Great environment and the rooms were met ready.

Good value, clean, quiet, and close to downtown if you use Uber or Lyft. I did have trouble obtaining the code due to inability to access the links provided. However, they answered my phone call and provided all the assistance I needed over the phone. THAT was very good customer service. Overall a positive experience; I would recommend again, especially for >1 traveler.
1. The fake leather couch covering was badly torn up. (I didn't use it.)
2. The blinds on the front kitchen side did not come all the way down to cover the window, leaving approximately 4 inches exposed. A security-minded or self-conscious person would be uncomfortable with that. I suggest replacing the blinds or (better) just getting some new curtains to cover the window adequately.
3. Providing a small amount of laundry detergent would have been nice. (minor issue) Obviously the clean-up crew must have laundry detergent somewhere, but I could not find any.

Easy to get to was like going home to my apartment. Had EVERYTHING we needed. Only put fruit and water bottles in fridge. Was trying to do a load of towels and bedding but there was no detergents. This was awesome and look forward to more

Kitchen facilities are fascinating, you got everything you need for cooking.
Great location to downtown.
Price is resonable.
There are several hairs on our bedsheets and also some stains on the backup bedsheets. Seems like these are not replaced/washed, not sure where did the 150 cleaning fee go. Also, the master TV won't start (not sure if it's the remote's problem or TV's problem); the TV remote in the secondary bedroom doesn't have any batteries in it.

Everything very accommodating

Honestly, I was tempted not to leave a review because I don't want others staying here but that wouldn't be fair. This place was just about as good as a condo rental gets. They thought of every small thing, absolutely zero complaints. My coworker and I were actually trying to come up with reasons to complain (as a joke) but couldn't think of anything.
The *only* thing that might be something we didn't like was that the coffee machine would leak after making a Keurig cup, but that's a small issue that can probably be easily fixed. Nothing other than that.
Oh, if we're really nit-picking, white lights instead of yellow lights haha.

Great location - a healthy 20-minutes walk to downtown, or, if you want - busses two blocks away.
Recently renovated, tastefully decorated.
Bedrooms with quality, high-end matrasses, snow-white sheets.
Large, modern TVs in all 3 rooms.
Spacious living room, kitchen with everything you can think about: Full-size oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, modern coffee machine (with variety of coffee capsules,) 2 blenders, electric grill, dishes, bowls, glasses, utensils. Nice touches, like 30+ spices in the kitchen, or a few toys in bedroom closets.
Very clean.
Adequate security, even though the neighborhood seems very quiet and safe. Convenient, keyless entry.
Dedicated parking space.
Nothing I can think about.
