Toujours des logements propres et bien placé ! Parking payant obligatoire dans les environs
La douche n'est pas du standing de l'appartement. Coule peu et pas pratique

Location is right on Saint-Jean on one of the main streets in Old Quebec and close to attractions, restaurants and other shopping venues
Nothing. We have booked this particular property as well as others and have always been satisfied.

The location was great! We loved the clean, spacious and sunny apartment for a reasonable price. Staff was also quick to respond! Entry to the apartment was easy and hassle free.

The location was exactly what we needed to enjoy Old Quebec. Plenty of restaurants were under a 5 minute walk or with a kitchen this well equipped we could cook in and eat up on a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. All of the sights of Old Quebec were walkable including the Citadel, Place Royale, Notre-Dame des Victoires church, walk the city wall, or Chateau Frontenac (a MUST see). With all the shopping and delicious food we pretty much ended up broke and obese by the time we were done.
We could easily have been satisfied hanging out for a couple of hours at 1048 Loft. The arched windows and brick walls make for a bright and classy place to stay. I think I already mentioned the terrace available on top of the building.
Be sure to check out the bakery across the street as well as the Canadian pubs nearby where you can get a tasty meal as well as a thirst-quenching locally brewed pint. Sign up ahead to tour the Apikol meadery and distillery just down the road while you're at it. Eat a coronary-event-causing plate of poutine. Do anything but order a Bud or Miller Light to have with your take-out Big Mac from McDonald's.
While this was out of the property's control, we could not drop our things off in front of the apartment because of the music festival going on. This will happen during most other major events so pack light. Parking is a common issue in many places in the city so pack light and be ready to carry your things from a parking lot to the loft as well as plan to pay for parking (which is also the case for many hotels in the city). That being said, public parking for a reasonable fee is available within about 3 - 5 minutes walk.

Great location, close to restaurants and easy to walk around the city. The sofa bed worked well for one child. The loft was clean, with good kitchen amenities. Rooftop deck was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again.
Just a couple of very small issues. There was no laundry detergent for the washing machine. There were a couple of rags/towels in the kitchen (but no way to wash), so a roll of paper towels in the kitchen would have been helpful.

It was very cool as far as the windows and great location
Zero view. All we saw was the construction of a building next door. Cheap fixtures, furniture and lighting. Pictures weren’t hung evenly. Extremely dim light in bathroom. No fan. No magnifying mirror. No tv in bedroom. No backsplash in kitchen or bathroom. Deadbolt was missing. No mini safe.pocket door in bathroom was finished really poorly.

Good street, central location
A complete lack of privacy in the bathroom due to a huge full length window in the shower that faced toward windows unable to be covered and occupied apartments across a small alley (as well as workmen on the building from early in the morning). Also the bedroom is a loft space which seemed lovely until we realised it has the same lack of privacy issue. The shower was temperamental with us both having one hot shower and one cold, the shower head leaks and sprays every direction while showering resulting in a mess on the floor. We tried to contact the property management about this with no reply.

The loft was convenient location for visiting the attractions in old Quebec. We were able to walk everywhere. Plenty of restaurants in the area and parking was available nearby.
We would recommend better lighting in the upstairs bathroom.

location
the bed was terrible really bad mattress the stairs to the loft bedroom are treacherous, no way to get your luggage up to the bedroom the shower / bathtub enclosure is a joke no way to shower water goes everywhere- the view out the windows was not described in the booking at it was terrible a view of an alley and a building directly across in renovation this should have been advised when booked how else to know ? very misleading and poor service- it seems that the overall design aesthetic takes all precedence over comfort and practicality to use

Location was great once we got there
Location was really really difficult to get to with luggage . Parking was a nightmare . Not at all easy like the listing suggested . The morning of our reservations we received an email about street closures making it even more difficult to get too . We
had to call to get the wifi password . The loft had a funny smell , like onions or something . Lots of construction in the area , noisy .There was no welcome package like every Airbnb host leaves , $400 a night and not even a water bottle . There is no light in the shower , very dark . There was an envelope on the kitchen counter asking for tips though !!!!!!

Shower was very difficult to operate. There was no TV service available.
Parking was not available and had to find public parking.

Love the loft. Was our 3rd time staying in the same one. If we should come back would not get a unit facing the back of the building.
Major construction right outside that now obstructs the entire view out of the windows and loud construction that starts every morning at 7am. Also, air conditioning did not cool sufficiently.

Great location. Lovely apartment.
Tricky to unload if you're driving your own car due to street closings and construction

The location was excellent. Very walkable to many sites. It was fun to have so many stores and restaurants located on the same street. Very convenient. The roof area is nice way get a 360 degree view of the city and beyond. The parking at the nearby garage was easy enough to find. Did make a reservation ahead of arriving. Its actually within easy walking distance and well maintained. Loft 304 had excellent kitchen facilities and the building seemed very safe. It is a lovely looking apartment. Also, when I had a question, the responses from Booking.com and Les Loft management were sent quickly.
However, a few negatives did exist
1. The loft area was much warmer than the main area which caused uncomfortable sleeping in the left area.
2. The street view was disappointing. There was huge construction of a building right next to the loft. We did not know about this til the day before arrival when we received a letter informing us about city construction. Thought city - ok- but right outside of our windows. Not many feet away. Something that we did not expect.
3. The separate twin beds as shown in the booking diagram really meant one twin with a pull out for second bed. The lower mattress was extremely flimsy not suitable for sleeping. The diagram on the website showed two separate twin beds
4. The two doors for the one bathroom contained frosted glass. One from hallway and another from the main bedroom. We had a teenage grandson with us. The Person's shape was visible. We covered the glass with paper.
5. The bathtub is way too deep for an elderly person to get in and out. There is no safety bar on the wall of the bath entry. Seemed quite dangerous. No shower taken.
6. The shag rug in the living room needs a good cleaning.
Hopefully these items can be improved on.

It was a beautiful apartment and great location.
We requested a parking permit and were told the permit would be on the counter in the apartment. When we got there we couldn't find it and we spent a lot of time looking for it. We had to call the office to ask about it. The guy on the phone told us it would be the same thing if we drive to the parking and pay. We parked our car on the street thinking it would be a very quick pick up. Since we spent longer than we thought we ended up getting a parking ticket. We still don't understand why they are offering parking tickets when it would make so much more sense if we just parked at the parking lot and pay on our own. We would have to pay to park on the street to get to the unit to pick up the parking permit? Besides it was even cheaper for us to pay on our own.
The bed was hard like rock and so uncomfortable. I kept waking up through the night.
The first thing we noticed after we entered the apartment was the smell. It smelled like a barn/farm. We opened the windows and it got better but then the smell kept coming back. However, the apartment was very clean.
The building right beside the apartment was under the construction. They started working between 7-7:30. We stayed with smaller kids. The noise woke them up. In our unit the construction were right outsidethe window so we had to keep the curtains closed.
