There are two reserved parking space available for guest to the left of the trash area. You will have the condo to yourself. We will be available if help is needed. Located near fishing lakes and the National Forest it's the perfect location to stay in the bustle of life, while still feeling tucked away from that big city hustle. Fishing licenses for the lakes can be provided at the Rec center. No swimming is permitted in the lakes as lake weed is prevalent and can snag a person. Small boats are allowed with permit. Guests will have access to the entire home and can reach us during the day and emergencies at night and on weekends. As mentioned prior, quick access to uptown and downtown, guests can experience the entirety of Pagosa at a whim. 30-minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area guests can travel through the Rocky Mountains, cross the Great Divide, or hike the many trails available; guests are sure to find adventure lurking around every corner. Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork. Located in the Southwest corner of the state, we are very close to the New Mexico State Line where even more National Parks, trails, lakes and more can be located and enjoyed by all.
