Overall stay fair. Facility does not offer a continental breakfast.
Condo: Living room TV did not work. Master bathroom toilet ran continuously.
Room service slow to respond: multiple calls. Over 1 hour to receive items
Outdated bedding.
Poolside: Staff would
Not provide ice water upon request.

Great fit for the end of our vacation. Relaxing and great location. A little disappointed with the thin pull out mattress and the king sized fitted sheets were too small and kept popping off. No one wants to wake up on the mattress pad.

So look. Its not expensive and there is a reason for that. The rooms are ok, the condition is old ish, its mostly clean. The pools are nice ish. But it is close to the parks, it has a nice not super expensive grocery and the staff is pleasant. If a hilton vacation club is like a B plus this is a mid to low C.

I’ve stayed here once before. My stay was just okay. It was roomy. But I felt like my room needed updates. It looked like there was some mold in the shower. There was a carving on the shower floor. There was barely any water pressure in the master bathroom. The shower door didn’t close properly. The shower head in the master bathroom was crooked and could not be moved. The other shower floor looked worn down, dirty, and chipped. The master bed was uncomfortable. Our fridge leaked a little on the first day. The elevator creaked a lot and made some popping sounds. We were on the top floor and frequently saw used bedding laying in the hallway preparing to be laundered. I would not stay here again.

Lady at the front desk could not speak much English, the room smelt musty and had an old out dated look and feel.
Our room was in need of an update. The pool area was nice, food and drink were good.

Overall the stay was good it was just HAIR everywhere and the sheets weren't clean.

Resort had comfortable good sized apartments. Place was clean. Kids had lots of fun at the pool. Only concern was that the appliances dishwasher/washer and dryer are very loud. Dryer had to be ran three times to dry one load of clothes/towels. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel just seemed very updated and the beds were very uncomfortable. I think it could be a great hotel, if they just revamped everything and remodeled some.

The only issues I had was that when I got there I had to wait over an hour to get in the room, the room key wasn't working. Traveling with kids is very difficult and they were all tired and crying. I then tried to contact the lobby multiple times with no answer... I didn't want to go back down stairs as I was pretty far from the lobby.. they finally came and fixed it just to have the same issue the next day.. my husband had to walk to the lobby to get another room key.

We really struggeled with the tvs. Also the dryer took hours to dry 1 small load. Couldnt use the dressers tp extreme odor from old wood.
Other than that extremely happy.

Property is alittle dated. Furniture needs is worn. Over all for the price it is worth going if your accommodating a lot of people. No ex

Resort was nice. There isn’t enough parking spaces for buildings 1 and 2. The hallway in building 2 smelled musty, and awful. It was also really hot in the hallways like they didn’t have any ventilation.

The noise from guest doors opening and closing was disruptive. Sounded like a bomb explosion.

Major issues checking in. Their credit card system was down and they didn’t realize it until every person checking in had 3 different cards declined and I suggested the problem was on their end. Then they didn’t know how to check people in. Finally someone with some experience got us checked in and then charges us later. Room needed some repairs and the linens on the pull out coach hadn’t been changed. Room keys constantly not working.

This was a last minute reservation, with few choices, so I can't complain too much! The exterior & main areas of this property are fine, but the unit we were in was very dated and worn out. I wasn't surprised by the dated appearance inside, because the photos are accurate. Bed & couch were uncomfortable. Door handles (within unit) wouldn't lock. Shower not very nice.
My kids & I did use the pool, and the kids enjoyed it.
We were only here 2 nights, and only a few hours the first evening.
We drove to Disney ourselves, but it was nice they offered a code for a free shuttle.

The rooms were comfortable and functional. The door to the balcony didn’t lock and the food out couch was atrocious for sitting on. There were only 4 forks and minimal pans for cooking. We had to ask multiple times for towels and were told they would be brought right up but didn’t get brought up until the 3rd request in the 3rd day. However, everything was clean. The beds were amazing. The water pressure and available hot water was great! Having a dishwasher, stove, full sized fridge and washer and dryer was wonderful! This is my 2nd time at this hotel and will keep coming back because the quality for price can’t be beat! The kids loved the pirate ship my penny concerned was the smell of propane around the pool that I tried to report to several people and unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish. We the attentiveness of the staff I have no doubt it will be be investigated! It is centrally located to everything you would want in Orlando and beyond! We went to Kennedy space center, blue springs state park, and Clearwater twice as well as Epcot. Wonderful spa on site as well!!

The property was very nice as usual but the doors at building 2 randomly worked for the main entrance and our room would take a minimum of 8 attempts to gain access.

