It was a one night stay and had I planned on a longer stay I would probably gone to another hotel. I only spent time in my room as I arrived later in the evening. My review is only based on the room. The carpet in the room was very worn and by the ac unit it was damp. The ac condensation was not draining properly. The bed was ok and comfortable. The shower head was a handheld piece that was too low and only tilted to aim at the wall. The sink faucet was loose from the counter but useable. The tiny towel bar was rigged to stay on the wall but loose. The bath mat towel was soaking wet and rolled on the edge of the tub when I arrived. I didn’t use it. Overall I was disappointed with the room for the price. I routinely stay at Hilton properties but would not stay at this one next time I am in Rhode Island.

we were informed the hotel was being rennovated and our room was done-it just needed new furniture. It was painted yes, but paint splashes all over the floor and AC unit, The couch and chairs were saggy and worn and all the wooden furniture had chips in it. The AC/heat only blew cold air-couldn't adjust warmer. The pool was murkey couldnt even see 1/2 down to bottom so we couldnt use that. hotel is right at the airport heard planes and emergency vehicles all night. guests smoking right outside the entrance door-- will never stay here again

The pool and hot tub are awesome and the hotel was super dirty. The breakfast was fine and the staff is great. My biggest complaint is that they really really need to vacuum! And get new carpets in the rooms - it felt gross. If you can overlook the dirty and want a reasonable priced hotel experience, the pool and hot tub are the only reason why I would go back!

My trip was supposed to be just a night away from my mother myself and my child. That
Hotel was so disgusting that I checked in at 2:45pm and I checked out at 3:55pm. I understand that the first floor of the hotel was under renovations. The pool room was disgusting.There was so much grime on the tiles that I wouldn't let my son in. The water was so black in the pool that you couldn't even see the bottom and another little boy that was in there cut his foot on the bottom of the pool. The room nice layout that was fine.One TV worked the other T.V.Did not nobody in the building.Had any idea how to fix the t.V or even offer to move me to another room. I tried to call down to the front desk.But the phones had no labels on them.Like someone had peeled them off.They were just open holes in the phone. I ended up booking another room through hotels.com.At the springfield hill marriott in west warwick. That place is amazing! I have stayed at plenty of hampton inns including that one and I have never been more disgusted than any hotel.

Upon check-in it was a nightmare. Had to switch rooms 3 times with my 2 daughters and me. 1st room couch was soaked and room had a stagnate smell 2nd room the door was locked from inside finally after up and down elevator to front desk we were put in a room front desk girl seemed clearly annoyed as if it were my fault. After finally settling in i took girls to pool as the pics on line ahow a beautiful pool and hot tub that was not the case both of them looked murky and gross, hot tub had 2 jets working and clumps of hair floating around. Top it all off with going down for breakfast this morning with zero food being brought out no juice for girls it was all water where it said oj and apple. I waited 40 mins with my girls for food to be replaced that was gone to no avail and still no coffee made. I have to say there were alot of unhappy people this morning. The worst experience ive ever had! I had no choice but to just check out.

Hotel under renovation, I was given a renovated room, which I was thankful for, but did not understand how you can update the flooring, the bathroom, bedding and keep all the old, outdated furniture, desk and very old sofa bed?
Served breakfast potatoes no eggs. Looking through a businessman's eyes and Hampton being on the strip directly across from the airport, must do better to compete.

It was bad, someone walked into my room while my husband was naked and I was in the bathroom the clock didn't work the refrigerator made loud noises the elevator doesn't work the hotel smells bad and service was horrible

It was an emergency stay and they accommodated us easily.
Breakfast wasn’t the best from a Hampton Inn, but it worked.

We requested 2 queen bed room, didn’t get it. The room was filthy! Not even vacuumed, sink backed up, tub dirty. And our floor 4 smelled of weed so bad it gave us all headaches! Never will we stay there ever again!

Room not cleaned as in the pictures. Switched rooms 2 times due to paint smell in rooms.Then got a room that had no light in the bathroom (added a night light) and the toilet seat was broken with huge crack. Never staying here again!! Surprised this is a Hilton brand hotel.

Not the best experience. The rooms didn’t have enough towels or bed sheets. When we called the front desk, they were happy to provide but we had to go get them ourselves. The breakfast was good though, clean and well stocked with staff present.

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was the most disappointing we've ever had. Despite our usual expectation of comfort and cleanliness at Hampton Inns, this particular hotel was not just outdated but also quite dirty. I had to clean the bathroom my self due to a strong urine smell and a sticky toilet seat. Not enough towels in our room and requesting bath towels resulted in them giving us FLOOR MATS initially, and it took until the next day for us to receive actual towels. While the staff and breakfast were satisfactory, the overall experience was unfortunate. The ongoing renovations didn't interfere with our stay, but the pools needed cleaning and better maintenance. A notable inconvenience was the bathroom door not closing due to a pool-related hose, requiring someone to stand guard for privacy. Regrettably, I won't be returning or recommending this hotel.

