Everything was excellent

Heater didn’t work properly wouldn’t warm the room. It was very noisy and had to run continuously. Took long time for hot water. Sink faucets were backwards for hot and cold. Staff said they would put electric heater in room but never did

Great location and very comfortable room. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out. We had a lot of closet space and drawers so we were not living out of a suitcase for the whole trip. I loved the fireplace and the view of the mountain. I was a little disappointed that the pool/hot tub was under construction so we were not able to use it. Otherwise, all the amenities were great. Loved the free laundry option and the shuttle made it very easy to get around town.

The pictures online are very deceiving. The inside area is very outdated and in the process of being remodeled. Would have been nice to know the pool and hot tub were closed when we booked rather than after the fact. The floors creaked so bad that we knew every time the people above us got out of and bed and everywhere they walked. We also did not know the air/heat in the rooms could not be adjusted below 68. Our room was so stuffy we couldn’t sleep at night and had to open the balcony door to get any relief. The pillows were so uncomfortable, I had severe neck pain our entire stay and that was after requesting more pillows during our stay. After trying 8, I considered buying one just for our stay. Usually don’t leave bad reviews but want people to be aware before booking.

Fabulous suite! Enjoyed my stay!
(My only complaint was the fridge was VERY loud!)

Nice hotel, very clean, comdy bed and pillows, had everything we needed. It was currently on renovation, it was not notified when we did the booking, found out about it when we arrived, so pool and spa not available and there were construction materials on sight. Nice parking facilities and comfortable. Room cleaning has to be arranged. Laundry facilities were free. Less than 5 minute to downtown. I would stay there again, it would be really nice once the renovation is done with.

The pool is being renovated but the plan looks fabulous. Our room was fantastic and we grabbed easy food preparations to make in the studio kitchen. Great stay!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, but there was no privacy at all. We were on the ground floor and everyone had to walk past our sliding glass doors to get to the common area, so definitely couldn’t walk around naked.

Great location, great room with plenty of space. Love the included kitchen, the two bedrooms with large beds, the sofas for watching movies, and the large dining table to eat and more importantly, play games. I would stay here again! Thank you!

This hotel is going through remodels. Their pool is closed, it is in the center and there are rooms that have doors opening to it- I am unsure if I'd want to stay when the pool is finished. They did not make it clear that the spa on their website was NOT covered if you booked through Hotels.com/Expedia, and it was $30 per person. They did a nice job with new appliances, however; they didn't do small fixes like getting new screen doors (ours was constantly going off the track). The bed was comfortable. It was hard to get into the driveway to check in. There was plenty of room in the parking garage underneath. I am unsure if I'd want to stay here in the winter though, and when the pool is finished due to noise.

It was a really nice apartment. We had a full kitchen, two bathrooms one with a tub one with a shower, a balcony, two tvs, a fireplace, and a king bed. Everything was clean. They had connect four and ping pong there. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent overall, Nice and comfy room. Quiet nights. Food option across the street. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Provided coffee. The parking did look like it can be limited but there was at least 1 spot open any time I came back. Im not sure if the other side is usable for parking because it was full of construction/remodel materials. Car seems safe in the parking garage. I'd stay there again if Im in the area!

Great little hotel right in town. Construction building or refurbishing a pool downstairs but it did not affect the stay. Quiet, clean, very helpful staff. Will stay here again if I can find the same deal on the price!

We originally planned a four night stay and liked it so much we extended our stay for another four nights. Great location and staff.

I was disappointed with my stay. The heater in my room was not working, and I feel like I got a cold from being in such a cold room. We did let the front desk know and they provided us with space heaters. However that did not provide an immediate fix. At one point we were sleeping in our ski clothes in order to keep warm. Thankfully our room had two bathrooms, because the bathroom connected to the bedroom smelt so bad. We had to make sure the bathroom door was closed at all time in order to contain the awful odor. This smell was continuous throughout our stay. In addition to this, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of their hot tub. The hot tub/pool area was under construction. The staff was kind and professional, and I feel like all of the issues we had were essentially out of their control.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were under construction. That was not noted in the description and I chose this property over another because it advertised an indoor pool. However, they still charged a "resort fee" on top of the room charges. The room was clean but carpets and furnitures were old and stained.

