Was a basic room, not in good condition but cheap price, water was hot bed was comfy fridge worked coffe maker worked, basically got what we paid for, sll good.

Two of the three headboards were off the wall and laying on the floor leaning against the wall, holes in the wall above the beds. Smoke detectors missing and wires just hanging out of the wall. The ceiling tiles were falling out and the bathroom ceilings were falling apart and walls peeling, the dust was an inch thick covering everything. The tub was stained multiple colors and cracked and peeling. The shower curtain was ragged and torn and worn to shreds. We were given two bath towels and 1 travel shampoo for a room that sleeps 6 people. The carpet was stained so many different places and shades! And there was dirt and filth everywhere. Definitely the epitome of a Roach Motel! Negative stars!

The front door faceplate was loose so we didn't feel secure. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was food and candy everywhere. The carpet was also ripped in several places. The toilets constantly run. One was broken and when we complained we were told that we could fix it ourselves. We would up rigging it the best we could.When we asked for more trash bags, we were basically told no. We returned one day to find our door blocked by toilets. The remotes didn't work with the TV's. There was no plug for the spa tub. We were told there would be breakfast each morning but there was not. The towels had holes in them. The workers were not friendly or helpful. The ice machine was right outside of door but we didn't have an ice bucket. One of the bathroom sinks barely drained. The bedroom door had a huge hole like it had been kicked in and didn't close good. Housekeeping never came by our room to replenish towels or take the trash out.

Check-In was interrupted by what I will assume was the guys significant other coming out of the back office in a leopard mumu lecturing him about not doing something for her and complaining to him like she was his mother. Then we get up to our rooms, there were no towels, not that you would want to shower there anyways as the bathtub wasn't clean either, the sheets hadnt been changed as there were blonde hairs in the sheets, thankfully I already brought my own blankets, floors werent vaccumed. Free breakfast was nonsense, the cereal was all stale, the milk was placed out on the counter in a pitcher not even being kept up to temp, the waffle irons were gross and didn't even keep temp to properly cook the waffles, we left and ordered McDonald's. Spend your money on a different hotel. This one was a nightmare and my 5 year old daughter said it felt sketchy.

The room we stayed in was recently remodeled, bathroom was not. There was no furniture in room except the beds, tv didn't work and breakfast consisted of one waffle maker and coffee, nothing else worked.

The rooms were nasty. We had two rooms and the other rooms toilet wasn’t even flushed. They did not put wash clothes in the room and when we asked for them the Staff was rude and nasty to my husband. The other rooms bathroom light was out and we asked them to fix it or move us rooms. And we got rude and nasty comments. We will never stay here again! It was not worth the money! And the mattresses were horrible! Just stay away!

Absolutely horrible. Had no towels/ wash cloths that didn’t look used. No toilet paper holder/towel racks. Racks were hanging off the wall. There were for nail clippings on the floor when we walked in. Outlets didn’t work but the sink. Crack in the tub. It was awful. When I went to ask for towels the desk clerk sent me down to the housekeeping room. Like it’s not my job to retrieve towel.

When I arrived at the hotel there was nobody at the office, the doors was locked and there was a note on the door to call the number listed on the note, I did. It was the manager as far as I know but I became very concerned when she asked me to send a picture of my drivers license and debit card to her via text on her personal phone in order to get me checked in and get me my room key that was left outside in a white box.

They didn’t have blankets in the room, the beds were horrible, the lock was broken, it didn’t have toilet paper, no was cloths, and definitely wasn’t cleaned that great from the previous persons stay

The room was awful. The first one I got the bed almost flipped when one of my children climbed onto it. The second room was almost as bad. The headboard was falling off, there were holes in the door/wall as if someone has punched it.

I reserved a king suite, when I got there I got a two queen bed. When I showed her my booking she told me it was under maintenance. The next day when I went to ask for more toilet paper, the other lady was checking someone in a king suite. I was mostly booking this hotel since it was so close to the mountains and we were going to be out all day, so I just saw it at a bed to sleep in. I wouldn't bring my kids in this . We enjoyed our trip to pigeon forge. However, the water didn't drain in the shower so you had to wade in the water to shower. The heat did not work in our room at all. I was in the lobby trying to find out why they charged me 6 times for a 3 night visit the maintenance guy told me to let him go first he had work to do so my replie was i was a paying customer. The lady come in and tried to help. Just overall a little bit of a hassle but we didn't let that ruin our trip. I would definitely go back but maybe after the remodeling is done.