This hotel was dirty disgusting with pubic hair in the bathroom. The whole room was dirty. Did not look like it was cleaned. They only had pool hours from 3-10 and arrived after 9pm. The whole purpose for the hotel was for my kids to be able to get full use of the pool. We were told after booking that those were the only hours. The ceiling look half put together. Carpets were dirty. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast tasted rubbery and not edible.

No hot water , bathroom sink did not drain. Toilet was loose and almost completely off the seal. Carpet and doors aged and filthy.

Convenient to the airport, friendly staff, fine for a layover. The room had a terrible lingering smell from pot smoking, and the room chair was stained to the point that I wouldn't sit in it. Someone came and sprayed and deodorized the room which helped.

This was the dumpiest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in! It was clean and the desk person was nice, but the tub area needed some maintenance/attention, the water in the shower was tepid at best, the walls had absolutely no decor, there was no remote for the tv, and the extra pillow had no pillowcase (and it was disgusting). Not happy and will likely not stay at Hampton Inns anymore.

First we were told the pool was down for a couple hours due to “sand” being in it; then the worker changed his mind.
Hot tub did not work with jets and pool was set to about 50.. both handicap seats were non functional for pool and hot tub !

We were told by the staff that there would be a shuttle from the hotel to the airport terminal. There was none. So we had to hitch a ride from other guests in the hotel.

Staff was friendly and efficient. But room was very dirty and dated. I wiped some water drops off the floor and the napkin came up filthy as if the floor hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Bedside table had a sticky ring from a previous guest. I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Burlington Mass a couple weeks ago, and it was lovely. You’d never think this was the same brand. Believe the poor ratings.

we booked this hotel as it was closest to the venue of my brothers wedding we were attending close by. we arrived around 8pm with our 1 year old son who was extremely tired. I had booked, paid, and done mobile check in before to avoid any issues. at the front, the worker was inconsiderate and rude, stating she needed a card to physically swipe for incidentals, even though this had already been charged on my card. we just needed to get my son to bed, and we hadn’t brought our wallets with us from the venue, as in the mobile check in email I did said we were all set. we had to have someone from the wedding drive our wallets to us because she simply wouldn’t accept the fact I had already checked in to avoid all this. she kept huffing and puffing that we were then forced to wait for someone to bring our cards, we were trying to get our son to sleep in the lobby (because she wouldn’t allow us in the room!!) I’m not someone to leave reviews but i’m astounded at the lack of customer service and just how rude she was. we called the hyatt across the street and almost stayed there, as they had no issue with us booking online and not physically having a card. luckily there was someone willing to bring us what we needed, but it was just very unnecessary- clearly- as the other hotel didn’t require this.

The property was great for what we needed. My other half and I were in RI on vacation, allowing us to be close to everything we planned. The front desk staff were really attentive, friendly, and courteous. We really did appreciate them!
The room was great. We brought our pup so she could enjoy her space without being on top of us. The dual ACs/Heaters were a nice touch. The toiletries were fantastic too.
I'm not much of a breakfast person, but my other half really enjoyed it. Fresh, healthy, and always hot.

I definitely did not like the fact that upon check-in I was told the hotel was completely booked even though I made a reservation 8 days prior and my stay was already paid in full. I had to wait 30 minutes for management to figure something out and another hour for them to clean a room for me (which was not really that clean). Waiting 1.5 hours to get into a reserved room is unacceptable. The entire hotel was run-down and dated. Very disappointing.

Thank goodness we only stayed one night 8/26. I was staying with my family including my granddaughter and all of us were embarrassed and appalled at the disgusting state of the hotel. The room was dirty, the smell was unbearable, the hallway carpets were dirty, there was dirt on the rugs in the room, as you can see in the pictures there were a bunch of dysfunctional plugs and wires exposed laying on the floor. Went to the front desk to get more towels and to complain about the room phone not working and having the wrong room number on it and they said there was nothing they could do and brushed it aside. Fixtures were hanging off the walls in the bathroom. Will never recommend this Hampton Inn in the future due to our bad experience. I am expecting a response to my dissatisfaction!!👎👎I expect a full refund of 250$

Hotel and poor, maintain conditions, rooms had mildew, not just one room, but they moved us to another one that it also had mildew. Smell of raw sewage coming up the drain system, especially in the bathroom.
