TVs are located in both the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with essentials as well as a Keurig and coffee pods. There is a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use. The balcony is equipped with patio furniture so guests can enjoy fresh air. The space is also wheelchair accessible. Guest access Guests will be provided an access code to the door to the apartment a few hours before check-in. There is a gate that secures the garage where there is free parking. During business hours, this gate is open, however, after business hours this gate is closed. Guests will also receive temporary access to the parking garage released the day of check in. Guest will be able to use all amenities of residents by using the key fob located on the kitchen counter next to the Welcome Book. Other things to note In the winter months, enjoy ice skating just steps away in the Galleria shopping center. In the warmer months spend time at nearby wineries, lakes, natural springs, or just hanging out at the Galleria! Key fobs must be replaced if lost so there is a $100 fee if key fobs are lost so please take special care of this item as to not incur additional cost during your stay.
