous. The next time we are in Rome, I’ll definitely stay here!
Just an FYI, the elevator in the building is tiny. One person with bags at a time or two with no bags.

A lovely spacious apartment, perfectly located adjacent to the Ponte Sisto, a plethora of great small restaurants and a view from the living room and huge terrace and smaller one of the dome of St. Peter’s.
Apartment is perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. We stayed two weeks and had a midway housekeeping arranged through the host. We were met on arrival by the personable housekeeper, Anna Maria, who familiarized us with the features of the apartment. We also spoke with the owner, Raffaela via phone and she was immediately available for any concerns.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again!
The restaurant next door, Enoteca Ferrara, with its divine food, extensive wine list and overseen by expert sommelier, Maria, was wonderful surprise and dined there three times during our stay.

We enjoyed the stay. The location was great. The furnishings were adequate. The master bedroom and bath were much nicer then the 2nd bed and bath. We had very good communications with the owner. Altogether, it was a good stay. Thaank you.

Our group of 3 adults had plenty of room in this apartment. It’s about a block from Piazza Trilussa which is partially visible from the terrace. The place was adequately clean but a bit worn. The beds comfortable. We received 4 hand towels and 4 bath towels ( 2 sets in each bath) & two rolls of TP For our 3 night stay. The elevator is very small But worked every time. Two people at a time, max. The neighborhood is party central at night with lots of litter in the AM. With the windows closed noise wasn’t an issue. Some good restaurants are very close, lots of bars, some Mini markets but we didn’t find a real grocery nearby. Check in was okay but felt rushed and she didn’t speak much English. Over all a good place to stay and very convenient to catch a taxi or Uber.

Beautiful property in the heart of Trastevere with great transport links and easy walking distance to Rome sights. Lovely terrace with views of Rome to sit and relax and soak up the atmosphere. We were 4 people and it was an ideal size. Excellent stay.

Enjoyed stay at this wonderful, clean apartment in the heart of Trastevere. Easy to walk everywhere. Pleasant, roomy terrace. Nice showers.

We were so happy to stay here for 8 days this summer. We chose this flat because of its location and the outdoor terrace. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the hostess was so warm and welcoming. Thank you!

We had more space than we needed, which was much appreciated at the end of a 3.5 week European journey. The rooftop patio was particularly wonderful, as we watched the sunset over St Patrick’s basilica while drinking Italian wine. Lots of yummy restaurants close by. This area of town is popular with young adults who definitely were partying until the early morning, but we couldn’t hear a thing with the windows closed. The metro is nowhere near, but cabs were easy when needed and we were able to easily walk to the Vatican and to the Forum, Colosseum, etc. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Rome!

Summary: excellent two-bedroom flat to use as a base to explore Rome.
Who Should Stay Here: small'ish families who want to be at the center of a bustling neighborhood while also having enough space to spread out and enjoy the home when not out touring.
What We Enjoyed Most: the patio! It is large and has a table that can seat ~6. It has an amazing view of the bustling street below as well as St. Peter's off in the distance.
Why Stay Here?: it's in the heart of a busy neighborhood and there are so many things a 10-15 minute walk away. There are literally dozens of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk so you don't have to go far to enjoy the city. Also, the host is great and made the check-in process very simple. It couldn't have been easier to get settled.
Things to Consider:
- the flat is on the 5th floor, so there are lots of stairs to take if you choose not to ride the elevator. However, it is quite an old/small elevator that can fit 2 at most, so plan accordingly.
- I wouldn't call this a "local's" neighborhood as there were lots of tourists like ourselves the summer we visited (2023). It might be different during the non-peak season.
- It is a very active neighborhood, especially at night (which we loved!) but that might not suit everyone's tastes

We had a lovely week, staying in Raffaella’s flat in Trastevere. The flat is clean and spacious, and quiet when the windows are closed. We enjoyed the large terrace for coffee in the morning and wine at night. In a very lively area, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Check in and communication were seamless. Highly recommend!