The Park Plaza has nice rooms and facilities. When their renovation is complete, it will be a top hotel for the Park city area.

Good location & the price was right. The floors are squeaky & they are remodeling the indoor pool which is empty of water. Many of the rooms overlook this inner atrium.

Wonderful location, close to restaurants and only a few minutes to Deer Valley Ski Resort. Loved the gas fireplace in room and nicely stocked kitchen. Underground garage so don’t have to heat up car or scrape the snow off. Was very quiet while we were there. Would definitely stay again.

Large suite, fireplace, comfortable bed, friendly efficient staff. Indoor parking is very nice in winter. Pool was being renovated but we did get notice of that at booking.

Great place to stay, full kitchen was good and very cosy.

Park Plaza seems to have started to go down hill these last 2 years. They have taken away several of the resort features, and the last 2 times we were there the pool was closed for maintenance. Both times it was a Tuesday and no employee would give us a direct answer when asked if this maintenance is usually performed on Tuesday.

It was our Honeymoon, a gift from Grandma and Mom.
Because of Covid-19 they didn't service the rooms. But they didn't tell us where we could put the garbage.

Very reasonable price and nice for a room with a full sized kitchen, table, queen bed and pullout couch (though the pullout was hard). It was clean and had all the supplies you need for saving money and preparing some quick meals in the room. When we had a question or needed something, our needs were met immediately. Located within walking of the "touristy" strip of old downtown Park City where we did NOT want to be. We loved being out of the the hustle and bustle and crowds yet close to everything we needed.

Worst beds ever. Wasn’t able to sleep for two nights. The hotel is also in far worse condition than the pictures lead on, plus it’s in need of a major deep clean. They profess free WiFi and parking but then charge you a resort fee that they say is to cover WiFi and parking. Don’t stay here

Price was OK. Not much in the way of restaurants in the area. OLD building in need of renovating. Fortunately, our CUTE TINY room was one already updated. Called a resort, but NOT resort.

Great hotel located 5 minutes from downtown and easy access to highway. I've stayed here before and like the free underground parking for my rental car and the kitchenette style rooms.

We had a nice stay at the Ramada by Wyndham. It is conveniently located next to the mountains and easy to access. When we first arrived we were in a VERY SMALL king size room. We upgraded to a room with a fire place and it was very nice with a kitchen, table, sofa and more than enough room for a couple. If we would have stayed in the original room, I wouldn't have been as happy. This is a great, affordable way to see Park City, UT.

Maintenance at this hotel was sorely lacking. The bathroom sink drain was totally clogged, the gas fireplace did not work, the shower water temperature regulator spun 360 degrees without stopping and the dishwasher had to be replaced all in a matter of a five day stay.

The bed very uncomfortable, soft and sink in the middle to were the head and feet area of the bed were higher then the middle of the bed. I have traveled for business for over 20 years and it was the worst bed I have had to sleep on.
Room every night also had a weird smell to it. Room needed updating!!!!

Nice hotel but wood frame construction (squeaky floors). Convenient location and shuttle on-call for Deer Valley and Park City. Good value.

The hot tub was broken and not working during our stay. Also, we did not know we did not have daily housekeeping services, so that was a bit of a surprise. The front desk was always nice and helpful when we called down or asked for help.

We had an oversized (van) vehicle that would not fit in the parking garage. Of course the fee did not change, but the bad part was there was no parking anywhere! No street parking between 2:00 - 6:00 AM anywhere in town or close by. We stayed for 3 nights and had to get up 2 times per night to keep our vehicle from getting towed.

Overall the rooms were clean but the small things like light switches appeared very dirty. The floors were creaky so everytime the upstairs guest were walking around I was woken up. Also, there is a motion sensored light on the side of the building right by my bedroom window that only had a slat blind and every night I was woken up by the light going on and off - they should have a room darkening curtain over the blinds.

Everything about the property was excellent, except for the fact that the hot tub was not open due to the Covid. Although I understand the need for Covid restrictions in a confined area, the enclosed sauna was still in use with a 30 minute limit for individual parties. The same could have been done for the hot tub.

I have now stayed here 3 times and have been treated very well and really like the property. Underground parking is a huge plus.
