I am very late in writing this review - we stayed there in August 2014, but I still had to write to say what an awesome experience my two boys and I had in this home. The owner, Irene, is so sweet and very responsive - we even got to meet her and her sweet grandson on our last day there. The home is beautiful - very nicely decorated, clean and Beverly Hills stylish (the tub in the bathroom was a treat for me!). The location is great for walking to a few restaurants or just a hop to Robertson, you can walk to the Beverly Center, or easily head anywhere else you want to go. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and rode our bikes around the neighborhood. There is a lovely garden in the front that gives you privacy once you've gone through the gate with a little creek that runs through it that feels so perfectly zen. It was truly the perfect spot for our non-Disney SoCal vacation. My sons (now 8 and 10) still talk about it and want to go back there and stay again - and we most definitely will!

I go often to L.A. and cannot think about a better HOME to stay than this charming and comfortable house in Beverly Hills. This was our third time renting the house and our stay was longer so my husband, son, a friend and I got to enjoy the pool and the hot tub – they are saline water and solar-heated. I could not believe how good my skin fel! One of the peaceful gardens of the house has a creek running through it and put me to sleep in the afternoon of the second day. It is hard to believe that the house is just a couple of blocks from Robertson Blvd, where my family and I always have memorable dinners, close to Rodeo Drive and at walking distance to Beverly Center (my friend loved that). Irene, the cheerful woman that owns the house, received us one more time with kindness and made as feel at home and ready to lounge for a week in her sweet

This large 2 bedroom bungalow was well suited to our family of 2 parents and 2 young adult children. The location allowed us to easily walk to the Beverly Centre area, and to drive to UCLA, The Getty Museum, Burbank, The Grove and Farmers Market, Santa Monica beach, and Rodeo Drive. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. The baby grand piano in the living room was a bonus for the kids to practice their repertoire. We loved the front yard garden as well as the backyard pool area. The owner is a lovely and accommodating. Those with dog allergies should note that they should discuss this with the owner prior to renting.

This property really is a private oasis. The house is charming with great period features, full amenities, lots of space, and well stocked with the necessities like towels, linen, and even some great books to read. Beds are comfortable and house is spacious. The pool area is perfect. Laying on the outside bed in the sun and reading a book is pure bliss. The description of the rental is honest and accurate. Booking was a breeze, Irene and Paula were great to work with, quick to respond, and helpful both during the booking and the stay. Irene sent us emails with events going on while we were in LA, tours that were interesting, told us which grocery stores were close by and recommended restaurants that were in the area. The location couldn't be better. It's in an amazingly quiet area but just a few blocks away you have everything you could ever need. Amazing restaurants, grocery stores, a CVS, and TONS of shopping! From the high end boutiques to a Target. There isn't a thing we really needed to drive to far for but we did anyways. just because the whole area was full of things to explore and see. We have been to LA for quick trips but typically we holiday in other areas of California like San Diego or Pismo Beach and just head into LA for a day or two but this trip was so great we will be back to stay for longer periods again. Parking can be a challenge for those of us who come from places without things like parking restrictions but Irene explained the rules and then kept an eye on the car to make sure we had the hang of it. One morning when we were parked on the wrong side of the street she put a note on our car to help us avoid a ticket and then contacted us to make sure we moved it ASAP! Thank you Irene for the great vacation. It felt like we were visiting friends rather than renting a house.

My family of 4 (two young children) stayed in this lovely home for a week. It is perfect. The layout is ideal. The kitchen is fantastic. The short walk to Robertson and Cedars Sinai is a huge plus. The restaurants and shops of Rodeo and Beverly Drives are walking distance or a short drive. We could be in the hills, in the city or on the beach in Santa Monica within minutes. The pool and pool house make for a peaceful respite after a full day in the city and surrounding areas. The owner, Irene, is lovely. She is very accommodating and is quick to respond to any inquiry. I could not imagine a better place to use as a home base for your LA vacation, business trip or medical treatment at Cedars. We will be back!

Right from our first contact with Irene we knew that our stay here in LA would be great. Arrangements and communication was efficient and easy. On arrival everything we had requested and all of our needs were met by our delightful host Irene. Including arranging tickets, offering use of her car and medical supplies. Her tourist advice was spot on too. The house is filled with character, comfort and charm. It is well located near Robertson Blvd for transport ( buses were surprisingly good), restaurants and walking distance to great shopping. In all our stay was better than great, it was perfect! Irene was more like a close friend than our host. She really was as delightful as her beautiful property. We will be back Irene!

My family and I have had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful house twice. The location is great, the owner is a delight, and the house really is an oasis - bright, beautifully furnished, immaculate, and feeling a world away from the busy city right outside the door. The only negative thing about staying here is having to leave! Thanks, Irene. We look forward to seeing you again.

We had the good fortune to stay at this lovely, spacious property over Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed our visit tremendously...we only wish we'd had more time to just sit and relax by the gorgeous private pool with deck side plush double lounger and enjoy the fantastic gardens. The location provided easy access to all of Beverly Hills and surrounding communities off Wilshire Blvd. Just minutes to restaurants and world class shopping. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances met all our expectations. Nice touches like chilled beer glasses in the freezer were especially thoughtful. The owner was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, providing for our every need and request. Thanks for a perfect stay and we look forward to a return trip soon with more time to enjoy everything.
