Good experience. The water was not as hot as desired and the volume of water flowing in the rool-in-shower was less than I like.

I condemn the nonrefundable nature of this reservation on Hotels.com. I got this room because my wife was to have a sleep study nearby. It was cancelled. So I was stuck with the room, since this was nonrefundable. I inclined to stay away from both Hotels.com and Expedia in the future. I will find another way to make reservations. The worst thing of all was the smell of a sewer in the elevator on the front, middle, of the hotel. Totally unacceptable

It was an older building with some updates in the room. The room was simple and clean. The service was wonderful! Breakfast was way above my expectations!

very ghetto hotel, alot of prostitutes and homeless, bed very uncomfortable, heater barely worked, mold and barely hanging in on bathroom accessories, doors only opened when pulling hard on door, locks didnt work. Breakfast was very cold and dry. Elevator stopped working and we were on the 4th floor.

Housekeeping apparently regularly comes once a WEEK according to posted info, elevator smelled like poop and was out of commission this morning, unpleasant room smell. Bad or no information provided. No ice machine on fourth floor which person at the desk was totally unaware of as she admitted when I told her there was no machine where she said it was. Just crummy in general.

The hotel was fine for the cost clean with polite and helpful staff. However there was one disturbing item. when I got a wi fi signal one of the options was camera in a vent in the bathroom. My password of course didn't work The bathroom was fine but it made one wonder I am sure any female guest would not be happy with that thought

Decent affordable place to stay for a couple nights. The building is old but clean.

Loud. Constant roar from the highway.

I think for the price of a hotel room, maid service should be included without having to request. Our stay was good and the staff was friendly

Our stay was brief visiting family, so we were out most of the time. The bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was good but could be better. Gym was too congested,

It was a good stay if you want the office circling around ur room feeling like ur doing something wrong, and having a car outside ur room for 4 hours just parked felt harassed the whole time, and was forced to have housekeeping come in and I’ve never had that issue with any other western or any room, might be the last time I come

Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again I slept like a baby in this bed.

Great location, friendly, excellent staff. Rooms are a little loud, street noise was a factor.

The room we had was right by the elevators to the second floor. There was a lot of banging doors and loud talking at night. The breakfast bar was good and had good variety. Everything was fresh z

My name is Todd. I stayed in room 205 on the night of 2/4/24. The bed is too hard, the bed spread is rough and uncomfortable, pillows are to hard and lacked support. The bathroom tissue is the roughest I have ever used, very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good compared to the last hotel I stayed in. The hotel and my room were very clean. The hotel room has some up dates, it somehow reminds me of steam punk. A blending of old and new, it works. There was a refreshing lack of sirens but I-5 can be heard all night, but not to bad. In conclusion, would I stay here again? Not likely the bedding situation is a deal breaker. Somehow I felt like I liked the place. 😕

Overall, it is an excellent place to live.

They should have low flow bathroom fixtures. The shower feels lovely but so much water is dispensed, the drain cannot keep up and the tub starts to fill. The drain wasn’t clogged, once I turned off the shower the tub drained quickly

The hotel didn’t have any frills but it had everything I needed. The guy who checked us in was a sweetheart. The only thing that was super annoying was that I requested a late checkout at 1 p.m. to make a work conference call, but I had two housekeepers knock on the door to clean the room after noon. That interrupted my conference call twice! So maybe don’t get a late checkout.

Keys do not work well. Very frustrating. Toilet didn’t flush well. It took over 20 pushes on the shampoo dispenser to get enough shampoo to wash my very short hair! Stingy.

It was a dirty hotel

The property has uniformed security; locked elevator access; fairly nice rooms; private breakfast room; next to a gas station and an excellent Saffron restaurant that has Indian, American, and Mediterranean food.

A bit further away from the Link train than I expected but still a good alternative to finding parking at the U or downtown.

Where do I start? There were no safety certificates in the elevators (which felt like they were bumping around side to side in the shaft and squealing loudly). The day clerk addressed me as “sir” (I am a very tall heavyset woman, who rarely wears makeup). There were other issues, but the most significant one was when another guest said she found bedbugs in her room. Nope. I can handle guys hotboxing a few doors down and security napping in his car, but I gotta pass on the bedbugs, thanks. I asked to speak to the manager; they were in “a meeting”. Reading other reviews, this manager spends an exorbitant amount of time in meetings, so it’s no wonder the hotel is run so poorly.

Great got the price.

We stayed here for it’s affordability and proximity to the light rail station. When we arrived to our room, the TV remote was not working. We called the front desk and were informed that “all of the remotes are broken, there’s a work order placed to fix them” but nothing else could be done. The sheets on the bed looked dirty, like they were never changed from the previous guest. The vending machine down the hall was not working. There were homeless tents across the street and around the corner from the hotel. Overall, we would not stay here again.

Kitchen was equipped for all our needs.

The property is old and needs a make over, the elevators are so old and slow, and the neighborhood is sketchy, did not feel safe.

I didn't like that your pictures show a pool and yet there is no pool! But the breakfast was good, and the rooms were nice.

Location was perfect for accessing the Northgate's Lite Rail Station to move my daughter into UW Dorms and attend a UW football game. Staff was friendly, attention to detail in the breakfast area was great. Breakfast had a new daily menu that was always plentiful and tasty. This is an older hotel but is being taken care of. My only suggestion would be to have more efficient shampoo/soap/ conditioner dispensers because they were extremely difficult to get enough product to clean sufficiently. The Indian restaurant adjacent to the hotel was excellent. Freeway access is great and shopping close by. For the value, I would definitely stay here again.
