THE ONLY FLOOR TO ENJOY THE GULF VIEW! The property is equipped with all the comforts of home for a great vacation! The condo includes lake and gulf views, multiple pools and beach access within a short walk. For your convenience, beach chairs and towels also provided. HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION - Carillon sits on 104 acres and offers 3900 feet of beach front - Carillon Market Street is home to local eateries, galleries and boutiques - Beach access within a short walk (5-7 minutes depending on which access) - Lake Carillon - 13 acre lake with migratory birds, bass, turtles - Kayak, Yolo board rentals on site - Gym (additional fee) - 4 Swimming pools (9am - 10pm) - 2 Hot Tub - Jacuzzi's (9am-10pm) - 2 Tennis Courts (9am-10pm) - Salon/Spa on site (additional fee) - Easy access to 30A Avenue, Rosemary, Alys, The Big Chill Publix, Pier Park SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 4) - PRIMARY SUITE: King bed, Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo - SLEEPER SOFA: Queen pull out, shared bath FEATURES - 1BR/1BA Condo with stylish comfortable decor - View of lake and gulf - Well appointed kitchenette with stainless appliances - Complimentary Wifi - Smart TVs in bedroom and living room - Free parking - Balcony with furnishings to enjoy the view - Pet friendly (well trained - $100 pet fee per stay) - Walkable beach access - Beach chairs and towels - 4 pools (2 heated in winter) - Tennis Courts - Walkable to restaurants, bars, retail establishments - Snowbird friendly (inquire for monthly rate) Initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all of our guests. FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner. Additionally, some laundry pods for those properties with onsite washers and dryers. Owners may provide additional amenities. We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of the condo, or any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!

The property was just as pictured. It even had a Keurig which was nice. The bed sleeps great. Just the right amount of comfortable space for a couple to get away. We spent 10 nights and felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I had a great long weekend at this condo. The location is fantastic. We loved walking the neighborhood in the evening. Our dog loved the balcony. The condo is very clean and as pictured. This is not a negative but the mattress is very firm. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

Nice condo. It was clean except towels smelled of cigarette smoke and closet is packed with owner’s belongings making it difficult to hang my clothes. It had most everything we needed except for potholders. It was furnished nicely and had a good view of lake and a view of the gulf above the top of beach homes. Close walk to the beach and close drive to restaurants. Overall happy with the stay and location!

First time to the area, my grown daughter & I stayed here and were so happy with the condo. It’s decorated so cute and has everything you need for an easy stay. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was accurately described on the advertisement of this place. It was clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful!! Everything was perfect and I want to go back there again!!

First, let me say Andrea (property manager) has excellent customer service skills and seems like a gem. And the unit was very clean - met my picky standards with the exception of the bathroom tub - could've been much cleaner. With this stated, although the unit was very neat, organized, and clean the decor seemed/felt outdated - like an 80's or 90's ocean vibe. Additionally, the patio left a lot to be desired. From the picture, I imagined relaxing on the patio and looking out onto the lake, which seemed more like a swamp among weeds when I actually saw it in reality. It was an eye sore. Also, there didn't seem to be any user-friendly and simple broadcast cable access. And although Andrea was willing to come over to troubleshoot with me, It was just an inconvenience to me and I didn't feel like interrupting my vacation schedule to accommodate coordinating with her to come by to just troubleshoot, with no guarantee of a resolution. Trying to figure out how to watch TV via apps that cost money was daunting every night. This should be communicated to renters in the property description. I would not have booked this unit had I known that. The beach and walk to the beach were AWESOME. BUT Eddy's Beach Service is unprofessional at best. I'm actually sure they're racist. I had to track them down for a day and overnight to get a callback so that I could pay for a chair. By the time he called me back the next day, I was at the beach "waiting." He told me he was running errands and to let him know if I would be needing a beach chair. By then, I was contemplating getting comfortable on the sand since it was like sugar. He arrived sooner than he stated he would and literally HARRASSED me while I was trying to finish a business call and decide if I was going to stay at the beach or not. Mind you, I'd been at the beach already for 2 hours "waiting" on his callback, after my third call to him. I had not even pulled anything out of my beach bag yet. It was an insulting and a terrible experience after I'd been calling and texting him at that point since the day prior - over 36 hours. Overall, the stay was okay but not worth the money spent, in my opinion. I've spent less in that area on accommodations, been on the ocean, and much happier with the environment. I actually left a night earlier. I've NEVER done that before. That was a sign to me that I did not feel it was worth the money and I was willing to just cut my losses.

The condo unit was clean upon arrival, identical to the displayed images on the listing page, and the check-in and checkout process was smooth & easy. Kudos to Andrea for her assistance and explicit instructions. This was my first trip to the Rosemary area (as well as my girlfriend's), and we would both stay here again.