Our family of four including two teenagers had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very spacious and has fantastic views of the surrounding neighborhood and St Peters Basilica, being on the top floor. The apartment is nicely renovated and modern. The outdoor terraces are amongst the largest that we saw. And it’s a short walk to all of the major sites in Rome! It might be a bit more expensive but it’s worth every penny!

I don't often focus this much on the quality of the showers in a rental, but these were beyond great. So much water pressure, such hot water... I will miss those showers!
Also, the apartment itself is light and airy and totally easy to be in. Jawdropping views from the living room windows and terrace. A welcome oasis of serenity in the middle of pulsing, rambunctious, grafiti-filled Trastevere. If this location is what you're after, you'll love this apartment!

The flat looked perfect on the photos but when arrived the walls were heavily streaked and there were traces of suspected mold. We were told a few days later that there had been a flood in the flat and that repairs were planned. After our stay!
Make sure the repairs have been made prior to rental. Ask for up-to-date photographs.

In short, the apartment was covered in mold.

I highly recommend Raffaella's apartment in Trastevere. As for location you can't do much better. You'll be in the heart of it all with easy walking access to all the major sites. And if you don't want to walk, a taxi stand is right nearby.
The apartment is on the top floor of a six story building. There's a very small elevator to take you up or flights of steps to get more exercise. The building is very secure requiring two locked entry doors.
The apartment is modern and well kept. The living room and kitchen open to a spacious terrace that overlooks the adjoining street. It doesn't have a sweeping view of Rome or anything but it's still very nice.
The bathrooms are modern and the beds are comfortable. Wifi worked well. Kitchen was adequate too for our basic needs.
If Raffaella's place meets your budget and location requirements, I think you'll be in great shape to stay.

Fantastic, well equipped apartment in the heart of Trastevere. The terraces are a real bonus. One thing to say however, is that the second bedroom, when made up as twin beds, are not full sized singles. Not ideally suited to adults.

Loved this neighborhood sooo much! The view from the balcony was great and everything walking distance. Stayed in this Apartment with 5 adults (1 used pullout couch). After a long day of tours it was nice to sit out on the large balcony. We were there from Wednesday- Saturday and I will say Friday night was a little loud from the streets below but didn't bother us much. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again!

The best thing about this property are the spacious terraces which give both spectacular views and a breath of fresh air above the madness of Trastevere. The rooms and spaces are clean and bright. (For those who love cooking in, the kitchen is bare bones for preparing food.) Rafaella was always quick to get back to me with our questions and requests. The location is great for those who enjoy a lively night scene as the young crowds converge each night to this part of town.

My husband and my son had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Trastevere. The photos are very accurate. The air conditioning was a blessing in late August. The balcony and view of Saint peters are spectacular. This apartment and our experience was absolutely great.

Our family of 5 spent a lovely 3 nights in this apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location is awesome - tons of great restaurants and shops literally out your door, yet quiet on the inside, lovely terrace for coffee and wine with a gorgeous view of St Peter’s, walk or taxi to historic sites. Highly recommend!!

Great location with many restaurants close by, Vande just across the street have a very wide selection of wines. Walking distance to all historic sites. The apartment is very godd with a nice roof top terrace.
We would choose this again when goong to Rome.

Rome was our last stop of a 4 city Europe vacation with my wife, 19 year old daughter and 16 year old son and was by far our best experience. The communication with Raffaella was great from start to finish! Someone was at the apartment waiting for us to check in when we arrived. There is a small elevator to use to help with the stairs.
The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bathrooms are updated and have great showers. The beds in the rooms are comfortable and can be combined to queen or separated to twins which was handy with 2 teens. It was also nice they had their own bathroom.
I can't say enough about the location of the apartment. I would give it 10 stars if possible. We literally ate at 4 or 5 restaruants within steps of the front door. The neighborhood is electric with activity from dinner time until well into the early morning however the noise was never an issue.
For getting around, it couldn't be easier. We took a cab to the Vatican but walked back from there. We walked to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. Spanish Steps and beyond easily. If you prefer to ride, the Taxis queue up every morning right there at Piazza Trilussa and you can go pretty much any of the main sites for $8-12 euros.
I've already passed the info for this VRBO on to my friends and hopefully we will be able to visit again in the future.

