The first cottage (unit 1) and second cottage (unit 2) each consist of a one bedroom, one bathroom, open kitchen and living room with high ceilings. The third cottage (unit 3) consists of a one bedroom, one bathroom main house with open kitchen and living room, as well as a detached master bedroom and bathroom. The detached master has an outdoor kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, coffee maker and dining table. All cottages have an updated kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave. They also have their own private outdoor patio area with a gas grill, washer and dryer. Unit 1 and 2 each have one king-size bed and a pull-out sofa capable of accommodating two people. Unit 3 consists of one king-size bed in the main house and one full-size bed in the detached bedroom. Outside, you will find a spacious heated pool, lush tropical landscaping, and ample deck space for sunbathing. The compound also has two dedicated off-street parking spaces and plenty of room for bicycles. This is a unique property that allows 3 or 4 couples to all stay on the same property while enjoying the comforts of their own private, individual cottages.
