8 / 10Excellent·July 2026
Great view and proximity to short a walking track with another view, quiet location. Short drive to village for cafes and close to multiple hiking options in Blue Mountains region.
Wood left for fireplace was not seasoned properly and wouldn’t burn. Not enough fire starters available.
8 / 10Excellent·June 2026
The cottage is a lovely old fashioned house, beautifully designed with stunning views from large glass windows. The garden was delightful.
1. If informed beforehand we could have brought our own firewood. 2. If informed earlier we could have arrived at 2 pm as we requested but initially denied. Relenting at the last minute was not a benefit to us. 3. It would have been helpful to have the heating on. 4. It was a little confusing to have contradictory demands. Did you want the windows open or closed when we left?
8 / 10Excellent·Apr 2026
Wonderful views from the living room, and quiet location. Comfortable furnishings.
I was surprised that there were no bowls, glasses or side-plates, so we only had a few dinner plates and mugs for our self-catering.
6 / 10Average·July 2026
Beautiful house lovely atmosphere and charm and location is very close to Leura mall.
The tv did not work the entire time and we tried so so many times. It would start to work and then lose reception and then give error messages throughout the entire stay.