We had an incredible stay at this property. It is located in an area that allows you to truly experience the neighborhood while enjoying all the tourist attractions. The restaurants are fantastic, and the hosts are wonderful. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Our family had an amazing time in Rome and this apartment was perfect. It was located in a hip, foodie area with cafes just outside the door. This apartment is on the 5th floor which was good because the street cafes can be busy late. Raffaella was great and answered all of my questions promptly and was very helpful in arranging transportation from the airport and offering restaurant recommendations. June was great too in helping us check in and showing us how things work. We highly recommend this Vrbo and would stay there again.

This was the perfect spot! The house was setup wonderfully with all of the amenities that you need. We had meals on the patio, plenty of space in the kitchen to cook, spacious bathrooms, and more. The location was easy to access with great restaurants and shops. The host was super helpful and great with communication.

We had a great week long stay in this wonderful apartment. Location can't be beat, the views are memorable, and it just worked really well for our 3 person crew. Rafaella our host was easy to work with and took care of us. All in all it was great - we would stay again.

We own a home in the Italian countryside, so we are in Rome several times a year, usually staying in a VRBO or airbnb. This was a great apartment and a great stay over New Year's. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay here again!

What a wonderful way to spend time visiting our daughter and celebrating Thanksgiving. The apartment was exactly as pictured; better in person! The view of St. Peter’s and central Trastevere location make this an ideal spot. We even got to enjoy time in the outdoor terrace. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the rain shower in the master bath was a great surprise. Apartment had all the necessities to make us feel right at home. Raffaella was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs (arranged for our transport from the airport). We really appreciated the insights on restaurants. Jun was very helpful in showing us through the apartment and helping us with our key. We would definitely return for another stay and recommend this great neighborhood gem.

We lived in the neighborhood years ago so we knew the location was going to be fabulous. The apartment itself was also fabulous! Very well appointed, extremely comfortable beds, nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the outdoor terrace, the views and having an evening glass of wine before dinner. Rafaella is super responsive and helpful as well. I highly recommend this flat for a Rome vacation.. great for two couples or a family with kids. We would for sure book again!!!

The apartment was everything that we expected and more. We knew that the location would be good but turned out to be Fantastic. Nightlife and the best restaurants were footsteps away. The only way I can describe this location would Greenwich Village in NYC on steroids. Everyday sightseeing in Rome was followed by a bottle of wine and cheese at the apartment terrace before a late dinner in one of the many, many restaurants by our apartment. One of the best vacations we have every taken.

The appartment is located in Trastevere close to the Sisto Ponte. The location is great due the fact it is at walking distance from the key point of interest of Roma. It's also easy to catch at taxi from one side or the side of the ponte Sisto.
The appartment is exactly like described in the offer. Very clean, calm, the interior is well agenced and the terrasse is amazing. We were 4 (two adults and two teens)
It was also great to rely on Raffaella who is really reactive and made our life easier for the check-in and check-out. We did appreciate and had a really good time in Roma.

We were so pleased to find that this apartment was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Raffaella was so delightful and easy to work with. She arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. I was traveling with my husband, my teenage daughter and my 77 year old mother. I had been to Rome once a few years ago but they had never been to Italy. We had a wonderful week and the apartment was such a wonderful place to come home to each day. Trastevere is a great neighborhood, very quiet in the mornings and very lively at night! Lots of good restaurants, cafes, bars, shops. And an easy walk across the Ponte Sisto to the rest of old Roma. Would definitely stay here again!

We could not have been more pleased with this property. While the terrace is definately the highlight, the inside is delightful and most comfortable. The owner has ensured that every detail is in order to make your stay easy and stressfree. The apartment is light and airy. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Showers are hot and in great working condition. The kitchen has everything you need (except for some paper towels) and is stocked with laundry products so that you can take advantage of the combination washer/dryer. The location is perfect for enjoying this lively neighborhood and restaurants abound. While this is a great location for accessing almost everything by foot, cab services are readily available. This is by far one of the best properties we've ever rented. The price is most reasonable for everything you get and the owner was great to work with. If ever in Rome again, this is where we will stay.
