This charming one bedroom, one bath, 1st floor deluxe 750 sq. foot condo is the perfect retreat for a small group up to four people. It boasts a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, ceramic tile backsplash, toaster and all the other basic cooking essentials. There is a Keurig coffee maker (pods will be provided) as well as a 12 cup Mr Coffee. The condo was completely remodeled (August 2022) to include LVP flooring throughout. The dining area can seat up to 6 people along with 2 more people at the kitchen island. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with a full size front load washer and dryer. There is a king bedroom along with a full size sleeper/sofa. The unit is equipped with Xfinity high-speed internet. Recent results on 4/4/2024 from Speedtest app were 369.17 Mbps (download) and 23.87 Mbps (upload). You’ll enjoy looking out at the quiet wooded setting from the porch as well as having access to an in-ground heated year round swimming pool and four outdoor hot tubs. Note that the pool and hot tubs are closed as of April 15, 2024 for annual maintenance. The summer season will run from May 25th through Labor Day. The facility will re-open for the winter season based on the date when the Breckenridge Ski Resort opens for the season. Park your car in the underground assigned parking space. The condo is located a short walk from the QuickSilver chairlift on Peak 9 as well as the shops, restaurants and bars in downtown Breckenridge.

My family and I have no complaints at all about our stay in this vacation home. It is conveniently located by peak 9 Quicksilver lift as well as a very short walk into town. It has a villa in the little neighborhood. It is very modern inside with all the conveniences that you need. The bedding was very comfortable and I slept well. All of the decorations and furniture were very unique. The foyer right inside the front door, worked out so perfect to hang our skis and poles and to have a specific place to keep our wet boots. Although it is a condo style building, it felt nice and private.
The owner communicated with us on multiple occasions prior to our stay to answer our questions. The garage under the building is a plus especially when it snows and it is private and secure. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub access as well.
If we return to Breckenridge, we will definitely look into staying here again!!!

Perfect property for a relaxing getway! Condo is just as described and pictured - exceptionally modern, clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to explore the town. We really enjoyed the in-unit washer and dryer (which allowed us to pack light) and both the master bed and sleeper sofa were extremely comfortable.

My son and I had a a fantastic stay. The condo appears newly remodeled and was very well kept up and spotless. We enjoyed being able to walk to the base of peak 9 every day as well as the short walk into town. It’s a nice quiet location with easy parking. The host communicated well and was responsive to questions. I highly recommend the condo and the location.

Very comfortable condo, just right size for a couple. Great location, easy walk to ski lift or town. Well stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Owner has thought of everything.

Gary was the best host. He went out of his way to help us and was just the kind of host that all hosts should be. The accommodations were so clean and updated with everything you might need. It was the perfect location and just what we had hoped for. We could walk to the base of Peak 9 in 10 mins or less and the kids could come and go as they pleased. Unfortunately, my son was sick for most of the trip so we were happy to have a nicely furnished and comfortable place to for him to get well. Extra bonus was the foyer of the condo. It has places to hang skis, boots, coats and all of our gear so that we didn't have to drag it through the condo and find random places to put everything. We have a lot of gear for a family of 4 skiers. Equally as great was being on the first floor so no stairs to climb, which is important if you have kids. Parking in a garage was also a huge plus. We will definitely rent his place again when we go back to Breckenridge. Oh and if you need rentals, Black Tie Ski's will come to your place and fit you with their vans full of premium gear. Nicer gear than what you get in the shops and less expensive. Fantastic and convenient service. They were amazing and they pick up the skis at the end of your trip. Thanks Gary! Wonderfully updated unit just a short walk to the quicksilver lift. Cleaning person missed a few minor things on turnover but we easily managed to take care of those & have a great stay. We’ll absolutely stay again if available when we’re coming to Breckenridge.

If you are looking for a one-bedroom condo in Breakenridge, stop looking and book this unit. It was fantastic! Very conveniently located - we walked everywhere we went including to the lift. The condo was better than described! Host Gary communicated with us regularly.

My husband, teenage daughter and I loved our time in Breckenridge! This property was perfect for our stay, and it had everything we needed. Very clean and newly remodeled, short walk to Quicksilver chair lift, and ski rental at Charter Sports (Marriott Mountain Lodge). We liked that we could park in the underground parking garage too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! We went skiing with the children and loved this property. It’s very clean, modern, comfortable . We walked to the ski lift, which was a huge advantage. Parking was easy there’s . There is a 7 Eleven around corner that carries last minute items needed after a fun long day of skiing. The owner is very nice and response fast to messages .

Loved this place. The location is excellent. Just a couple minutes walk to the Village. We walked almost everywhere during our entire stay. We’ve actually paid $25+ to park at Breck and had to walk further to the lifts.

The host answers emails in a very time efficient manner. The property matches the photos perfectly, it’s even more beautiful and cozy in person. There’s a trail in the back that leads directly to the Quicksilver lift on Breckenridge (I’d say a 5 minute walk depending on how fast you move) the center of the town is also a very short walk, so the location of this condo is perfect all in all. Host also has a binder with “How To’s” around the condo and adjacent items such as the hot tub, along with some quick facts about Breck, as well as options for dining and grocery stores. This condo was amazing and the host was amazing, definitely will be coming back in the future.

This condo was perfect for our long weekend stay! It's newly renovated, very comfortable, and accurate per the listing. It had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is stocked well with all the tools and appliances you need!
It might be a cozy stay (maybe too cozy) for more than 2 people (unless they were kiddos), but it was perfect for the two of us.
The location is great! Still quiet even though you're a quick and easy walk to main street and surrounding shops and restaurants.
We will definitely check availability the next time we're looking to stay in Breckenridge!