Wonderful for our kids. The pool was fabulous and we enjoyed the poolside bar and grill. Maintenance was very quick to fix a couple of issues we had and my only complaint is the pillows were quite flat. If I wasn't flying I always bring my own, but since we flew I didn't so that was my only issue but it was small! We went to SeaWorld and just drove ourselves but they did offer shuttles to SeaWorld and Disney

Let me preface this with the following; that I went with my sister. She and I live about 2 hours away. We were not interested in Disney, just relaxing. We are both mature female adults without spouses or children.
Checking in was simple. The staff was nice and explained where the room was but after that it was, take the map and find out for yourself. The main lobby is in one building, our room across the street. Can be dangerous crossing. I got a bonus from Expedia for the stay. It was put in our door later and didn't notice until the next day. We got a one free drink at the local bar and $25 off a spa treatment. We did use the free drink, but going to the spa was in the main building, up five flights in an elevator and they only did facials and masseuse treatments. I opted out.
The pools were nice. The weather didn't cooperate, it was 70 and overcast and scattered showers. So it was chilly getting out. The main pirate ship pool was mostly children and parents,
while the smaller reflection pool was more adult friendly. Pool Bar was overpriced but fine. Room was dated but everything worked as needed. Never used the dishwasher, or washer dryer. Aromaspa in master bath was great for me. I'm sorry they don't make them anymore. They did offer discounts for Disney attractions but we chose not to listen to a "presentation" to receive the benefits.
Overall, good place, better for parents with kids than single adults.

The 10th floor of building 5 has a mold odor. As soon as you open the elevator you feel the smell.
We had to change rooms as we couldn't resist the smell. The lady at the front desk let us check other rooms in different floors to find a better options.
All the room were similar, the design of the rooms were very comfortable for groups of more than 4 people. The building and furniture and very old. The building needs maintenance.

Got into the room and immediately noticed that the beds were slanted. Looked under the beds and the slats were broken on all of them. Contacted the front desk and they said someone would come to look at it. No one came so i just left 2 days later with terrible back pain and little sleep. Would never come back.

Our experience was not so good. When we checked into the hotel we waiting 25 minutes in line and they only had 1 person working the check in counter. The rooms are very out dated and the furniture looked like it was picked up from a garage sale on the side of the street. The unit we stayed in was a 3 bedroom. Underwear was left in the closet from a previous guest. The coffee table had a huge burn mark from someone setting a hot pot or pan on it. We will not be staying here again. Think twice before booking this hotel.

I really wanted to like this place I just feel that the description provided was not what was there. The pirate ship is only usable for a water slide at the top no playing on it. That was really disappointing for my son. The beds were the equivalent of laying on foam plywood the first night i hardly slept after that i was so tired I slept in bursts. My groups biggest complaint was the shuttle. They advertised a shuttle to universal but it also did sea world drop offs. They only had 1 morning and 1 evening shuttle and it was hired out so you never knew if it would be direct or make stops. Almoat every day we were late to the theme park our last day we were almost an hour late. We brought that up to the front desk thinking they would want to know any their hired shuttle system and they just said well sometimes we have donuts in the morning for guests. It also is quite a drive from universal or the airport and we racked up a lot of uber fees due to their bad shuttle system

Very spacious! Couldn’t have asked for more. Convenient comes to mind when I think of this place especially when traveling with family big or small. Staff were very professional. No complaints here.

We got to the hotel early. I went to the front desk to let them know we were early, and to let us know if anything was available before 4. This was at 12:30. At 2, I went back, and just asked again if any rooms were cleaned. At 4, I went to check in and they said no rooms are clean still. They stated that checkin was 4 o’clock or later. I asked for a manager, they got us in a room (I much had been done and ready for hours) Our room was advertised as sleeping 8 people. When everyone laid down, we realized we only had 6 pillows. I called the front desk at 9 o’clock to get pillows and a couple extra towels for the morning. They said it would be a $10 charge to get more towels and they would try and find some pillows. At 10:15 we got 3 towels but no pillows. I called again at 10:15 and at 11. We never received any pillows. Two of our kids slept with no pillow. We also got ding ding ditched 4 times at 11 pm and the security guard said they’ve been doing it for a week and causing guests to leave. But they couldn’t catch them. Our alarm in our room was also set to go off every hour all night long, we finally unplugged it at 5 am. Just overall, they are obviously understaffed, don’t communicate, don’t have enough supplies, and don’t really care how your stay is. We only stayed one night, I wouldn’t imagine a week at that place.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The 2 bedroom suite layout was perfect for my 6 member family. I loved the fact that the unit included a washer and dryer. The kids loved the pools.
They give bare minimum for cooking, but managed to cover basic necessities. Just be prepared to bring everything else you need to do food prep. Garbage bags rip easily and wasn’t always able to get more when asking for them.

Best features are pool and size of rooms The rooms on other hand are in need of updates and deep cleaning Three stars over all.

This is the second time we've stayed on this property and just like the fist, it was amazing. The room was perfect for my family of five. It had enough space for the kids to run around and play. We will definitely be back.

Love this resort. Beautiful grounds
Near restaurants and Publix. Room condition is dated with well used, faded furniture. Beds ok. Staff was kind, professional and knowledgeable

The biggest problem was checking in. The lady at the front desk was rude. The map I was given had the wrong room number on it Access to the room was a problem, no where to park in front of the building and the doors in the back wouldn't work making getting our luggage in the room.

The large 3 bedroom, with 2 king beds, a queen and double was unexpected but most welcome. The pool with kids slide kept our grandson entertained while we enjoyed cocktails at the pool side bar. Complimentary shuttle service to Disney parks, 2 hot tubs...I could go on. And all for a most reasonable price.

This was the third time we stayed at this Resort hotel. We love this hotel for its comfort, good custom er service and good location. This is our preferred hotel in Orlando FL.
One constructive feedback I want to provide is that the property should consider upgrading the older condos/rooms. The living room especially needs some newness.
