The property was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. It made you feel like you were in your own little slice of heaven but still close enough to town to run in for whatever you’d like. The house was beautifully adorned and we loved the Christmas decorations!! The hot tub worked great and was in such a great spot with only the horses and mules for neighbors. Thank you for a great stay!

We all enjoyed our stay here! The weather was rainy the first day so we got good use of the hot tub and games. There was a burn ban so we couldnt use the fire pit unfortunately. The rental was comfy and spaced very well. We had all we needed to cook a full thanksgiving dinner too. When we had to contact the owner, they were very quick to repsond.

House is beautiful and has so much for the kids to do. Clean and plenty of room. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Close enough to town but very private. I was worried pictures wouldn’t fit the real thing but they do. All the video games worked so we were able to play them a lot. We will definitely stay again

Wonderful property and house. Plenty of room and we all loved the pool table and video games available. I hadn't played Ms. Pacman in a long time. My only complaints would be there were no pot holders and only two dish towels. Also, the recliners were not functioning and we had an older person that needed the reclining not just a foot stool. Overall, wonderful stay!!

This property sits off of the road an acre or two. There are no other houses on the property, and the entire back area is a picturesque scene that includes live horses, mules and donkeys (not on the property, but behind it in a fenced area. These do not belong to the property!). The place was clean, spacious and relaxing. So many rentals in the area are cookie-cutter “cabins” that sit right on top of each other, which feels more suburban than anything else. This feels like a little farm house on top of a hill that just instantly makes you feel relaxed. Truly enjoyed the stay, and look forward to staying there again in the future!

The property has all we could want for families meeting up for the holiday. Decorated for Christmas with great views of the surrounding area to enjoy while sitting on one of the porches in a sturdy rocking chair or relaxing in the hot tub- this house was a perfect location convenient to activities but off the beaten path to avoid the huge crowds in the towns it sits between. Board games, arcade games, pool table and televisions in every room for gaming seal the deal. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Property was all that we hoped for. The house is on acreage with a view and plenty of room to roam, sit on the porch, or soak in the hot tub. We were close enough to both Sevierville and Pigeon Forge to go in and out during a day, but we chose to do one excursion per day as a family, then come back to rest and visit while kids played games. Then we could cook or run into town for dinner. The towns were SO busy that we chose to grill the first night, and use extra meat to make other dishes the next two nights. Really a wonderful stay!

The place was beautiful, enjoyed using the hot tub after long day of hiking, had some campfires enjoying the full moon, my grandson loved playing the video games. Would definitely recommend this property to others....and seeing the horses and donkeys was a big plus!

My family of six enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Lazy Bear Ranch. The house is very nice and came with everything we needed. About 5 miles from Walmart & close driving distance to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Beds were comfortable & we enjoyed the beautiful views & peaceful setting. The donkeys & horses were a nice added experience. The only negative was the water was brown. Not a big deal we just bought bottled water. We would definitely recommend this house to others. ~Linda. The property was wonderful. It was close enough to all the attractions yet far enough away to allow us to enjoy some peace and quiet. We did have to wait to get into the property because the cleaning crew was still cleaning after the specified 4:00 check in time. But we were understanding and just hung out in the front yard and pushed my grandson on the swing. We had no issues with the WIFI or TV and we even had some rainy/cloudy conditions. We recommend and would stay there again if we are in the area.

House is just as described. Close to attractions but far enough for privacy. Spacious living area, fun game room and a well stocked kitchen. House was clean and welcoming. Even with our entire family of 8 adults showering daily, water heater worked great. I would definitely recommend and choose again. A great plus is the wild life. Horses. donkeys, turkeys all right out your back door.

The house layout was perfect for our family. Bedrooms are the end of the hall and with little ones sleeping this made it easier to move around he house. Enjoyed sitting out back and watching donkeys, mules and horses. Hot tub not the best but didn’t have any problems with anything else.

Took family (9 of us) on vacation and so happy we chose this cabin! Games for the kids, pool table and hot tub for adults. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to attractions but far enough away to have quiet peaceful moments for much needed renewal! Front porch sunrises next to pasture of horses/donkeys. It was a wonderful time together in well maintained cabin.

We travel every summer with my parents, and my nieces. Everyone loved this property. We had plenty of room. The game room was amazing. The Donkeys and wild Turkey’s were everyone’s favorite! I would definitely stay at this property again. My only recommendation is take extra towels, and if you like cooking you need to take your own storage containers and foil. Other than that it was great!

This property Wes very nice all the way around. Beautiful sights outside and enjoyed watching all the wildlife and the horse, donkeys, and miles. Property is as described. Kitchen was well stocked and was so happy they had Dish Network. So much easier than all those streaming services. WiFi worked fine for us our entire trip. We have no complaints would book this property again and most likely will at some point. Loved the privacy.

This place is absolutely amazing and highly recommend it. There were 5 of us and 2 little dogs. There is plenty of room everywhere, plenty of seating, all kinds of places to sit outside, and sitting out watching the donkeys, horses, mules, and turkeys was such a joy. We were less than 10 minutes from everything in Pigeon Forge and loved every minute of being there.

Thank you so much for our experience. The home was clean and removed enough from tourism that we felt relaxed. Our family enjoyed watching the horses nearby and the kids loved the game room. The location is perfect.

This was our first time in the area. The location was off the beaten path and convenient to everything on our agenda. This meant a quiet stay and some good night sleeps. My boys enjoyed the game room and gave us some fun to do as a family. My only suggestion would be to have some cleaning supplies on hand. Based on previous experiences, we had a vacuum and some supplies to keep things tidy. We were given two small garbage bags, which seemed silly not to have more on the property.

We had a nice time at this home. There were lots of PRO's which include lots of hot water & great pressure, nice gathering / common space for family to hang out together. Great TV (Dish Network) , Wifi was fine for us, & comfortable beds. Secluded home (ok if you have a noisy bunch!) The arcade games and pool table are super fun! The hot tub was great especially on the snowy nights. Convenient location - just a quick 10 minute drive to town. The one bathroom is off the kitchen which is a lifesaver since all the rooms are on one end of the house - makes for difficulty in keeping quiet when others are sleeping. There are a few CON's (or suggested improvements rather!) ...quick BUILD A wall (to create a hallway back to the master room) in those conjoining rooms. That was super awkward as we are were all adults - so to enter someone else's room to get to the bathroom, or go through their room to get to our room was WEIRD!!! When we arrived there were only 8 towels (essentially 2 per bed). We made a quick phone call and received 10 more. With 9 adults, showers and hot tub - the last thing you want to do is do laundry every 5 seconds for clean towels on your vacation. All in all we had a great stay! Thanks so much

We loved the location, the house and the view. It was perfect for our family and our pets. Secluded and beautiful. Still close to everything local that you would want to do. The only suggestion I would have is additional towels and rags provided.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Bear Ranch! The house was great and the outdoor space was amazing! We really enjoyed watching the horses and donkeys in the evenings. Plenty of outdoor seating and a huge yard! Would definitely recommend this place.

We did not have to go anywhere else. We just stayed here and the kids were able to play outside and we made ice cream and had a fire in the fire pit and a lot of fun activities right there. Everyone enjoyed it so much!! We will be back! We made a lot of great memories here that will last a lifetime. Thank you for letting our family stay at this awesome place.

Our Family had a great time at the Lazy Bear Ranch. This is definitely a family focused home. Would definitely book again! We loved seeing the wildlife and especially enjoyed the Horse and donkey down the road. My only complaint: wifi was not the best (yes, I worked while on vacation, lol) I had to switch to my mobile hot spot a couple of times.
