A welcome home-baked treat awaits your arrival! Your suite is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. the fridge will have water, juice and fruit. Slip into the comfy robes provided to you to relax on the deck watching boats and wildlife or to make your way down to the private hot tub. Enjoy some relaxing time watching the 54" TV. The TV boosts lots of channels including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. When you are ready for a hot shower, I provide complimentary samples of a homemade soap, body butter and scrub! There are beaches, entertainment and delicious restaurants , just minutes away. I pride myself on making sure you love your stay andI have been a premier host since 2015. I always keep you updated on all the events and goings on in the "Fun size State"!

What a fantastic stay! The place was clean and beautiful! Cindy was a fantastic host and very responsive to questions that we asked. She offered us very delicious homemade banana bread and bread loaf! Totally a memorable stay!

My husband, little dog, and I, has the BEST time at Cindy’s place. Not only was the rental clean with a stunning view and outdoor space, but it had everything we needed and more! Cindy offers so many little touches from her homemade products to little treats for everyone (including our dog!) Cindy offered a charcuterie board when we arrived and it was such an AMAZING addition that she offers. She also has incredible communication and provided so much information for our stay. I can not say enough about this rental and how wonderful it was! We will definitely be back in the warmer weather!

I wanted to love this stay… but after a short one night honeymoon, so many problems arose. The first and most problematic was that the front door to the rental didn’t lock from the outside. After questioning the host about it they brushed it off and told me if I was really committed, just keep trying to jiggle it locked. (??) Next, the toilet barely filled with water upon arrival and after a few flushes (of nothing but regular waste) flooded the floor. After cleaning up as much as we could, we noticed we did not have an adequate plunger to handle the issue so again had to call the host to address the house defect. I’m disappointed to say that the host also tried to charge me for the mess that I cleaned up because of her faulty toilet. Finally, you can not look anywhere in the small room without being bombarded with ads from the host. It was difficult to focus on the vacation with these ads and offers all over the place almost begging you to spend more money than necessary. Heads up- do not use the complimentary scrub in the bathroom unless you want to get charged for “a mysterious grease” that will remain in the tub after you rinse it off like the instructions say to do. One look at the passive aggressive replies underneath anyone’s review that is less than 5 stars will tell you everything you need to know about this property. And Cindy, I am not reading or entertaining the cantankerous reply you leave to this review.

Cindy was very accommodating. We arrived early and she allowed us to check in. Upon our arrival, she had a fresh loaf of homemade bread for us. The room was very comfortable, and the view from the deck was beautiful. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay with Cindy at Romantic suite w/deck overlooking Warwick Neck Cove. Arriving after dark we felt comfortable with the lighting and security of the neighborhood. We were welcomed with Banana Nut Bread and a beautiful place to rest. Although our stay was incredibly short, we were able to utilize many of the amenities. The deck was perfect for evening cocktails and morning coffee. The hot tub was welcomed after a long 5 hour trip. Cindy offered many extras from breakfast items to snacks to candles and a lighter, I only wish we had more time to truly appreciate all the effort she put into being a hostess.

Quaint apartment in a beautiful location. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the views and relaxation. Cindy was so welcoming and hospitable. She thought of everything to make a vacation stay enjoyable from the brochures and writeups of places to go, to the beach towels, cooler, and ice packs to enjoy a day at the beach. Much appreciated.

I needed an overnight accommodation while attending a weekend regatta. This worked out well location wise and amenities. The hot tub was perfect for my post racing recovery. I do want to highlight Cindy the host and her thoughtful touches. She had homemade goodies and many other helpful unexpected touches to make her guests feel special. Lots of heart evident throughout. I would certainly recommend this VRBO.

We fully enjoyed our stay . We were greeted with newly out of the oven bread . The refrigerator had yogurt and fresh fruit . We spent a good deal of time on the deck watching birds and boats . I also enjoyed a foot and hand massage by Cindy .

Cindy’s VRBO was so beautiful and picturesque. It was perfect for my daughter and I to spend the night from a busy college touring trip. Great places to eat and not far from the beach. Highly recommend!

Cindy definitely cares for her guests. She leaves snacks and bread for you. She also makes homemade soaps and lotions. Perfect little getaway for 2 overlooking the water.

Remi (small dog) and I had such a wonderful stay at Cindy's place. Very quiet dead-end street overlooking the water and the boats. We both really enjoyed sitting on the deck! The breakfast items and treats were a really nice and much appreciated added touch. Thank you! I look forward to staying again next time I am in town :)

Cindy made our stay feel like home. Starting with the pre-visit communication to the warm welcome and laughs, we felt very well taken care of. We really enjoyed the fresh baked goods and breakfast options she provided, as well as all of the extras. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests, and the property itself speaks volumes. This rental is a great place to unwind and relax. We were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset every night of our stay. Cindy hospitality was phenomenal and the baked goods were a nice touch. We will definitely be back soon!

Charming property and a more charming host. The view of Warwick Cove is excellent and Warwick Neck is as Rhode Island as it gets. Cindy provided everything we needed, and then some. You can tell she really cares that you have a good time. Will not hesitant to book with Cindy again.

Our stay was delightful. Warm brownies, fresh strawberries and homemade bread awaited us upon our arrival. The sunset view off the back porch was breathtaking. The hosts were kind and extremely helpful. We would love to stay here again.

This unit was exactly what we were looking for for a quick trip to RI. The room was clean, the views were great, and Cindy had some bread made for us as well as a few additional items in the fridge which was nice too. If you're looking for a rather inexpensive unit with an awesome view, look no further and book here.

When we finally arrived in Warwick after an arduous drive, we were delighted to find Cindy had provided artisan bread with dipping oil, a mini-loaf of banana bread, fresh strawberries, and a fridge fully stocked for breakfast. Her beach-themed décor and homemade goodies made our stay much more pleasant than any anonymous hotel room and breakfast bar would be. Reading on the balcony and watching boats go by was so relaxing – just what we needed! Cindy was the perfect host, anticipating all our needs and then exceeding them.

We enjoyed our stay. The location near State Parks and other attractions was excellent. We loved the coastal decor and the quiet setting on a dead end street. There are a lot of stairs to climb to the room but the view was worth it.
