Relax with the whole family at this comfortable home in the quiet residential Haller Lake neighborhood. The house is located a short drive from downtown Seattle's best attractions and just minutes to light rail, stores and restaurants. Luxury upgrades include Molecule mattresses, Brooklinen sheets & towels and Caraway cookware. The large fully-fenced yard is perfect for backyard BBQing and hanging w/ furry friends. The house features 2 bedrooms, each w/ queen bed + a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room that easily fits another 2 guests. There are 2 Smart TV's, lots of seating in the common areas, separate dining area, fully-stocked kitchen w/ eating or work space, central a/c and full bathroom. There is an attached garage that will accommodate 1 car and has a full-sized washer and dryer. Additional driveway and street parking available.

Great place. Easy to access. Heat was unbalanced - some rooms comfortable, others never warmed up. Suggestions: add hand holds to old bathtub, add hand rail to entry stairs

My wife and I love this house and will more than likely return. We liked the quiet neighborhood location and appreciated the privacy and cleanliness in addition to the quality of the bedding, towels, kitchenwares and furniture.
My only minor issue was sound reverberation from the central air fan in the back corner bedroom. More of a white noise than anything else.
Overall, our experience here was very pleasant! This is the best house we have ever rented.

We were delighted by this home, it lived up to its description. The home felt like someone’s actual home with thoughtful furniture, items and linens, not just a rental. We were extremely relieved and comfortable in this home and would gladly rent it again. Yard is great for dogs, fully fenced in, neighborhood is quiet but very convenient.

Perfect for our holiday visit to see friends and family. Gave our pets their own place to relax when we had down time. Neighborhood was great for walks with the dogs and easy to get to highways and shopping like grocery stores and restaurants. Made our cross country trip easier.

This house was perfect for our family- everything we needed was provided, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. The check-in and out process was easy. It was great to have a back yard!

Well appointed home, comfortable, clean and safe. I stayed for a week ad didnt gwt to enjoy the home as much as I would have liked. It was close to everything and had great restaurant recommendations. Neighbors are friendly and quiet...watch for the adorable corgis that get walked every day! I will definitely stay again!

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 in town from Dallas to see the Taylor Swift concert. We brought our daughters dog with us and having the fenced back yard was so convenient. The house was extra clean and just right for us.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to everything & nice quiet peaceful neighborhood. Relaxing BBQ with our wiggle butt Bonnie in a super yard for your BFF. Looking forward to visiting next year after all your planned remodeling!

Don't let the outside fool you! This is a super friendly rental if you have dogs! The fenced in back yard is great and the property is clean and comfy. You can tell they are pet owners by the extra pet beds and doggie towels.

Cure little home. Very nice backyard, even better than the pictures. It is full fenced which was great. The garage is very small if you have anything other than a sedan I wouldn't advise using the garage. Bed are alittle small for bigger people just FYI. Was great would rent again.

We rented this house as a family of 5 adults and a dog to celebrate Christmas since my daughter who lives in Seattle could not get time off to come to us. It was a great house!! The kitchen was very well stocked for our holiday meals, the yard was perfect for our dog, the neighborhood was great for walks! We were not far from Costco, Trader Joes, grocery stores, and pharmacies and the drive into Seattle was quick and easy! But more than all of that, the communication with Erica, who was the property manager,(separate from Evolve) was fantastic!!! She knew the house in detail so could tell me the items in the kitchen and took the time to answer my many questions. And she made sure that the house was very clean on our arrival! Since we rented this house before there were any reviews, I was a little nervous, but she reassured me and we were not disappointed!! So, thank you, Erica, for helping us have a wonderful family Christmas in Seattle!! :)
