service was great from the moment we arrived and till we left. harbor view room has an amazing view!
rooms are a bit outdated. breakfast is expensive and you are asked to add a gratitude for a buffet (which is self service by definition…).

Loved the staff, location, cleaning staff deserves a standing ovation (spotless cleaning). Restaurant was good. Prices are reasonable, no complaints there. Wholesome feeling. Every need was met with grace and an open heart.
The only complaint and I say this with best intentions are the TVs could use an upgrade. Something which has an usb plug or a smart tv to have a full entertainment comfort when relaxing in the room. As we couldn’t stream anything except for cable while unwinding. The washroom sink could clogs a little too easy but apart from that it was an amazing stay, experience and property.

We really enjoyed our meals.
The pillows were a bit much - we like small squishy pillows.

Friendly and helpfull staff
WiFi was weak and a paid for extra. Amazing in this day and age! Public areas and rooms were cold. I needed an additional blanket / duvet but there wasn't one in the room. Drinking and dining in the bar / restaurant wasn't comfortable

Lovely happy hour in the bar right off the front lobby - live music and the best calamari I've ever eaten.
Loved the pool and saunas.
I'm not a fan of the showerheads that pour water straight down on top of your head.

Clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and city is clean with good rules in place for not using plastic. Lots of beauty and love that people are taking care of it.
Only issue were all the homeless. Wish there was a good answer for that issue which I know is problem everywhere

It was an excellent Hotel, I requested handicapped accessible room which they accommodated as my husband is in the wheelchair. The rooms were excellent clean and comfortable met all our expectations.

Very expensive. Rate we received at the hotel was higher than what I booked through Bookings.com, not just currency conversion higher. I will check this situation when I get home.
No free internet. Expensive food and beverages. Limited gluten free food. Hated the blinds in the bathroom.

Breakfast could have a bit of variation. It was bit monotonous after a day or 2

The hotel is located in a very good location, walking distance from the harbour, seeawall and downtown.
We had a higher floor room with water view which was amazing!
Getting access to executive lounge for breakfast and evening snack worth the prices.
The hotel was clean; staff were kind and polite.
The executive lounge was small and at the time of breakfast, it was difficult to get a free table.

Hotel is usually presenting room with one king bed as sufficient for three adult people which is unacceptable.

Breakfast was lovely and the room view nice
Had requested an early check in because was coming off a cruise with my 85 y/o mother whom I knew would be exhausted. Even though the hotel clerk said the room was vacated but not clean at 10 am, we still didn’t get in the room until after 3.

The hotel generally was in a good location for us. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting us to check in early so we could leave our bags having just arrived on a cruise ship. The room was much as expected and was reasonable value for money.
At the price already paid, having to pay, even a small fee, for Wi-Fi seems a bit excessive. There were also always fairly long queues at reception which made check-in/out a bit slow. I think it was just the level of staffingnthat could have been better - the staff themselves could not have been more friendly and helpful
