If you rent the entire house, you have 4 bedrooms (10-12 people), 4 bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, two patios, laundry, a pool, and a pier for swimming and docking. That means you have total privacy. We just added a new pool to the property. The property is close to everything but very quiet at the same time. Our neighbors don't do rentals.
