If there are smoke smells in the home, you may pay a fine up to $500. **No smoking inside the property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. Photography/shootings / small events **Do not host parties or gatherings, please discuss with us in advance if you have extra guests coming and get approved. Please contact us directly -Quiet hours We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum. Please do not host additional guests other than the number listed in your reservation. -Damages We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! Please mention if you arrive with Pets. Pets must be groomed and well-trained. They are not allowed on the sofas (indoors/out) or in beds at any time!! Pets should not be left alone in the property or outdoors while you are not there.