We booked three rooms. The sheets had pink stains on them. One of the lampshades did too and in one of the rooms, the grid that covers the air conditioning unit was completely off. I called the manager a few days later and he promised to issue a refund. I never heard back from him. I called back, but received no answer. I’ve given him two months to respond to me. This location is right before Gatlinburg so I thought it would be nice. It wasn’t.

The room was dirty. The shower ceiling has a hole in it. The faucet fixture was half on and there were stains, paint splatters and debris from the ceiling in the tub. There was dust on surfaces and the floors were dirty. The toilet moved (wobbled) every time it sat on it. No phone in the room to call the desk. They would not deliver extra wash clothes. I had to go to the front office to request some and they sent me to the Laundry room to ask for more. The sheets had stains and had holes.

Carpet had a tear in it there was mold around the tub a lot of trim was broken and they also charged my card an additional 494.08 that was not supposed to be charged and we still haven’t received the money back!

We were put in a handicapped room. Rooms carpet was filthy, shower had mildew, place where to hang clothes was rusty, light fixture also was rusty, no security lock, missing, broke off from the door frame.

I usually do not give bad reviews, but this stay was the worst. We went to Pigeon Forge for Dollywood and the Aquarium I picked this motel because it was cheaper and needed it only to sleep and it said that it had breakfast. Online rooms looked okay. They are remodeling, so no breakfast at all and the employees were fine, but did lack customer service skills. At midnight we did get a lovely fight between two brothers and my kids were in another room so we had to go outside to check on things. Everyone staying near our rooms came outside to watch the drunken fight with screaming, I thought it was domestic violence at first but then saw is was a drunken brawl. When I went to the office to ask if they had called 911, they said ' "We are the ones who need to call, they did not care." Even though it was interrupting everyone's sleep and it was dangerous. Good place to stay on a budget, do not expect anything else!!!

I booked 6 months prior to our vacation. Small but decent spaced rooms. Microwave didn't work and TV was not the best for stations. Bed was clean. Place is under construction but wasn't as ratchet as most of the other reviews. The young guy at the desk was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was cereal and waffles maker. Location is excellent. Would definitely stay again. You get what you pay for and for a place to sleep that was clean and budget friendly, it was great !

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Mold in the bathroom, the hair dryer didn’t work, the carpet was filthy, one of the beds was broken, the mattress cover was dirty, the bed had metal braces sticking out past the mattress of which I cut my leg on, the furniture was old, the chairs was rickety, the light over the table didn’t work and one of the tv remote’s was missing. I will never stay in this dump again. Why you recommend it makes me question your company. I can’t be the only one complaining about this motel.

This hotel should not be operating. It was not only dirty but it was unkept and dirty. Our 2 bedroom suite looked like a crime scene from a Law and Order episode. We could not stay there and thankfully the staff was helpful in cancelling and giving us a refund

The toilet didn't work have the time, parking lot had a lot of pot holes, didn't see a house keeper the whole time I was there, had to buy toilet paper for the bathroom, shower head barely worked, and my nephew got a room a day later and had to move rooms due to black mold all over the room and sheets, plus had roaches in the room.

The place is dirty and I did not even stay—went to another hotel. I realize it may have been being renovated, but old mattresses were stacked outside, just begging for mice to make their homes in them. The chair in my room was broken. The carpet was coming up. The bathtub was filthy! Even the check-in area was disastrous—wires everywhere, no real check-in desk. The room had bug traps beside the TV. Someone’s food had been left in the refrigerator for who knows how long. Awful place!

There was a 5-6” round spot on the room floor with something gooey covered in carpet fresh powder on the floor. Phone did not work. 3 bullet looking holes in bath door. Reported to front desk. They said they’d send someone to vacuum up the spot and fix or replace the phone. No one ever showed up. We had 2 rooms. In the other room, one bed had no blanket and only 1 sheet. Front desk said it was because people steal and they did not have more. What? I want my money back.
