Welcome to the Westside Charmer, your perfect home away from home in a prime location - minutes from downtown and walking distance to all that the Westside and Bridge Street has to offer, all while still being on a quiet, wooded street! This charming home has been thoughtfully updated and outfitted – including hardwood floors throughout, stainless appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-end furnishings. THE SPACE Downstairs you will find a large living room (with queen pullout couch) and open concept dining space, with plenty of space to socialize, have meals, and entertain. Pass through the dining area to a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar which also attaches to a spacious laundry room. You will also find a large bathroom with a tiled shower and extra toiletries to fit all your needs on the first floor. Walking up the spacious staircase, you will find a nice landing area which takes you to two delightful bedrooms that have queen and full beds. Both bedrooms have comfortable bedding and Smart TV’s for all of your streaming needs. All TV's are equipped with Netflix accounts, there is no cable TV available at this property. There is also another bathroom upstairs. Out back is a cozy patio with mature trees and a small grassy area to get fresh air. FREE street parking (readily available right out front). GUEST ACCESS Self check-in, code provided prior to check in. OTHER ITEMS OF NOTE Total number of guests staying on property must be declared at booking.

The stay was excellent and we really liked the apartment. It was perfect for us. We even had to go back and grab some mail that had been shipped there the day we left and had no problem.

The house was in a great location for us, only 10 minutes from where our son lived and also 2 or so minutes from a good grocery store. The home was very comfortable to stay in and the kitchen which we used daily for breakfast was very well equipped. I was thankful for the air conditioning in the house, and for the laundry facilities which were right next to the kitchen (not up or down the stairs). The three TV’s with Netflix and YouTube were an unusual surprise! I would stay here again.

We had a great day! Every room was thoughtfully arranged and very clean. There are many little details that were greatly appreciated in the house! For example, laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided. There was a fully stocked first aid kit, in case of an emergency. Each morning we had Keurig coffee, on the house! I loved the decor throughout the house, and felt very at home. As mentioned in another review, the neighborhood was just average. However, it would not sway me from renting here again!

We had a nice time, the neighborhood is up and coming but close to downtown and easy to get to. The host was amazing and was very prompt with communicating. She put a lot of thought to making her place as accommodating as possible. We would definitely stay there again.

In GR for volleyball tourney and needed a place to stay with our girls and dogs. We loved Westside Charmer. Everything was nicely though out, designed and even little details were appreciated. Natural textiles, modern decor. Super good coffee provided which was a huge plus as we got in super late and had an early morning. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it looked ready to go with everything needed. Neighborhood was so-so with more than one disruptive person out late at night/early am both nights. No way to control that. Maybe it was the warm weekend. We liked it so much otherwise - we will be back!

Very cute and thoughtfully decorated home, was clean and stocked with linens, towels, etc. - booked primarily due to the close proximity to several of the venues for my sisters wedding. Average neighborhood, served as a great escape and was easy to get to and from.

We had a nice, comfortable stay at the Westside Charmer while in town visiting family. The house was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Would definitely stay here again!
