The layout is excellent for hosting large groups, as each guest will have their own private space and bathroom, with bedding to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests in beds, or up to 17 comfortably with a sleeper sofa in the loft. The heart of the home is the fabulous great room, the perfect gathering place for your group, featuring a floor to ceiling rock fireplace surrounded by deep-cushioned sofas and vaulted ceilings. Behind is the beautiful, alpine-style dining area, with a wooden bench seating, making for a wonderful gathering point. Next to it, the gorgeous gourmet kitchen with everything you could need for cooking, there is also additional seating at the kitchen island for 4 people. All with hardwood floors and stunning surrounding views. Enjoy your morning coffee from the deck off the main living area, or fire up the grill to prepare a fresh feast for your tribe. When it's time to rest & recharge for another fun-filled day in our adventurous mountain town, there won't be any fighting over bedrooms here! We had a beautiful Thanksgiving trip with our family. We decided to meet in the middle in Park City from Denver and San Francisco together. It was great house, better than pictures, spacious and perfect for bigger kids and adults. Plenty of room. Property team was super responsive and so helpful. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend.

4 families with young kids stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. We each had our own big room a bathroom. There was a large living room with a fireplace, a movie room, workout room, pool room, and a hot tub on a beautiful deck facing deer valley. The drive into town is an easy 5 mins. This was an ideal spot and we had great communication with the management from start to finish. Only thing to keep in mind, there are a lot of stairs.

We enjoyed the area, home and skiing! The communication with the property manager was a bit of a challenge, but when we expressed our concerns, they were accomodating about a few minor repairs. We were very pleased with everything and would stay again if we came back to this area.

We really appreciated all of the space to spread out. We had plenty of room for our large family. The pool was a "glorious" place to cool off in the evenings, and the views are spectacular. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked and there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. We even had access to a few paper plates and some Ziploc bags—thoughtful additions for large group stays. A note about where to find a broom and dustpan would be really helpful. We eventually found one downstairs in the furnace room off from the media room, but the hiding spot is not obvious. Thanks so much for a great stay, for quick response times to help with stuck windows, and for all of the thoughtful details that made us feel like we were being treated especially well. The property management company seems to be doing a stellar job!

Beautiful residence in a picture perfect setting on a full moon weekend! With a September stay, we had no neighbors and no noise from morning to night. It's a short and easy drive from Salt Lake City. The description is very accurate and we were all surprised by how spacious the home is as it does not look large from the exterior. The lay-out is wonderful as a large group can gather together in several different locations making it feel cozy and comfortable while never feeling crowded. We made all our meals at home and the kitchen and grilling area had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!
