We paid over $300 per day for 2 people 1 room, what we got was a hair better than Motel 6. We won't

The bed appeared new. it was very comfortable. For all of the activity in the other rooms, it was still very quiet.

Right off the bat, I ran into trouble at the clerk desk. I Was visiting a foreign country, Canada, so I was prepared to pay upfront with cash. to my dismay, I was told, sorry, we do not accept cash! Canadian Dollars. The clerk attempted to contact the manager to no avail. Very disappointed. Not all of the trash was removed from previous tenants. All towels were not replaced every day. (three day stay)

The prices were very high, even for a holiday weekend. The complimentary breakfast was not as adequate as most of the Super 8 motels.

It was alright for what we needed.

It was close to where we needed to be, the staff was friendly.

No elevator, which was tiresome with a toddler. Pool was closed and there was construction, with no notification. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned all that well - it was clean enough but still bit in crevices and on floor, toilet paper roll half gone. The pillows weren’t comfortable but there were a lot of them which helped.

Poor

We were in Kelowna for a dog show in the Winfield Curling club. We made this abundantly clear with the booking agent and explained we needed to be close to this facility - and were told this facility was close. It was a 45 minute drive, and there were two Super 8 motels which were closer. One was two minutes away!

Overalll it was affordable , clean , convenient and had a pool

The beds were super uncomfortable even my 14 year old who can sleep any where complained

Rented rooms were fine, shared breakfast area with shelter was a bit scary for our kids.

Half the hotel is used as a shelter for homeless and it is shared breakfast. There was some things my kids did not need to see:(

Probably won’t stay there again until it is run as just a motel.

We are not happy to see that the motel is housing people with drug addition problems and that there is a drug injection site as part of the facility. I doubt we will be using the motel again with the current situation. Also the breakfast is very poor quality.

Rooms were good and clean but the other half of the hotel seemed very unsafe for a family.

the room was clean and very quiet. I would stay there again. Good value. People at the front desk were very friendly.

I think the breakfast could be improved. It was as standard Motel breakfast.

No Airconditioning and the room stunk like wet dog. wasn’t even a pet friendly room so not sure why.

Great Place To Stay

The facility was so nice and clean. I felt very safe there too. It was nice to have breakfast included except for the fact that it was so early. It was nice that you offered Coffee and Tea TV and other stuff. I love that it had a pool and a hot tub!

The dog that kept barking in the backyard. People walking by really loud. I wish breakfast was extended to 11:00AM lol.
