Disappointed but decent

Clean and easy to find

Could not take a bath as the bath tub would not seal for it; the light fixtures were falling apart; was not clear how to switch on some lights; breakfast wasn’t great

Clean, good value

Clean, good value, good location.

Everything was great other than the breakfast hot items were only warm, I'm sure not meeting health regulations for temperature. Did have to ask for the bed to be made up; 3 days out of 6, it was not.

Great place to stop after a long drive.

Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet and spacious. Liked that there was a microwave even though we didn't use it. Breakfast was great; loved that there was bacon and eggs.

Was nice very clean & appealing.

The stay was good but I got in & I was tired. Frustrated as I just wanted to put the tv on & it didn’t work. It said to check the cables & then press source. I did this & it still didn’t work. Then I tried the wifi & that wouldn’t work either Was too late to bother anybody so I thought i would just ask if I could get a discount for the inconvenience in the morning. That didn’t work out well either as no one was there. I dialled 0 like it said to let the phone ring more then 3 times. I waited & no one came

I’m very upset I did not stain the sheets

The manager charged me a extra 40 dollars he said I stain the sheets I did not

The expectations were low, but I'd stay elsewhere anyway. Don't count on breakfast.

The basics are there. As long as the expectations aren't high. It's quite neat & clean. Some staff is nice.

The approach to breakfast is unacceptable: you don't expect much from a continental breakfast in a place like this, but this was just negligent. If you say the breakfast is available till 10am - make it available at least till 10am. The eggs were gone at 9:35am, and no one bothered making more. The staff started locking things up at 9:45am. Some kids came back from the pool at 9:50am - couldn't even get juice (which was awful, by the way). Perfect way to spoil an overall guest experience from the place just before they check out. Good job.

Pleasant

Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable.

The pool had ants everywhere and the air conditioning didn't work. Other than that it was a good stay.

Great hotel for Trans Canada overnighter with good breakfast, comfy beds and nearby stores etc.

Lovely quiet spacious room on top floor with super comfy beds. Great breakfast. Convenient to nearby stores, and some restaurants. Easy access to Trans Canada highway.

The pool with the slide was crazy busy on the Saturday so any expectations of a quiet relaxing dip was out of the question. The two treadmills in the fitness room needed servicing. One track was unusable and the other machine had a minimum speed of 3.1 to start and didnt respond to inputs.

10/10 would come again for the coffee

the coffee was awesome

asked for the bed to be changed and it wasn’t. it was barely straightened. no toiletries were replaced over the four night stay.

Great rooms and staff, TERRIBLE other occupants, and crappy cold pool!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The pool is always freezing as well as the hot tub. The floor in the pool room cut mine and my son's feet because the rocks are falling apart. The staff had underage people drunk as hell all over the hotel. As a woman, it was scary walking through the hotel because of all the drunk men harassing me. And all the kids from the hockey teams did nothing but run up and down the hallways screaming and knocking on everyone's doors. Not impressed at all with that. The staff did try to stop it but it didn't help because the parents of the children were hammered and didn't care what their kids were doing.

Very good

Rooms were very clean, bathroom was huge and amazing and hot water was great ! Bonus the hot tub and pool was a lot of fun for the family

Beds were a little sunk in making a couple have issues trying to share a bed, and cable for the tv was a little wonky (guide didn't work and tv would go out every now and then) Also the flooring for the poor is super hard on the feet! Outch

A great spot.

We enjoyed the fact that we could bring our dog, the location of the hotel, complimentary breakfast and the pool.

Disappointing

Appeared to be white dog hair all over the one bed. I noticed it when laying on the bed with my black jeans on and my phone case had several hairs on it. Clients should be able to request nonnpet rooms!

I would book again after confirming pool as was not useable

The swimming pool was too cold, other hotels guests came and left account the temperature.
