The Wedgewood Hotel is a beautifully decorated and very cozy hotel. Hotel has a great lounge- offerings for reasonable prices and good selection. The staff very friendly and very helpful. Our suite was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The nightly turn downs and treats were appreciated. It would have been nicer to have a more usable fridge. The room only had a small mini fridge with selection of items for sale. Otherwise, we had a perfect stay.

Everything was perfect and the service was outstanding. From check in, to breakfast to the lounge, to check out. The service was simply the best we have received in Vancouver. The location and hotel were also excellent as was the lobby bar.

We love to stay at the Wedgewood for our weekend getaway when treating ourselves. Everything you would expect from a world class hotel. Excellent service from everyone and the food at the restaurant and lounge are outstanding. Go for the deluxe room with the big corner tub! Treat yourself. It's worth it!

This is a nice, small hotel in a very central location. The service is really great, and overall its a nice place to stay. The hotel feels like its getting close to needing an update. While it's still nice as is, it feels a little dated, particularly the rooms. But also the lounge area, which if I was in charge, would strive to be the top cocktail lounge in the city. An update could easily make this my number 1 pick for staying in Vancouver.

I think this is the nicests hotel in Vancouver. Staff, ambiance, service... equally good. Location cannot be beat. What I missed though is free water to drink, perhaps a fresh fruit and more of TV choices.

We went for three nights over New Years Eve...Very nice Hotel...Excellent Service...Nice Bar and Restaurant The only negative is here we are for New Years Eve and they close the Bar and Restaurant for a private event?...Really with no notice on the Website...We thought that was wrong and would not go back because of it

We loved this hotel! The staff is so polite and go out of their way to serve their guests. The bar and restaurant are fabulous; it was cold and wet during our stay and there was always a roaring fire in the bar and live piano music in the evening. The spa is lovely and the location is perfect. It deserves the Relais et Chateau designation.

Everything about the experience was amazing from the people at the front to the dinner service. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Only thing is the rooms are a bit dated and could definitely do with some renovations and refreshing.

The Wedgewood has exceptional customer service. The property is beautiful and well cared for, the staff are well trained, clearly enjoy what they do, and always put a smile on your face. One of the best things about the Wedgewood is their attention to detail - they put a lot of effort into the finer touches, and it shows. A phenomenal experience!

The usual great service we expect from the Wedgewood. Only downside was the garbage truck banging dumpsters outside our window at 5am. Not the the hotel's fault, just frustrating

We stayed Christmas Eve and it was lovely. The staff and service were excellent, the room was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable, linens were very nice. We received two personal notes and Christmas cookies at turndown. They went out of their way to make us welcome. My only caveat were the charges for room service in the evening. The lounge was full so we opted to order drinks and were charged a late night fee for both the drinks and a delivery charge of almost $20. The 2 drinks ended up being $60 which is well, absurd even for a 5 star hotel. We did not see anything about those late night fees in their literature. I do recommend The Wedgewood but suggest doing your due diligence about fees if you have that concern.

The hotel staff are all very good. Our room was comfortable and had a wrap around balcony. We enjoyed the Apple cider in the lobby and the live music in the bar. The person playing the piano on Dec 14 was superb

This is a legendary Vancouver hotel with history and overflowing with charm. The service is above and beyond, the restaurant is top tier and our suite was very comfortable. Will stay again!
