This idyllic San Francisco 3BR/3BA home has been outfitted with everything to make your visit to San Francisco relaxing, enjoyable and memorable. A fully stocked kitchen, Internet enabled TVs throughout and a wide variety of board games, pool table and backyard with BBQ grill. Convenience can't be beat with activities and destinations all within walking distance, a short bus ride or a quick drive. This property is in the heart of the Richmond District of San Francisco known for excellent dining, entertainment and outdoor recreation. Its supreme location offers coveted access to Golden Gate Park, Presidio & the Marin headlands, where runners, families, and dog-lovers alike can roam for miles amidst local trails. Ocean lovers are just a short drive away from Baker, China and Ocean Beach, making surfing, kite-boarding and evening bonfires incredibly accessible. Art enthusiasts will enjoy nearby, world-renown museums (De Young and California Academy of Sciences, as well as the serene Japanese Tea Garden, Botanical Gardens and stunning Stow Lake. Home to a vast selection of affordable shops and restaurants, visitors will have no problem finding top-rated eateries. A neighborhood brimming with culture, the Richmond also benefits from strong Asian and Russian influences. Along Clement Street enjoy a famous selection of international restaurants, where dim sum is king, and local markets are stocked high with fresh foods. Chinese bakeries sell BBQ pork buns, and delectable dumplings while Thai, Cambodian, French and Russian cuisine all stay within reach. The Muni Metro makes exploring the city a breeze with access to key bus lines like the 38 providing direct access to Downtown & Union Square or the 28 which can take you to Golden Gate Bridge, the Marina and Fisherman's Wharf. This family-friendly neighborhood also comes with the local Library, recently renovated Mountain Lake Park both a short two blocks away. Weekend trips to wine country in Napa and Sonoma, coastal California in Monterey and Carmel, majestic parks of Yosemite or the mountains of Lake Tahoe/Sierra Nevada are all within a 1 to 3 hours drive. If you decide to stay in the city on Sunday, take some time to visit the weekly Sunday farmers’ market for locally sourced fruit and vegetables as well as specially prepared cuisine down Clement Street. The entire home is available with the exception of one owner storage. Shared spaces include the backyard, garage and entertaining area. The home overlooks a greenbelt from the comfortable living space that transitions with an open floor plan to a dining area and gourmet kitchen with peninsula counter, the perfect place for starting the day, preparing a meal or planning activities for the day. Top of the line stainless steel appliances include a spacious refrigerator, as well as a gas range and dishwasher. A spa inspired full bathroom is off the main hallway which leads you to the living quarters at the rear of the home. The living quarters greet residents with plush bedding. The master suite enjoys the comforts of a queen bed and the convenience of an en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Across the hallway the opposite bedroom also includes a queen bed with a large and spacious walk in closet. The third bedroom enjoys the warmth of morning sun opening to a deck that overlooks the backyard with a full and twin size bed. The stairs lead to a shared entertaining space with a pool table, board games, wet bar and one full bathroom. From here you have access to the laundry machines, backyard and garage. The backyard is a shared space to enjoy the outside, sample the organic fresh edibles from the garden and barbeque a delicious meal for al fresca dining. A dedicated private parking garage in the building comes with this stay which is just one flight of stairs from the home. This garage parking can fit a medium size SUV vehicle. If you have more than one car, street parking is free and can usually be found within a one block radius of the home. Please be advised of any parking restrictions such as street cleaning that takes place twice a month. Electric bikes are available via Bay Wheels and Lyft for rent immediately across the street from the building allowing you to explore area of San Francisco where parking is more difficult OR where cars are not permitted (parts of Golden Gate Park and slow streets). Bus Lines are plentiful. 38: just a half block away, can take you East towards Union Square, Downtown, or the Embarcadero. Heading West will take you to Ocean Beach, Lands End, Sutro Baths and the Cliff House 2: just a half block away, can take you East towards Union Square and Chinatown 28: just a half block away, can take you North to the Golden Gate Bridge, the Marina, Fort Mason, Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman's Wharf or South to Golden Gate Park Looking for a more active adventure, many activities are within walking distance including China Beach, Baker Beach, the Presidio and Golden Gate Park. For things a bit father away, take advantage of the battery assist bike share at the corner offering rentals at affordable rates. If you have a car rental, please have peace of mind knowing that you can park in a secure garage.

We really enjoy this apartment with our family. The backyard space is wonderful. This apartment is in a great location with so many great hikes and restaurants to visit.
