We were booked and charged, but after arriving in the cold and luggage the hotel was boarded up and not in serviced.
Still trying to get a refund. Not sure I trust Hotels.com anymore

The staff were nice, the rooms are large and clean and very comfortable. Close and walkable to lots of restaurants and shops.

This is an excellent location in downtown...less than a block to some wonderful restaurants and easy walk to the museum. During tourist time I would guess parking an issue but in off times (spring/fall) no worries to park.
room was clean and staff friendly

Booked a room and they happened to have no available rooms. I was only given a $25 coupon for a huge inconvenience.

We actually didn’t get to stay, because when we arrived they didn’t have any rooms with two beds, as we had reserved, due to closing the floor for renovations. The young girl running the desk at 9:00 PM was very kind and apologetic and was able to get us put up in another “sister” hotel nearby. The ordeal was frustrating, however, since I had my young boys with me and a small window to get back to my daughter’s sporting event and missed the beginning. Also, there was a homeless man she and the male housekeeper were trying to get to leave the property and the way it was handled in front of my family was very disappointing. The male employee was extremely unprofessional. Lastly, I was told I wouldn’t be charged anymore at the replacement hotel but still had to give a credit card for “incidentals” and it has a large pending charge which makes no sense as I had already paid through hotels.com. So now I have to go deal with that.

Doors locked hard to get in and out.

$40 bucks for parking was a little steal for one night.

Not much redeeming about this hotel. It's in a good location, but so is the Hilton down the street. Room was outdated, stuffy, bathroom fan didn't work, walls were thin, window was cracked, balcony door seal was poor, no fridge in the room, smelled musty. I don't have anything good to say.

Coffee Pot broken
Breakfast Food buffet needs monitoring. Service utensils need freshening.
Very difficult to make a reservation at the hotel.

The hotel was busy but the staff were always super friendly. The only issue we had was the WiFi was very intermittent and we had trouble staying connected.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

It’s an easy walk to some of our favorite shops and the concert hall so we don’t have to try and find rides or parking during our stay

Older hotel but clean and convenient to downtown.

This was a nice hotel but needs some attention to be what it once was. The furnishings are showing their age (Just like the rest of us!)

Westmark is centrally located. Room was clean though the heating system is a bit noisy. Guest parking is expensive at $39 dollars a night. Road noise is moderate. Staff is friendly though you can not check in until 4 pm

Door outside would not shut completely or lock. Bathroom doorknob fell off and I was locked in. My husband had to push the door in to get me out. The tv didn’t work blurry lines entire time it was on. Several outlets didn’t work and something happened that my husbands computer just went black.

We showed up at 2 pm ask if they would hold our luggage while we waited. When I finally got to check in. I asked if they could send the luggage to you room, they said they would. I guess tò the room and the keys didn't have. Went back down and get new keys made. Asked for a for a 2:30 am wake in call. That didn't happen. As we had a 6 am flight. Went back to the room and still no luggage. I went back to the front desk and ask for my luggage. It was still locked up. Finally got the luggage. Had to ask for a cart to haul it to the room myself. It appears your front staff is too wrapped in their social lives the pay attention is clients needs!

The property is run down. Furniture is falling apart; toilet did not work when we arrived. (They did repair it promptly)
Overall, the price was extremely high for the condition of the Hotel. We will look elsewhere on our next visit.

The property is older but it’s tried to keep it’s furnishings up to date. We arrived about 1 1/2 hours before the official 4 pm check-in because we had to get our rental car back before 4 pm. Although we were not allowed to check-in until 4 pm, the friendly staff did tag our 7 pieces of luggage & store them for us. We waited in their lobby, which already had about 20 people from a cruise waiting to check-in. Fortunately when 4 pm came around the cruise passengers were checked in in another part of the hotel & our check-in went quickly. The room was large & clean. The hotel is downtown, across the street from Glacier Brewery (where we had a delicious dinner) and Atwood Concert Hall (where we got great tickets on the spur of the moment & saw the awesome “Hamilton”). Because we had to be at the train station by 5:45 am the next morning, the front desk clerk was kind enough I get us two taxes quickly.

Id give it 5 as its pretty nice, short of a few small issues:
Employees were dumb and rude to start while parking and unloading our baggage.
It must be an alaska thing, but lacking in the hvac department. No way to have any moving air or cooling short of leaving the balcony door open?
And 3rd was the decor / finishes. Minor peeling paint (near golden balcony door trim)
Bathroom tile, sink and toilet feel and look dated and cheap.
Overall not bad for the price, close to a 5
when considering value and other options.

I found a lot of hair on the floor. Traffic noise ALL night long!! Needs better sound proofing. I have to use ear plugs and sleep with a pillow on my hear! No breakfast unless you pay for the overpriced buffet. No microwave or frig in room. A lot of homeless persons around. Overpriced.

I was missing a chair in the room and asked about it 2x day and nothing was done, nobody cared. The cleaning lady entered my room 3 x while I was sleeping and half naked, told her one time and oops she did it again 3 times, spoke to office staff and like nothing happened.
